Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum galvanischen Abscheiden von Aluminium aus aprotischen, sauerstoff- und wasserfreien, aluminiumorganischen Elektrolyten, mit einem luftdicht verschließbaren und mit einem Inertgas beaufschlagbaren, beheizbaren Galvanisiertrog, einer innerhalb des Galvanisiertroges angeordneten drehbaren Galvanisiertrommel, einem mit dem Galvanisiertrog in Verbindung stehenden Vorratsbehälter für den Elektrolyten und zwei weiteren Behältern zur Speicherung von Inertflüssigkeiten.
- Eine Vorrichtung dieser Art ist durch die DE-PS 25 37 285 bekanntgeworden. Bei dieser bekannten Vorrichtung muß die Galvanisiertrommel zum Be- und Entladen aus dem Galvanisiertrog entnommen werden, was nicht nur sehr umständlich und zeitaufwendig ist, sondern auch entsprechend große Ein- und Ausbringöffnungen für die Galvanisiertrommel erfordert. Bekanntlich müssen die unter sauerstoff- und wasserfreien Bedingungen hergestellten aluminiumorganischen Elektrolyte unter Luftabschluß gehalten werden, da jede Berührung mit Luft durch Reaktion mit Sauerstoff und Luftfeuchtigkeit eine erhebliche Verringerung der Leitfähigkeit und damit der Lebensdauer zur Folge hat. Aus diesem Grunde muß das Galvanisieren mit derartigen Elektrolyten unter Luftabschluß erfolgen. Bei der bekannten Vorrichtung läßt sich dies nur dadurch erreichen, daß der Elektrolyt nach dem Galvanisieren unter Schutzgasatmosphäre in seinen Vorratsbehälter .zurückgepumpt wird. Vor dem Wiedereinfüllen des Elektrolyten in den Galvanisiertrog nach erneutem Beladen der Galvanisiertrommel muß der Galvanisiertrog mit Inertflüssigkeit geflutet und anschließend unter Inertgasatmophäre gesetzt werden. Dies ist umständlich und ze itaufwendig.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, bei der zum Be- und Entladen der Galvanisiertrommel mit Schüttgut diese nicht mehr aus dem Galvanisiertrog entnommen zu werden braucht. Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß zum Füllen der Galvanisiertrommel eine in das Innere des Galvanisiertroges über eine Schleuse führende Transporteinrichtung für die zu behandelnden Teile vorgesehen ist, die über einer verschließbaren Öffnung der Galvanisiertrommel endet, daß das Öffnen und Verschließen der.Galvanisiertrommel von außen vornehmbar ist und daß zum Entleeren der Galvanisiertrommel ein mit Inertgas und Inertflüssigkeit beaufschlagbarer Ablaßbehälter vorgesehen ist, der unterhalb des Galvanisiertroges angeordnet ist und mit diesem über ein absperrbares, rohrförmiges Verbindungsstück in Verbindung steht.
- Dies hat den Vorteil, daß sich in den mit Inertgas beaufschlagten Galvanisiertrog immer Elektrolyt befindet, da praktisch nur ein geringfügiger Teil desselben in den Ablaßbehälter abfließt. Daher ist es sehr vorteilhaft, wenn der am Verbindungsstück angeflanschte Ablaßbehälter ein Volumen aufweist, das etwa dem Volumen des Inhaltes der Galvanisiertrommel entspricht. Eine einfache Bauweise ergibt sich dadurch, daß das rohrförmige absperrbare Verbindungsstück ein handelsübliches Kugelventil enthält.
- Das Problem der Beladung der Galvanisiertrommel kann in . einfacher Weise dadurch gelöst werden, daß die in das Innere des Galvanisiertroges führende Transporteinrichtung durch einen schräg nach oben ansteigenden Kanal geführt ist, dessen außerhalb des Galvanisiertroges.befindliches Ende in einen mit Inertflüssigkeit gefüllten Behälter einer Flüssigkeitsschleuse eintaucht. Hierbei ist der mit Inertflüssigkeit gefüllte Behälter dicht am Galvanisiertrog angeflanscht, wobei der die Transporteinrichtung aufnehmende Kanal durch mindestens eine Trennwand gegen den Behälter der Flüssigkeitsschleuse dichtend abgestützt ist.
