Abstract

Mahlwerk zum Feinzerkleinern von Bäckereiproduk­ ten wie Restbrot, Brötchen und Nüsse usw., bestehend aus einem zweiteiligen Gehäuse mit abklappbarem Ober­ teil und einem Unterteil, in dem auf einer gemeinsamen Mahlwerkswelle ein Grobmahlwerk und ein Feinmahl­ werk angeordnet sind. Alle Teile sind leicht auswechsel­ bar und lassen sich auf einfache Weise reinigen. Das Mahlwerk ist nicht nur für trockenes Mahlgut wie Altbrot geeignet, sondern auch zum Zerkleinern von Obst.
