Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verpacken von Zigaretten od. dgl. stabförmigen Gegenständen in eine quaderförmige Packung mit wenigstens einem Inneneinschlag (Stanniol-Zuschnitt) und einem Packungseinschlag (Papier-Zuschnitt), wobei die Zigaretten entsprechend dem Packungsinhalt gruppenweise einem Magazin od. dgl. entnommen werden und als Zigarettengruppe bzw. als Stanniolblock mehrere aufeinanderfolgende Förderorgane durchlaufen, wobei die Förderorgane für den Stanniolblock als Revolver ausgebildet sind, von denen mindestens einer Taschen aufweist, in welchen Fdtungen der Zuschnitte durchführbar sind, wobei die Taschen des Revolvers den Stanniolblock im Bereich der breiten Fläche sowie im Bereich der schmalen Seitenflächen umfassen, so daß eine in Radialrichtung nach außen weisende breite Fläche freiliegt und wobei der Stanniolblock von einem Revolver zu dem nächsten Revolver übergebbar ist.The invention relates to a device for packaging cigarettes or the like. Der Papierrevolver weist Taschen auf, in denen die Stanniolpackungen in einer solchen Ausrichtung liegen, daß ihre nach außen weisende breite Fläche frei liegt. Allerdings sind diese Taschen nicht genau an die Größe der Stanniolpackungen angepaßt, sondern deutlich größer. Aus diesem Grunde wird dort auch ein seitliches, federvorgespanntes Halteorgan benötigt, welches eine schmale Seite der Stanniolpackung hält. Der dem beschriebenen Revolver vorgeschaltete Revolver weist dagegen keine Taschen auf. Vielmehr handelt es sich dort um eine Trommel, die an ihrem Außenumfang verteilte Transportnasen mit in Drehrichtung senkrechter Vorderkante und abfallender Hinterkante aufweist. Der Bereich zwischen benachbarten Nasen ist erheblich größer als eine Stanniolpakkung, so daß bei bestimmten Drehstellungen der Trommel die Packung durch ihr Eigengewicht der Transportnase voreilt.Such a device is known from DE-A-1 511 585.
