Abstract
Изобретение связано со способом разделения и выделения ацилированного производного 4-[(S)-4-диметиламино-1-(4-фторфенил)-1-гидроксибутил]-3-гидроксиметилбензонитрила посредством взаимодействия смеси 4-[ (S)-4-диметиламино-1-(4-фторфенил)-1-гидроксибутил]-3-гидроксиметилбензонитрила и его ацилированного производного с соединением, которое образует производное 4-[(S)-4-диметиламино-1-(4-фторфенил)-1-гидроксибутил]-3-гидроксиметилбензонитрила, содержащее группу карбоновой кислоты. Ацилированное производное, содержащее группу карбоновой кислоты, выпадает в осадок сразу же после его образования и может быть легко отделено от реакционной смеси.
