Claims (15)
1. Plademetal (1), som omfatter et substrat (3), hvoraf mindst én side (5) er dækket af en metalcoating (7), som omfatter Al og Mg, hvor resten af metalcoatingen (7) er Zn, og uundgåelige urenheder og eventuelt et eller flere yderligere elementer, der er udvalgt blandt Si, Sb, Pb, Ti, Ca, Mn, Sn, La, Ce, Cr eller Bi, hvor indholdet i vægt af hvert yderligere element i metalcoatingen (7) er mindre end 0,3%, hvor metalcoatingen (7) har et indhold i vægt af aluminium ϊαι, som ligger mellem 3,6 og 3,8% og et indhold i vægt af magnesium tMg, som ligger mellem 2,7 og 3,3%, hvor metalcoatingen (7) har en mikrostruktur, der omfatter en lamelformet matrix (13) af ternær eutektikum Zn/AI/MgZn2 og: - Zn-dendriter (15) med et kumuleret overfladeindhold af den udvendige flade (21) af coatingen (7) i rå tilstand på nul eller mindre end eller lig med 5,0%, - binære eutiktikumblomster Zn/MgZn2 (17) med et kumuleret overfladeindhold af den udvendige flade (21) af coatingen (7) i rå tilstand på nul eller mindre end eller lig med 15,0%, - binære eutiktikumdendriter Zn/AI med et kumuleret overfladeindhold af den udvendige flade (21) af metalcoatingen (7) i rå tilstand på nul eller mindre end eller lig med 1,0%, - MgZn2-øer med et kumuleret overfladeindhold af den udvendige flade (21) af coatingen (7) i rå tilstand på nul eller mindre end eller lig med 1,0%,
2. Plademetal ifølge krav 1, hvor indholdet af magnesium tMg ligger mellem 2,9 og 3,1%.
3. Plademetal ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor masseforholdet AI/(AI+Mg) er højere end eller lig med 0,45.
4. Plademetal ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor mikrostrukturen ikke omfatter binære eutiktikumdendriter Zn/AI.
5. Plademetal ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor mikrostrukturen ikke omfatter MgZn2-øer.
6. Plademetal ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor det kumulerede overfladeindhold af binære eutiktikumblomster Zn/MgZn2 (17) ved den udvendige flade (21) af coatingen (7) i rå tilstand er mindre end 10,0%.
7. Plademetal ifølge krav 6, hvor det kumulerede overfladeindhold af binære eutiktikumblomster Zn/MgZn2 (17) ved den udvendige flade (21) af coatingen (7) i rå tilstand er mindre end 5,0%.
8. Plademetal ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor det kumulerede overfladeindhold af binære eutiktikumblomster Zn/MgZn2 (17) ved den udvendige flade (21) af coatingen (7) i rå tilstand er mindre end 3,0%.
9. Plademetal ifølge krav 8, hvor det kumulerede overfladeindhold af Zn-dendriter (15) ved den udvendige flade (21) af coatingen (7) i rå tilstand er mindre end 2,0%.
10. Plademetal ifølge krav 9, hvor det kumulerede overfladeindhold af Zn-dendriter (15) ved den udvendige flade (21) af coatingen (7) i rå tilstand er mindre end 1,0%.
11. Plademetal ifølge krav 10, hvor mikrostrukturen udelukkende består af ternær eutektikum (13).
12. Plademetal ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor metalcoatingen (7) dækkes af mindst ét farvelag og/eller ét olielag.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et plademetal (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden mindst omfatter de følgende trin: - tilvejebringelse af et substrat (3) i stål, - afsætning af en metalcoating (7) på mindst én flade (5) ved nedsænkning af substratet (3) i et bad, hvor substratet har en nedsænkningstemperatur Ti ved indgangen i badet så som (2,34 x tAI+ 0,655 x tMg -10,1} x 10'6 < exp(-10584/Ti) hvor Ti er udtrykt i grader Kelvin, og - størkning af metalcoatingen (7).
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge krav 13, hvor afkølingshastigheden af coatingen (7) mellem starten af størkningen og slutningen af størkningen er højere end eller lig med 15°C/s.
15. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge krav 14, hvor afkølingshastigheden af coatingen (7) mellem starten af størkningen og slutningen af størkningen er højere end eller lig med 20°C/s.
