Claims (7)

1. Dispositif pour empaqueter des cigarettes, ou autres objets analogues en forme de bâtons, dans un emballage parallélépipédique comportant au moins une enveloppe intérieure (flan de papier d'étain 21) et une enveloppe d'emballage (flan de papier 22), dans lequel les cigarettes sont prélevées selon le contenu de l'emballage par groupes dans un magasin, ou l'analogue, et parcourent en tant que groupes de cigarettes ou de blocs en papier d'étain, plusieurs organes transporteurs successifs (32, 33, 34), les organes transporteurs pour le bloc en papier d'étain (24) étant réalisés sous forme de révolvers (33, 34), dont au moins l'un (33) comporte de poches (38) dans lesquelles sont effectués des pliages des flans (22), les poches (38) du révolver (33) entourant le bloc en papier d'étain (24) dans la zone des surfaces larges (25, 26) ainsi que dans la zone des surfaces latérales étroites (27, 28), de sorte qu'une surface large (26) orientée vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial est dégagée, le bloc en papier d'étain (24) étant transféré d'un révolver (33) au révolver suivant (34), caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de transport pour les groupes de cigarettes (23) non emballés est également un révolver (22) à poches (37),
- que les deux révolvers (33, 34) pour les blocs en papier d'étain (24) comportent des poches (38,39);
- que toutes les poches (37, 38, 39) de tous les révolvers (32, 33, 34) ont les dimensions du groupe de cigarettes (23) ou du bloc en papier d'étain (24),
- que les groupes de cigarettes (23) sont disposés de la même façon que les blocs en papier d'étain (24) dans les poches (37) en sorte que le côté large soit orienté vers l'extérieur,
- que le transfert d'un révolver (32 ou 33) à l'autre (33 ou 34) s'effectue lorsque les poches (37, 38, 39) de révolvers voisins (32, 33,34) sont directement en vis-à-vis,
- que les groupes de cigarettes (23) ou les blocs en papier d'étain (24) sont transportés par des organes de poussée (46, 63, 65) se déplaçant radialement, et
- qu'au moins lors du transfert du groupe de cigarettes (23) au révolver suivant (33), ce groupe est soutenu pendant le transfert par un contre-organe (plaque de soutien 93) se déplaçant en même temps, sur le côté initialement dégagé (orienté radialement vers l'extérieur).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les groupes de cigarettes (23) et/ou les blocs en papier d'étain (24), ou l'analogue, peuvent être transportés pendant l'arrêt des révolvers (32, 33, 34) tournant pas à pas.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la plaque de soutien (93) peut être déplacée à partir du côté, dans le sens axial du révolver (32), pour l'amener en prise avec le groupe de cigarettes (23) ou hors de prise.
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel (de façon connue en soi) un flan (flan de papier d'étain 21 et/ou flan de papier 22) est introduit dans une poche (38 ou 39) en le pliant partiellement en forme de U, avant l'introduction du groupe de cigarettes (23) ou du bloc en papier d'étain (24), les flans (21, 22) étant introduits dans la poche (38) par un poinçon de flan (52) en l'adaptant à la forme de celle-ci, et des parties du flan (21, 22) s'étendant à l'extérieur de la poche (38, 39) étant appliquées à l'extérieur sur les révolvers (33, 34) par le poinçon de flan (52), notamment par des applicateurs (54, 55) de celui-ci.
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel les révolvers (33, 34) sont réalisés avec des segments intermédiaires (48) disposés sur des bras porteurs (47) placés notamment en étoile, pour délimiter latéralement les poches (38, 39), dont la surface intérieure, ou surface de fond, est constituée par un corps de soutien (49) annulaire fixe faisant tout le tour, sur le côté extérieur duquel se déplacent les segments intermédiaires (48) pour continuer à transporter les poches (38,39).
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel un révolver, notamment le révolver à cigarettes (32) recevant les groupes de cigarettes (23) du magasin de cigarettes (35), ou l'analogue, est constitué, pour former des poches (37) par une délimitation radialement extérieure et intérieure fixe, notamment une paroi annulaire extérieure (40) et une paroi intérieure (41) également annulaire, entre lesquelles les poches (37) sont délimitées par des éléments intermédiaires (42) effectuant ensemble les révolutions.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les parties (segments intermédiaires 48) délimitant les poches (38, 39) sont munies d'alésages de succion (56, 57) pour tenir lesflans.
