Metalni lim (1) koji sadrži podlogu (3) koja ima barem jednu stranu (5) premazanu s metalnim premazom (7) koji sadrži Al i Mg, te ostatak metalnog premaza (7) čini Zn, neizbježne nečistoće i eventualno jedan ili više dodatnih elemenata koji su odabrani između Si, Sb, Pb, Ti, Ca, Mn, Sn, La, Ce, Cr, ili Bi, pri čemu je težinski udjel svakog dodatnog elementa u metalnom premazu (7) manji od 0.3%, metalni premaz (7) ima težinski udjel aluminija tAl od između 3.6 i 3.8% i težinski udjel magnezija tMg od između 2.7 i 3.3 %, metalni premaz (7) ima mikrostrukturu koju čini lamelarna matrica (13) ternarnog ekutektika Zn/Al/MgZn2 i: - dendriti od Zn (15) sa udjelom akumulirane površine na vanjskoj površini (21) premaza (7) u sirovom stanju koji iznosi nula ili manje od ili jednako 5.0%, - cvjetove binarnog eutektika od Zn/MgZn2 (17) sa udjelom akumulirane površine na vanjskoj površini (21) premaza (7) u sirovom stanju koji iznosi nula ili manje od ili jednako 15.0%, - dendrite binarnog eutektika od Zn/Al sa udjelom akumulirane površine na vanjskoj površini (21) metalnog premaza (7) u sirovom stanju koji iznosi nula ili manje od ili jednako 1.0%, - otočiće MgZn2 sa udjelom akumulirane površine na vanjskoj površini (21) premaza (7) u sirovom stanju koji iznosi nula ili manje od ili jednako 1.0%.
2. Metalni lim prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je udjel magnezija tMg između 2.9 i 3.1%.
3. Metalni lim prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je težinski omjer Al/(Al+Mg) veći od ili jednak 0.45.
4. Metalni lim prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da mikrostruktura ne sadrži dendrit binarnog eutektika Zn/Al.
5. Metalni lim prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da mikrostruktura ne sadrži otočić MgZn2.
6. Metalni lim prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da je udjel akumulirane površine cvjetova binarnog eutektika Zn/MgZn2 (17) na vanjskoj površini (21) premaza (7) u sirovom stanju manji od 10. 0%.
7. Metalni lim prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da je udjel akumulirane površine cvjetova binarnog eutektika Zn/MgZn2 (17) na vanjskoj površini (21) premaza (7) u sirovom stanju manji od 5.0%.
8. Metalni lim prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je udjel akumulirane površine cvjetova binarnog eutektika Zn/MgZn2 (17) na vanjskoj površini (21) premaza (7) u sirovom stanju manji od 3.0% .
9. Metalni lim prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da je udjel akumulirane površine dendrita od Zn (15) na vanjskoj površini (21) premaza (7) u sirovom stanju manji od 2.0%.
10. Metalni lim prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da je udjel akumulirane površine dendrita od Zn (15) na vanjskoj površini (21) premaza (7) u sirovom stanju manji od 1.0%.
11. Metalni lim prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da se mikrostruktura sastoji isključivo od trojnog eutektika (13).
12. Metalni lim prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da je metalni premaz (7) prekriven barem sa slojem boje i/ili slojem ulja.
13. Postupak proizvodnje metalnog lima (1) prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da postupak sadrži barem korake: - osiguravanje podloge (3) izrađene od čelika, - polaganje metalnog premaza (7) na barem jednoj strani (5) uranjanjem podloge (3) u kupku, pri čemu podloga ima ulaznu temperaturu uranjanja Ti na ulazu u kupku tako da vrijedi [image] gdje je T u stupnjevima Kelvina, i - skrućivanja metalnog premaza (7).
14. Postupak proizvodnje prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da je brzina hlađenja premaza (7) između početka skrućivanja i kraja skrućivanja veća od ili jednaka 15°C/s.
15. Postupak proizvodnje prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da je brzina hlađenja premaza (7) između početka skrućivanja i kraja skrućivanja veća od ili jednaka 20°C/s.
