Abstract
Целью настоящего изобретения является способ разделения смеси, содержащей несколько типов способных обратимо взаимодействовать соединений, в частности способ эффективного выделения изоцианата из смеси, содержащей изоцианат и гидроксильное соединение, например способ эффективного разделения изоцианата и гидроксильного соединения, которые образуются при термическом разложении сложного эфира N-замещенной карбаминовой кислоты. Цель достигается способом разделения, который осуществляют с помощью колонны многоступенчатой дистилляции, для смеси, содержащей соединение с активным атомом водорода (А) и соединение (В), которое обратимо взаимодействует с соединением, имеющим активный атом водорода (А), при этом указанный способ включает дистилляционное разделение соединения с активным атомом водорода (А) и соединения (В) в колонне многоступенчатой дистилляции в присутствии нереакционноспособного соединения (С) с промежуточной температурой кипения, температура кипения которого при нормальных условиях располагается в промежутке между температурой кипения при нормальных условиях соединения с активным атомом водорода (А) и температурой кипения при нормальных условиях соединения (В), и которое химически неактивно по отношению к соединению с активным атомом водорода (А) и соединению (В).