- Der Ablaßbehälter enthält zweckmäßigerweise einen perforierten Korb, der über eine seitlich angeordnete, luftdicht verschließbare Öffnung entnehmbar ist.
- Gemäß einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist der in den Elektrolyt eingetauchte Teil der Galvanisiertrommel von zwei Anoden umgeben, die derart gegeneinander verstellbar sind, daß sie einen Durchgang für das zu entleerende Schüttgut bilden.
- Vorteilhafterweise steht ein Inertgas-Vorratsbehälter über Ventile mit dem Galvanisiertrog, dem Ablaßbehälter und dem Elektrölyt-Vorratsbehälter in Verbindung, wobei die Steuerung der entsprechenden Ventile derart erfolgt, .daß ein in sich geschlossener Inertgaskreislauf entsteht.
- Gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind in dem-Galvanisiertrog zwei Galvanisiertrommeln angeordnet, so daß gleichzeitig zwei Chargen unter zum Teil ungleichen Bedingungen gefahren werden können.
- Anhand der Zeichnung, in der zwei Ausführungsbeispiele schematisch dargestellt sind, wird-die Erfindung 'näher erläutert.
- Es zeigen:
- Figur 1 eine Vorrichtung zum galvanischen Abscheiden von Aluminium in zum Teil vereinfachter schematischer Darstellung und
- Figur 2 eine Vorrichtung mit zwei Galvanisiertrommeln im Prinzip.
- Mit 1 ist ein Galvanisiertrog bezeichnet, der mit einem Deckel 2 luftdicht verschlossen ist. Der Galvanisiertrog 1 ist mit einer Heizung 3 versehen und weist einen Ablaufstutzen 4 auf, an welchem ein rohrförmiges Verbindungsstück 5 angeflanscht ist, das ein Kugelventil 6 aufweist. Dieses kann mit Hilfe eines Handhebels 7 betätigt werden. An dem Verbindungsstück 5 ist ein als'Dechargierschleuse ausgebildeterrAblaßbehälter 8 angeflanscht, in dem ein perforierter Füllkorb 9 mit abgeschrägten Boden 10 untergebracht ist. Der Füllkorb 9 kann durch eine seitlich des Ablaßbehälters 8 angeordnete Öffnung 11 entnommen werden, welche mit Hilfe eines Deckels 12 luftdicht verschließbar ist. Am Boden des Ablaßbehälters 8 ist über eine Leitung 13 ein Dreiwegehahn 14 angeschlossen, der über eine Leitung 15 mit einem luftdicht abgeschlossenen Elektrolyt-Vorratsbehälter 16 in Verbindung steht. Der Elektrolyt-Vorratsbehälter 16 ist mit einem Überdruckventil 17 ausgestattet.
- Der Dreiwegehahn 14 steht über eine Leitung 18 sowie einem Ventil 19 mit einem Behälter 20 in Verbindung, in welchen eine zum Fluten bzw. Spülen des Ablaßbehälters 8 benutzte Inertflüssigkeit 21 abgelassen werden kann. Ferner steht die Leitung 18 über ein Ventil 22 und Leitung 23 mit einem weiteren Behälter 24 in Verbindung, in welchen eine zum Waschen des Schüttgutes in dem Ablaßbehälter 8 benutzte Inertflüssigkeit 25 abgelassen werden kann. Die beiden Bebehälter 20 und 24 sind mit Überdruckventilen 26 und 27 versehen. Die Behälter 20 und 24 sind unterhalb des Dreiwegehahnes 14 angeordnet, so daß die Inertflüssigkeiten 21 und 25 mit Hilfe der Schwerkraft dort hineingelangen können. Über Leitungen 28 und 29 können die Inertflüssigkeiten 21 und 25 mit Hilfe von Pumpen 30 und 31 in Vorratsbehälter 32 und 33 gepumpt werden. Hierbei ist in die Leitung 29 über ein Ventil 34 ein Verdampfer 35 eingeschaltet, mit. welchem die zum Waschen benutzte Inertflüssigkeit 25 von angereichertem Elektrolyten gereinigt werden kann. Auch die Behälter 32 und 33 sind mit Überdruckventilen 36 und 37 ausgestattet. Die Behälter 32 und 33 sind normalerweise mit Inertflüssigkeiten 21 und 25 gefüllt, wie mit gestrichelten Linien 38 und 39 angedeutet ist, die den Flüssigkeitsspiegel angeben. Über Leitungen 40 und 41 stehen die Vorratsbehälter 32 und 33 mit dem Ablaßbehälter 8 in Verbindung. In den Leitungen 40 und 41 sind Ventile 42 und 43 zur Steuerung der Inertflüssigkeiten 21 und 25 angeordnet.
