Definitions

  • the invention relates to a door or a window with a frame, a fixed field attached to it and a sliding on the frame on a slide, at least partially in front of the fixed field in the horizontal direction sliding or sliding-tilting wing, the upper cross member and the two lateral longitudinal bars of the frame and the sliding or sliding-tilting wing are provided with a double fold, and in which the lower cross member of the frame has an outer fold.
  • a door or window is known for example from DE-A 2536089.
  • the complex construction of the frame of the fixed field and its type of fastening requires special clamping devices.
  • the lower cross member of the frame has a special cross-section due to the one-piece running rail, which cannot be produced with the conventional cutter sets for turn-tilt frames, which are usually also available from smaller manufacturers.
  • the add-on profile also entails additional costs because it becomes wider and therefore more expensive due to the integrated running track. This also makes it impossible to use conventional rain rails, such as those used for tilt-and-turn windows or doors.
  • the continuous attachment profile complicates the assembly of the fixed field.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to develop a door or a window according to the preamble of claim 1 so that as far as possible all spars of the frame can be manufactured with conventional tools and devices that are common in turn-tilt windows, and that the fixed The field can be easily assembled and, if necessary, dismantled without affecting the seal between the frames, especially in the middle joint.
  • the door or the window is designed according to the preamble of claim 1 in accordance with the characterizing part of this claim.
  • the spars of these frames can be easily manufactured using conventional tools and equipment suitable for the production of frames for tilt-and-turn windows as well as simply designed strips, so that expensive and complex special frames can be avoided. This makes it possible to manufacture such doors and windows even in smaller companies without additional effort. This not only speeds up the manufacture of these frames, but also helps to keep costs down.
  • it is provided to provide an original turn-tilt rebate, especially of a standardized type, so that the tool sets customary for this can be used without further ado.
  • the longitudinal end of the stop bar which engages in the outer fold is designed in accordance with the fold cross section.
  • the shape of the stop bar is comparatively simple. As a result, their manufacture and assembly are problem-free.
  • the profile cross section of the cover strip and the two end strips are of comparatively simple shape, which is why they can also be easily manufactured using the tools which are usually present, for example milling cutters. If you do not use a tongue and groove connection with the associated spars or strips, the cross-section can be rectangular.
  • a bridging bar which is preferably on the inner longitudinal spar of the fixed field is attached and carries a strip seal, the sealing lip of which rests on the inner longitudinal spar of the sliding or sliding-tilting sash.
  • the thickness of the bridging bar depends on the size and arrangement of the outer frame fold.
  • each terminal strip expediently engages with a molded spring in a longitudinal groove of the associated frame spar.
  • a further embodiment of the invention provides that the thickness of the cover strip, seen transversely to the wing plane, is less than that of the two cover strips, and that the projecting part of each cover strip is provided with a roller shutter guide or the like.
  • the sliding shutter, a blind or the like which can be moved in the latter, is then moved past the outside of the cover strip.
  • the roller shutter guide or the like consists of a rail which is U-shaped in cross section and which is inserted, in particular, flush into a fold in its end strip.
  • the «flush» refers to both the longitudinal and the transverse surface of the cover strip corner.
  • the drawing shows an embodiment of the invention.
  • the exemplary embodiment is a window with a window frame 1, a sliding and tilting sash 2 and a fixed field 3.
  • the sash 2 can also be designed only as a sliding sash.
  • the fixed field 3 is preferably provided with a glass pane 4.
  • the glass pane of the wing 2 is designated 5.
  • the frame 1 consists of the two longitudinal spars 6 and 7 as well as the upper cross spar 8 and the lower cross spar 9.
  • the sliding and tilting wing 2 is, as shown in particular in FIGS 1 offset so that it can be pushed sideways past the fixed field. In the area of their inner longitudinal spars 10 and 11, the sliding and tilting wing 2 and the fixed field 3 overlap.
  • the upper cross member 8 and 12 and the two lateral cross members 6, 7 and 11, 13 of the frame 1 and the sliding and tilting wing 2 are each provided with a double fold 14 and 15, respectively.
  • the lower cross member 9 of the frame 1 has an inner fold 16 and an outer fold 17.
  • a stop bar 18 is inserted in the latter, the lower longitudinal profile of which corresponds to that of the outer fold and which preferably projects above the transverse spar 9.
  • all the folds mentioned are designed in accordance with the DIN standard for tilt-and-turn windows and are produced with appropriate tools, for example form or set milling cutters.
  • the length of the stop bar 18 corresponds to the width of the fixed field 3, seen in the sliding direction of the sliding and tilting wing 2.
  • the inner longitudinal spar 11 of the wing 2 is in the closed position of the latter at a distance 19 in front of the inner longitudinal spar 10 of the fixed field 3.
  • This distance 19 is largely filled by a bridging bar 20.
  • Their cross-section can be rectangular or corresponding to Fig. 5, i.e. Have folds 21 and 22, respectively.
  • a seal 24 is inserted, the sealing lip of which rests on the associated surface of the inner longitudinal spar 11 of the wing 2 in the closed position of the latter. If the bridging bar 20 is dispensed with, the seal 24 can also be inserted directly into the inner longitudinal spar 10 of the fixed field 3, but it must then be of larger dimensions.
