Abstract
Описываются способ высокочувствительной и специфической амплификации нуклеиновой кислоты-мишени в образце с использованием химерного олигонуклеотидного праймера, содержащего рибонуклеотид, расположенный на 3'-конце или в 3'-концевой области, эндорибонуклеазы и ДНК-полимеразы, обладающей активностью замещения цепи, т.е. способ изотермической инициируемой химерным праймером амплификации нуклеиновой кислоты (ICAN); способ детекции амплифицированного фрагмента, полученного с использованием вышеуказанного способа; способ получения нуклеиновой кислоты-мишени с использованием вышеуказанного способа амплификации и химерные олигонуклеотидные праймеры для использования в указанных способах.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
