Abstract

Способ и установка для получения синтез-газа, в основном состоящего из водорода и монооксида углерода, посредством каталитического парового риформинга углеводородсодержащего сырьевого газа, при этом тепло горелок, требуемое для осуществления химических реакций риформинга, генерируют посредством получения дымового газа и при этом посредством использования тепла, содержащегося в синтез-газе и в дымовом газе, чистый пар генерируют из котловой питательной воды и технологический пар генерируют из технологического конденсата, при этом для генерирования чистого пара используют синтез-газ и дымовой газ и для генерирования технологического пара используют часть чистого пара в качестве теплоносителя, а остальную часть чистого пара выводят из способа в качестве отводимого пара.
