Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع بمفاعل كيميائي chemical reactor يشتمل على أنابيب لإصلاح reformer tubes تيار التغذية الأول الذي يشتمل على غاز هيدروكربوني وبخار. ويتألف المفاعل الكيميائي من أنبوب واحد أو أكثر من أنابيب الإصلاح التي يتم تجهيزها للتسخين بواسطة مصدر حرارة يعمل بالكهرباء/ كما يشتمل أنبوب المصلح على مدخل أول لتغذية تيار التغذية الأول المذكور في منطقة تفاعل الإصلاح الأول لأنبوب المصلح reformer tube ، وقناة تغذية مجهزة للسماح بتيار تغذية ثانٍ في منطقة تفاعل إصلاح ثانية لأنبوب المصلح. كما يتم وضع منطقة تفاعل الإصلاح الثاني في نقطة سابقة لمنطقة تفاعل الإصلاح الأول، وتجهز قناة التغذية بحيث يكون تيار التغذية الثاني على اتصال بالمادة المحفزة catalyst material فقط في منطقة تفاعل الإصلاح الثاني. كما يتعلق الاختراع بعملية إنتاج غاز تخليقي synthesis gas غني بأول أكسيد الكربون في ظروف تنخفض بها نسبة البخار/ الكربون. الشكل 1أ.
