Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con nuevos derivados de benzotiazol sustituidos con heteroaril, precursores de los mismos, y usos terapéuticos para tales compuestos, que tienen la fórmula estructural (I) a continuación: y su sal farmacéuticamente aceptable, composiciones y métodos de uso. Además, la invención se relaciona con nuevos derivados de benzotiazol sustituidos con heteroaril que son adecuados para obtener imágenes de los depósitos amiloides en pacientes vivos, sus composiciones, métodos de uso y procesos para hacer tales compuestos. Más específicamente, la presente invención se relaciona con un método de obtener imágenes de los depósitos amiloides en el cerebro in vivo para permitir el diagnóstico antemortem de la enfermedad de Alzheimer así como medir la eficacia clínica de los agentes terapéuticos contra la enfermedad de Alzheimer.
