- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif d'évacuation (24) pour l'évacuation des groupes (4) enveloppés du conduit de roulement (25), le dispositif d'évacuation (24) étant conçu comme un tambour d'évacuation (24).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un second renvoi pour l'une des bandes de roulement (18, 20) est adjoint au tambour d'évacuation (24).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le tambour d'évacuation (24) et le second renvoi sont montés à rotation autour d'un axe commun.
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le tambour d'évacuation (24) et le second renvoi peuvent tourner l'un par rapport à l'autre autour de l'axe commun.
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse périphérique du tambour d'évacuation (24) est inférieure à celle de la bande de roulement (18) passant sur le second renvoi.
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse périphérique du tambour d'évacuation (24) est identique à celle de la bande de roulement (18) passant sur le second renvoi.
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'évacuation (24) réceptionne les groupes (4) enveloppés sensiblement directement du conduit de roulement (25).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 7 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le tambour d'amenée (23) et le dispositif d'évacuation (24) sont associés à la même bande de roulement (18).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 7 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'évacuation (24) présente des logements (28) pour les groupes (4) enveloppés.
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le tambour d'amenée (23) présente des logements (28) pour les groupes (4) enveloppés.
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que les logements (28) sont conçus comme des premières barrettes (36, 37), dans lesquelles des conduits (32), qui à leur tour peuvent être reliés à une source de dépression (40) pour le maintien en place des groupes (4).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que les premières barrettes (36, 37) sont disposées axialement transversalement au sens de transport du tambour d'amenée (23) et/ou du dispositif d'évacuation (24).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que le tambour d'évacuation (24) présente, sur son pourtour, un espacement de répartition des premières barrettes (37) qui est plus petit que sur le tambour d'amenée (23).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que le tambour d'évacuation (24) et le tambour d'amenée (23) présentent, sur leurs pourtours, des espacements de répartition de grandeur identique des premières barrettes (36, 37).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 16 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le tambour d'amenée (23) présente des seconds conduits qui peuvent être reliés à un arbre de dépression (40) pour le maintien en place du matériau d'enveloppement (9).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de roulement (18, 20) présentent des surfaces lisses tournées vers le conduit de roulement (25).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 22, caractérisé en ce que la au moins première bande de roulement (18), retournée par le premier renvoi, va plus vite que la au moins seconde bande de roulement (20).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 23, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des bandes de roulement est chauffée.
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 24, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil d'assemblage de groupes de segments de filtre (41) peut être subdivisé en une pluralité d'unités fonctionnelles autonomes (60.1 - 60.6, 61.1 - 61.2).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité fonctionnelle (60.1 - 60.6, 61.1 - 61.2) est prévue pour chaque type d'un segment de filtre (5.1 - 5.7, 83, 87) d'un filtre multisegments (49).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 25 ou 26, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité fonctionnelle (60.1 - 60.6, 61.1 - 61.2), en particulier unique, est prévue par segment de filtre (5.1 - 5.7, 83, 87) d'un filtre multisegments (49).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 27, caractérisé en ce que la pluralité d'unités fonctionnelles autonomes (60.1 - 60.6, 61.1 - 61.2) sont disposées en une rangée de telle sorte qu'au moins une partie des éléments de transport (63.1 - 63.10, 64.1 - 64.3) de deux unités fonctionnelles voisines puissent être mis en liaison active, en particulier puissent être engagés les uns dans les autres.
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 28, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de transport (63.1 - 63.10, 64.1 - 64.3) comprennent des tambours d'assemblage (64.1 - 64.3) et/ou des tambours de transfert (63.1 - 63.10).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 28 ou 29, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de transport pouvant être mis en liaison active sont disposés horizontalement en une rangée.
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 25 à 30, caractérisé en ce que chaque unité fonctionnelle comprend au moins un tambour d'assemblage (64.1 - 64.3).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 28 à 31, caractérisé en ce que le groupe (4) de segments de filtre (5.1 - 5.7, 83, 87) peut être transporté transversalement à l'axe au moyen des éléments de transport.
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 25 à 27, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins une bande transporteuse (120), qui comprend des cavités de logement pour des segments de filtre (5.1 - 5.7, 83, 87) transversalement à la direction de transport (130), au moins deux unités fonctionnelles (60.1 - 60.6, 61.1 - 61.2) voisines comprenant chacune au moins un élément de transport (75.1, 75.2, 63.8) qui peut être mis en liaison active avec la au moins une bande transporteuse (120).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 33, caractérisé en ce que chaque unité fonctionnelle comprend au moins un élément de transport qui peut être mis en liaison active avec la au moins une bande transporteuse (120).
- Appareil de fabrication de filtres multisegments selon la revendication 33 ou 34, caractérisé en ce que la direction de transport (130) est essentiellement horizontale.