- Zur Beschickung der im Galvanisiertrog angeordneten Galvanisiertrommel 44 ist eine Chargierschleuse 45 vörgesehen, die als Flüssigkeitsschleuse ausgebildet ist. Die Chargierschleuse besteht aus einem Behälter 46, in dem sich Inertflüssigkeit 47 befindet, wobei das Niveau 48 durch eine gestrichelte Linie angedeutet ist. Der Behälter 46 ist mit Hilfe eines Flansches 49 am Galvanisiertrog 1 luftdicht befestigt. In dem Behälter 46 ist mit Hilfe einer Blende 50 ein schräg nach oben ansteigender Kanal 51 befestigt, in dem eine Transporteinrichtung 52 nach Art eines Förderbandes in das Innere des Galvanisiertroges 1 geführt ist. Das Ende 53 des Transportbandes endet über einer Öffnung 54 der Galvanisiertrommel 44. Der Kanal 51 ist nach der anderen Seite hin so weit verlängert, daß 'er in die Inertflüssigkeit 47 voll eintaucht, so daß das mit Hilfe eines weiteren Förderbandes 55 aufgebbare Schüttgut auf das Ende des Förderbandes 52 und von dort über das Ende 53 in die Galvanisiertrommel 44 gelangt. Das Förderband 55 ist bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 1 vollständig in die Inertflüssigkeit 47 eingetaucht. Es könnte aber auch schräg von oben in die Inertflüssigkeit 47 eintauchen, damit das Schüttgut leichter auf das Förderband 55 aufgelegt werden kann. Die Beschickung des Förerbandes 55 erfolgt über eine Öffnung 56 des Behälters 46, die mit Hilfe eines Deckels 57 verschließbar ist. Die Blende 50 ist luftdicht zwischen dem Behälter 46 und dem Kanal 51 angeordnet und stützt den Kanal 51. Zur Erhöhung der Stabilität können mehrere Blenden 50 vorgesehen sein. Daher kann das in das Innere der Galvanisiertrommel 1 reichende Ende des Kanals 51 lose durch eine Öffnung 58 in das Innere der Galvanisiertrommel 1 eingeführt werden. Dies erleichtert ganz erheblich die Montage.
- Wie aus Figur 1 zu ersehen ist, weist die Galvanisiertrommel 44 einen hexagonalen Querschnitt auf. Der Trommelmantel ist hierbei in an sich bekannter Weise perforiert. Mit 59 ist die Achse der Galvanisiertrommel 44 bezeichnet, die im Trog 1 drehbar gelagert ist. Die Galvanisiertrommel 44 ist mit einem Zahnkranz 60 ausgestattet, der mit einem Zahnrad 61 im Eingriff steht. Das Zahnrad wird von einem in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten Elektromotor qngetrieben. Die Öffnung 54 der Galvanisiertrommel 44 ist mit einem Deckel 62 verschließbar. Da das Innere der Galvanisiertrommel 1 luftdicht abgeschlossen ist, ist der Deckel 62 mit Hilfe einer Hubstange 63 abhebbar, die durch den Deckel 2 des Galvanisiertroges 1 mit Hilfe einer Führung 64 dicht durchgeführt ist. Wie mit Hilfe der Pfeile 65 und 66 angedeutet ist, kann die Hubstange 63 sowohl in Achsrichtung als auch um ihre Drehachse 67 bewegt vierden. Am unteren Ende 68 der Hubstange ist ein in der Zeichnung nicht näher dargestellter Entriegelungsmechanismus angeordnet, mit dessen Hilfe die am Deckel 62 angeordneten Entriegelungsstifte 69 betätigt werden können. Diese Entriegelungsstifte 69 treten mit entsprechenden Bohrungen am Rande der Öffnung 54 der Galvanisiertrommel 44 in formschlüssige Verbindung.