  • each of the frame longitudinal spars 6 and 7, an end strip 25 or 26 is placed, which is flush with its longitudinal spar, particularly on the outside.
  • each has a molded spring 27 or 28 which engages in a corresponding groove 29 or 30 of its longitudinal spar and thereby ensures a firm and dimensionally correct connection.
  • the two end strips 25 and 26 are of the same length as their longitudinal spars 6 and 7, respectively.
  • a cover strip 31 is inserted, which is flush with the end strips and the upper cross member 8 of the frame 1. It can have a purely rectangular cross section or can also be provided with a molded-on spring 32, which is inserted into an assigned and appropriately dimensioned groove 33 of the upper cross member 8 of the frame 1.
  • the strips 25, 26 and 31 are of a comparatively simple cross-sectional shape, so that they can be easily manufactured using simple tools that are always available in the corresponding workshops and can also be assembled without problems.
  • the thickness of the cover strip 31, viewed transversely to the wing plane is less than that of the two cover strips 25 and 26.
  • the projecting part of the two cover strips 25 and 26 is provided with a fold 34 and 35, respectively.
  • a roller shutter guide 36 or 37 with a U-shaped cross section is inserted flush on all sides. To make the roller shutter entry easier, you can expand the upper end 38 of the guides and round off the cover strip 31 at the relevant corner.
  • an upper longitudinal groove 39 of the inner fold 40 of the double fold 14 a again preferably U-shaped cross-section 41 is inserted.
  • the running rail 39 is used for the sliding guidance and support of a scissor fitting 42.
  • the double fold 14 and the upper longitudinal groove 39 can optionally be created in one operation with a complete cutter set.
  • the same also applies to the inner fold 16, the outer fold 17 and a longitudinal groove 43 provided on the lower frame cross member 9 for a running rail 44.
  • the running rail 44 serves to support rollers 45 of the sliding and tilting leaf 2.
  • the latter or at least one carriage are shown in FIG a corresponding recess 46 or groove of the lower cross member 47 of the wing 2.
  • a rain protection rail 49 extending into the extension of the stop bar 18 and attached to the closed sliding and tilting sash is placed. At the transition from the latter to the stop bar 18 there may preferably be an end seal.
  • a conventional window sill 50 is used, which is particularly common in tilt-and-turn windows, the fastening legs of which are preferably overlapped by a downwardly projecting leg of the rain protection rail 49.
  • a circumferential mounting groove 53 for a sealing strip 54 is expediently incorporated into the outer fold 51 of the sliding and tilting leaf 2, in particular at its end facing the inner fold 52 (FIG. 3).
  • This mounting groove 53 runs around the entire wing 2. Unless you create them with the inner and outer fold in one step, they can easily be attached in a subsequent step.
  • the sealing strip 54 is also provided on all four uprights of the wing 2, its lower section rests against a corresponding wall or bar of the rain protection rail 49 when the wing 2 is closed. The other three sections of this sealing strip 54 work together with the flank of the inner fold 40 of the double fold 14 assigned to them.
  • a fitting groove 56 which is open in the direction of the sash plane, in particular a circumferential fitting groove 56. It can also be created either simultaneously with the double rebate 15 or subsequently.
  • a push rod 57 can be moved up and down.
  • a plurality of closing elements 58 are preferably fastened to this, which join in this up and down movement which is produced with the help of the rotary handle 59 of the outer longitudinal spar 13 of the wing 2.
  • the closing elements 58 are part of a closing device 60, with the aid of which the sliding and tilting leaf 2 can be locked in the closed position in relation to the fixed field 3.
  • closing plates 61 or the like which are mounted on the inner longitudinal spar 10 of the fixed field 3 to the side of the bridging bar 20. If necessary, the closing plates 61 or the like can be at least partially embedded in the inner longitudinal spar 10.
  • the closing device 60 bridges the gap 19 in which the bridging bar 20 already mentioned is located.
  • the push rod 57 and the closing elements 58 are covered in the area of the inner longitudinal spar 11 by a cover strip 62 fastened to the latter and preferably having an angular cross section. Corresponding gaps are of course provided, which ensure the unimpeded up and down movement of the closing elements 58.
  • the running rail 44 for the running roller 45 is let into the fastening groove 43 of the lower frame cross member 9.
  • This longitudinal groove 43 is continued in the two longitudinal spars 6 and 7 of the frame 1.
  • the further fastening groove of the frame frame spar 6 on the closing side is designated by 63.
  • Locking plates 64 or the like are inserted into this fastening groove, which belong to a turn-tilt fitting of the sliding-tilting sash 2 which has the locking device 60 and which can be switched from the turning position to the tilting position and also to the closed position with the help of the aforementioned rotary handle 59 can, these locking plates 64 or the like. cooperate with known locking bolts of the turn-tilt fitting.
  • the external dimensions of the fixed field 3 and of the sliding and tilting wing 2 are preferably the same, so that the timbers can be cut to the same length in order to produce their spars.
  • the same pane sizes can be used for the sliding and tilting sash and the fixed field.
  • the leaking seal at the upper and lower end of the sealing strip 24 is compensated for with the aid of a rubber-elastic molded part, not shown.
