Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к устройству для риформинга, содержащему реакционную камеру для осуществления реакции, где поток углеводородов является реагирующим газом, а богатый водородом синтез-газ является продуктом реакции. Внутри реакционной камеры предусмотрена мембрана. Указанное устройство для риформинга также содержит нагревательный реактор для нагревания реакционной камеры, при этом мембрана является полупроницаемой мембраной, выполненной с возможностью пропускания через нее CO; реакционная камера содержит материал-катализатор, предусмотренный для катализа реакции парового риформинга метана и катализа реакции конверсии водяного газа; и устройство для риформинга выполнено с возможностью осуществления в реакционной камере реакции парового риформинга метана при давлении в диапазоне от около 15 до около 50 бар и.д. Кроме того, настоящее изобретение относится к способу для осуществления реакции, где поток углеводородов является реагирующим газом, а богатый водородом синтез-газ является продуктом реакции, в устройстве для риформинга согласно настоящему изобретению.