- Die Galvanisiertrommel 44 ist. von zwei spiegelbildlich angeordneten Anoden 70 umgeben, wobei die Anodenanschlüsse 71 mit Hilfe von Anodendurchführungen 72 aus dem Galvanisiertrog 1 nach außen geführt sind.'Die Anoden 70 können durch Bewegen der Anodenanschlüsse 71 zur Wandung des Galvanisiertroges 1 hin verstellt werden, wie in gestrichelten Linien angedeutet ist. Dadurch wird eine Öffnung 73 freigegeben, damit der Inhalt der Galvanisiertrommel 44 über den Ablaufstutzen 4 in den Ablaßbehälter 8 entleert werden kann.
- An der Achse 59 ist über ein Seil 74 aus leitfähigem Material eine knüppelförmige Kathode 75 befestigt, die mit dem in der Galvanisiertrommel 44 befindlichen Schüttgut 76 in Wirkverbindung treten kann. An die Achse 59 ist über ein weiteres Seil 77 ein Kathodenanschluß 78 verbunden, der über eine Durchführung 79 durch den Deckel 2 des Galvanisiertroges 1 geführt ist. Ferner weist der Deckel 2 des Galvanisiertroges noch ein Überdruckventil 80 auf.
- Ferner ist ein Inertgasbehälter 81 vorgesehen, der über eine Leitung 82 und Ventil 83 mit dem Galvanisiertrog 1 und über eine Leitung 84 und Ventil 85 mit dem Elektrolyt-Vorratsbehälter 16 in Verbindung steht. Über eine weitere Leitung 86 und Ventil 87 steht der.Inertgasbehälter 81 mit dem Verbindungsstück 5 in Verbindung.
- Der Elektrolyt-Vorratsbehälter.16 steht über eine Leitung 88 mit dem Galvanisiertrog 1 in Verbindung, damit mit Hilfe einer Pumpe 80 im Bedarfsfalle Elektrolyt in den Galvanisiertrog 1 gepumpt werden kann, um ein vorgegebenes Niveau 90 einhalten zu können, wie mit gestrichelten Linien angedeutet ist.
- Der Raum des Behälters 46 hinter der Blende 50 steht über eine Leitung 91 und Ventil 92 mit dem Elektrolyt-Vorratsbehälter 16 in Verbindung. Der Behälter 46 ist ferner mit einem Überdruckventil 96 ausgestattet. Über Ventil 94 sowie eine Leitung 93 kann der Ablaßbehälter 8 nach dem Waschen des Schüttgutes 76 mit Inertflüssigkeit 25 entweder gelüftet oder mit Inertgas beaufschlagt werden. Ein Ventil 95 am Inertgas-Vorratsbehälter 81 wird benötigt für N2-Bedarf aus der Flasche.
- Für'die Beschreibung der Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist angenommen, daß sich im Galvanisiertrog 1 Aluminium-Elektrolyt befindet und.die Galvanisiertrommel 44 eine Stellung einnimmt, in der die mit Deckel 62 verschlossene Öffnung 54 sich unter der Hubstange 63 befindet. Ferner ist angenommen, daß alle Ventile geschlossen sind und sich in den-Vorratsbehältern 32 und 33 Inertflüssigkeit zum Spülen bzw. Waschen befindet. Ferner ist in dem Behälter 46 Inertflüssigkeit 47 zur Abdichtung der Chargierschleuse 45 vorhanden. Die Anlage ist also betriebsbereit.
