Abstract
Описаны полимерная труба для работы при обычном давлении, композиции для ее получения и способ получения композиции. Труба характеризуется тем, что полимер содержит композицию на основе полимера пропилена, в которой базовый полимер пропилена представляет собой гетерофазный сополимер пропилена, имеющий матрицу из гомополимера пропилена и дисперсную фазу из эластомерного сополимера пропилена и по меньшей мере одного олефинового сомономера; имеет содержание сомономера 2-7% по массе, в расчете на массу гетерофазного сополимера пропилена; имеет скорость течения расплава MFR (2/230), определенную согласно ISO 1133 С4, составляющую 0,1-2,0 г/10 мин; имеет широкое молекулярно-массовое распределение, определенное по реологическому коэффициенту снижения вязкости при сдвиге, SHI, измеренному при 200°С, составляющее 9-30; имеет модуль упругости, определенный согласно ISO 527 - 2/1В при 1 мм/мин и 23°С, равный по меньшей мере 1800 МПа; имеет ударную вязкость, определенную согласно ISO 179/1eA, равную по меньшей мере 6 кДж/мпри 0°С и по меньшей мере 2 кДж/мпри -20°С. Композиция представляет собой полимерную композицию, как определено выше. Способ характеризуется тем, что осуществляют полимеризацию в присутствии стереоспецифического катализатора Циглера-Натта, содержащего донор электронов; (i) матрицы из гомополимера пропилена по меньшей мере в одном петлевом реакторе при температуре, по меньшей мере 80°С и давлении 4600-10000 кПа; и (ii) эластомерного сополимера пропилена и по меньшей мере одного олефинового сомономера по меньшей мере в одном газофазном реакторе при более низкой температуре, чем на стадии (i), с получением гетерофазного сополимера пропилена, как определено выше.
