Abstract
Объектом изобретения является непрерывный способ получения стекла, включающий стадии, заключающиеся в загрузке исходных материалов в верхнюю часть печи, вдоль которой расположено множество горелок, получении расплавленной стеклянной массы, затем перемещении указанной расплавленной стеклянной массы в зону печи, расположенную ниже, причем по меньшей мере одну горелку, расположенную на уровне этой зоны, питают сверхстехиометрическим количеством окислителя топлива, затем формировании листового стекла, при этом указанное листовое стекло имеет химический состав, который содержит следующие компоненты в содержании, изменяющемся в массовых пределах, указанных ниже: SiO60-75%, AlO0-10%, BO0-5%, предпочтительно 0, CaO 5-15%, MgO 0-10%, NaO 5-20%, KO 0-10%, BaO 0-5%, предпочтительно 0, SO0,1-0,4%, FeO(общее железо) от 0 до 0,015%, редокс 0,1-0,3.