- Für einen Galvanisiervorgang werden nun folgende Arbeitsschritte vollzogen:
- Öffnen der Galvanisiertrommel 44 durch Abheben des Deck els 62 mit Hilfe der Hubstange 63, in dem die Hubstange 63 in Pfeilrichtung 66 nach unten auf den Deckel 62 zu bewegt wird, welcher die Öffnung 54 der Galvanisiertrommel 44 verschließt.
- Durch Drehen der Hubstange 63 in Pfeilrichtung 65 wird der Deckel 62 entriegelt durch Herausziehen der Entriegelungsstifte 69 aus den entsprechenden Bohrungen in der Wandung der Öffnung 54 der Galvanisiertrommel 44. Danach wird die Hubstange 63 mit den daran hängenden Deckel 62 in die in Figur 1 dargestellte Ausgangsstellung gefahren. Drehung der Galvanisiertrommel 44 um 30° nach links in die in Figur 1 dargestellte Ausgangsstellung. Dann Öffnen des Deckels 57 der Chargierschleuse 45.
- Öffnen des Ventils 83 zum Verbinden der Galvanisiertrommel 1 mit dem Inertgas-Vorratsbehälter 81.
- Beschicken der Galvanisiertrommel 44 mit Schüttgut 76 mit Hilfe der in Bewegung gesetzten Förderbänder 55 und 52. Das durch das Volumen des zugeführten Schüttgutes 76 aus dem Galvanisiertrog 1 verdrängte Inertgas strömt über das Ventil 83 in den Inertgas-Vorratsbehälter 81. Der.Inertgas-Vorratsbehälter 81 dient zum Druckausgleich bei Volumsänderungen im Galvanisiertrog 1, im Verbindungsstück 5 und im Ablaßbehälter 8 der Dechargierschleuse 45. Durch diesen Inertkreislauf geht kein Inertgas verloren. Außerdem können die auszuführenden Vorgänge, die anschließend noch näher beschrieben werden, immer mit 100%igem Inertgas durchgeführt werden. Eventuell eingeschleppte Feuchtigkeit und Luft im Inertgas-Vorratsbehälter 81 wird chemisch beseitigt durch Al-Triäthyl. Nach dem Beladen der Galvanisiertrommel 44 Schließen des Ventils 83.
- Die Galvanisiertrommel 44 wird um 30° im Uhrzeigersinn verdreht.
- Verschließen der Galvanisiertrommel 44 mit Deckel 62 durch Absenken der Hubstange 63 und anschließendes entgegengesetztes Drehen in Pfeilrichtung 65, wodurch die Entriegelungsstifte 69 in die zugeordneten Bohrungen in der Wandung der Öffnung 54 der Galvanisiertrommel 44 formschlüssig eingreifen.
- Einschalten des Trommelantriebs, so daß die Galvanisiertrommel 44 über Zahnrad 61 und Zahnkranz 60 zum Galvanisieren mit entsprechender Geschwindigkeit gedreht wird und Anlegen der Galvanisierspannung am Kathodenanschluß 78 und den Anodenanschlüssen 71.
- Nach Beendigung des Galvanisiervorganges Abschalten des Galvanisierstromes.
- Die Anoden 70 werden in die gestrichelte Stellung ausgefahren, dait die Öffnung 73 entsteht.
- Der Deckel 62 der Galvanisiertrommel 44 wird mit Hilfe der Hubstange 63 in der zuvor beschriebenen Weise abgehoben.
