Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу изготовления клееных деревянных композитных изделий (10, 13, 24, 24а, 25а) из длинномерного древесного сырья (1), в основном, одинаковой длины, которые выполнены с возможностью соединения до произвольно выбираемой ширины и/или длины, причем, в основном, каждая длинномерная древесина (1) распиливается в продольном направлении на части (2, 20, 21), а также на внешние горбыли (34), а после сушки и последующего выравнивания на противоположных боковых поверхностях (18с, 18d, 37) каждой части (2, 20, 21) изготавливается профилирование (23). После подходящего расположения и прикладывания друг к другу части (2, 20, 21) длинномерной древесины склеиваются на боковых поверхностях (18с, 18d, 37) в деревянный композит, причем на торцевых сторонах каждого деревянного композита по всей его ширине получают соединения (11а) на клиновидный шип, и деревянные композиты повторно склеиваются между собой торцевыми сторонами соответствующими соединениями (11а) на клиновидный шип, пока не будет получено деревянное композитное изделие выбранной длины. Кроме того, описаны изготовленные этим способом деревянные композитные изделия.
