Abstract
Las 2,3-Di-sustituidas N-heteroaromático propionamidas siendo dicha sustitución en la posición 2 un grupo fenilo sustituido y en la posición 3 un anillo polar, dichas propionamidas son activadores de la glucoquinasa que aumenta la secreción de insulina en el tratamiento de la diabetes tipo II.