- Bevor nun die Galvanisiertrommel 44 entladen wird, sind zuvor folgende Vorgänge ausgeführt worden: Durch Öffnen des Ventils 42 wurde der Ablaßbehälter 8 mit Inertflüssigkeit 21 gefüllt, wobei die im Ablaßbehälter 8 befindliche
- Luft über das geöffnete Ventil 94 entwichen ist. Anschließend wurden beide Ventile geschlossen und das Ventil 87 zum Inertgas-Vorratsbehälter 81 geöffnet. Ferner wurden das Ventil 19 zum Behälter 20 geöffnet und der Dreiwegehahn 14 so verstellt, daß über die Leitung 18 die Spülflüssigkeit vom Ablaßbehälter 8 in den Behälter 20 abfließen konnte. Außerdem strömte Inertgas vom Inertgas-Vorratsbehälter 81 in den Ablaßbehälter 8 über die Leitung 86.
- Die Luft im Behälter 20 konnte hierbei über das Überdruckventil 26 entweichen. Das Ende des Flutvorganges kann beispielsweise über eine Niveauregelung vorgenommen werden, was hier jedoch nicht weiter beschrieben ist. Danach wurden die Ventile 19 und 87 sowie der Dreiwegehahn 14 geschlossen. Damit befindet sich im Behälter 8 lediglich Inertgas aus dem Inertgas-Vorratsbehälter 81.
- Mit Hilfe des Handhebels 7 wird nun das Kugelventil 6 geöffnet, so daß Elektrolyt aus dem Galvanisiertrog 1 durch das Verbindungsstück 5 in den Ablaßbehälter 8 fließt, wobei das verdrängte Inertgas in den Galvanisiertrog 1 strömt. Zum Druckausgleich wird das Ventil 83 geöffnet. Nun wird die Trommel um 1800 in die Entleerungsposition gedreht, so daß das Schüttgut 76 über das Verbindungsstück 5 in den Füllkorb 10 des Vorratsbehälters 8 fällt. Hierbei wird Elektrolyt aus dem Vorratsbehälter 8 in den Galvanisiertrog 1 zurückverdrängt, so daß in dem Ablaßbehälter 8 sich nur sehr wenig Elektrolyt befindet. Durch entsprechende Bemessung des Volumens des Ablaßbehälters 8 kann die noch verbleibende Elektrolytmenge auf ein Minimum begrenzt werden.
- Danach wird das Kugelventil 6 geschlossen.
- Der Dreiwegehahn 14 wird nun so gestellt, daß eine Verbindung vom Ablaßbehälter 8 zum Elektrolyt-Vorratsbehälter 16 hergestellt ist, und zwar über die Leitungen 13 und 15. Zum Druckausgleich werden die Ventile 85 und 87 geöffnet so daß sich das Inertgas des unter Inertgasatmosphäre stehenden Elektrolyt-Vorratsbehälters 16 über das Ventil 85 zu dem Inertgas-Vorratsbehälter 81 ausgleichen kann,. während das Volumen des abgelassenen Elektrolyten im Ablaßbehälter über Ventil 87 durch Inertgas ersetzt wird. Hierbei wird vorausgesetzt, daß sich im Elektrolyt-Vorratsbehälter 16 stets 100%ige Inertgasatmosphäre befindet.
- Sobald der Ablaßbehälter 8 völlig entleert ist, wird der Dreiwegehahn 14 geschlossen.
- Der sich im Elektrolyt-Vorratsbehälter 16 befindliche Elektrolyt wird mittels Pumpe 89 über Leitung 88 in den Galvanisiertrog 1 zurückgepumpt, wobei das Elektrolytvolumen durch Inertgas über Ventil 85 ersetzt wird. Danach Schließen des Ventils 85.
- Nun wird das Ventil 43 geöffnet. Dadurch fließt die zum Waschen vorgesehene Inertflüssigkeit 25 aus dem Vorratsbehälter 33 über Leitung 41 in den Ablaßbehälter 8. Hierbei kann die Inertatmosphäre im Ablaßbehälter 8 über Ventil 87 und Leitung 86 in den Inertgas-Vorratsbehälter 81 strömen.
- Es wird das Ventil 43 vom Vorratsbehälter 33 geschlossen. Der Dreiwegehahn 14 wird nun so gßstellt, daß der Ablaßbehälter 8 über Leitungen 18 und 23 in den Behälter 24 fließen kann, wenn das Ventil 22 geöffnet wird. Die aus dem Ablaßbehälter 8 abfließende Inertflüssigkeit 25 wird durch Öffnen des Ventil 94 über Leitung 93 durch Luft ersetzt.
- Danach werden das Ventil 22 und der Dreiwegehahn 14 ge- . schlossen.
- Durch Abnehmen des Deckels 12 kann der Ablaßbehälter 8 geöffnet werden und der Füllkorb 9 mit dem gewaschenen Schüttgut 76 entnommen werden. Es wird bemerkt, daß der Waschvorgang in der beschriebenen Weise beliebig oft wiederholt werden kann.
- Der entleerte Füllkorb 9 wird in den Ablaßbehälter 8 zurückgestellt und durch Aufsetzen des Deckels 12 der Ablaßbehälter 9 luftdicht verschlossen.
- Durch Öffnen des Ventils 42 wird bei geöffnetem Ventil 94 der Ablaßbehälter 8 mit Inertflüssigkeit 21 aus den Vorratsbehälter 32 geflutet, wodurch die verdrängte Luft über Ventil 94 entweichen kann. Danach wird das Ventil 94 geschlossen und über Ventil 87 Inertgas über Leitung 86 in den Ablaßbehälter 8 eingelassen.
- Der Dreiwegehahn 14 wird nun so eingestellt, daß über Leitung 18 und geöffnetem Ventil 19 die sich im Ablaßbehälter 8 befindliche Waschflüssigkeit in den Behälter 20 entleeren kann, wobei die abgelassene Flüssigkeit über Ventil 87 mit Inertgas ersetzt wird.
- Der Ausgangszustand ist wieder hergestellt, nachdem zwischenzeitlich die Inertflüssigkeiten 21 und 25 von den Behältern 20 und 24 mit Hilfe der Pumpen 30 und 31 in die Vorratsbehälter 32 und 33 zurückgefördert wurden. Die zum Waschen verwendete Inertflüssigkeit 25 wird von angereichertem Elektrolyt mit Hilfe des Verdampfers 35 gereinigt. Die Galvanisiertrommel 44 wird für den nächsten Galvanisiervorgang in die in Figur 1 dargestellte Stellung zurückgeführt und die Anoden 70 in die stark ausgezogene Stellung gemäß Figur 1 zurückgebracht.
- In Figur 2 ist eine Ausführung dargestellt, bei der in einem Galvanisiertrog 100 .zwei Galvanisiertrommeln 101 und 102 untergebracht sind. Während eine mittlere Anode 103 feststeht, sind die beiden äußeren Anoden 104 und 105 nach außen verstellbar, so daß das zu galvanisierende Schüttgut über ein gemeinsames Verbindungsstück 106, welches ein Kugelventil 107 enthält, in einen gemeinsamen Ablaßbehälter 108 abgelassen werden kann. Der Ablaßbehälter 108 enthält einen Füllkorb 109 zur Entnahme des Schüttgutes nach Entfernen eines Deckels 110. Für jeden der Galvanisiertrommeln 101 und 102 ist eine eigene Beschickungsvorrichtung 111 und 112 vorgesehen, die entsprechend dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 1 ausgeführt sind. Ferner sind in einem Deckel 113 zwei Hubstangen 114 und 115 zum jeweiligen Öffnen der Galvanisiertrommeln 101 und 102.
- Die Steuerung der Vorrichtung gemäß Figur 2 erfolgt in entsprechender Weise wie bei der Vorrichtung gemäß Figur 1. Bei der Vorrichtung nach Figur 2 können die beiden Galvanisiertrommeln 101 und 102 gleichzeitig oder abwechselnd beschickt werden, wobei jedoch der Elektrolyt aus dem Elektrolyt-Vorratsbehälter 16 über Niveauwächter im Galvanisiertrog 100 aufrechterhalten werden muß. Aus diesem Grunde sind gleichwirkende Teile in Figur 2 mit gleichen Bezugszeichen wie in Figur 1 versehen.
