Claims (10)
1
1. Fremgangsmåde til depolymerisering af plastmateriale (1), især brugt plast eller plastaffald, ved hjælp af varmetilførsel, hvor plastmaterialet (1) smeltes til en plastsmelte og afgasses, før det indføres i en depolymerisationsreaktor (3), hvor plastsmelten tilsættes en råoliefraktion som opløsningsmiddel (6), kendetegnet ved, at der som opløsningsmiddel (6) anvendes en svær olie med et slutkogepunkt på > 300 °C, fortrinsvis > 350 °C, og med en andel af aromatiske carbonhydrider på mindst 25%, således at viskositeten af den til depolymerisationsreaktoren (3) tilførte plastsmelteopløsning er reduceret i forhold til viskositeten af plastsmelten.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at en del af plastsmelten i depolymerisationsreaktoren (3) pumpes ud og sendes tilbage til depolymerisationsreaktoren (3) gennem et forsyningskredsløb, idet plastsmelte navnlig pumpes ud af depolymerisationsreaktoren (3) og tilbage til depolymerisationsreaktoren (3).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at opløsningsmidlet (6) indføres, fortrinsvis indsprøjtes, i forsyningskredsløbet.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at plastsmelten, som skal depolymeriseres, indføres i depolymerisationsreaktoren gennem forsyningskredsløbet.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at opløsningsmidlet fortrinsvis opvarmes til mindst ca. 150 °C, især til i det væsentlige 200 °C til 300 °C, før det tilsættes til plastsmelten.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at der iblandes en svær olie, der i EINECS-klassifikationssystemet har nr. 265-xxx-x eller nr. 270-xxx-x, hvori x udgør en vilkårlig pladsholder, navnlig en svær olie valgt fra en gruppe omfattende følgende EINECS-numre: 265-064-6, 265-058- 2 3, 265-189-6, 265-045-2, 265-193-8, 265-081-9, 270-675-6, 265-060-4 eller en blanding deraf.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at viskositeten af plastsmelteopløsningen ved en temperatur på i det væsentlige 180 °C til 240 °C er reduceret i forhold til plastsmelten uden opløsningsmiddel med mindst 30%, fortrinsvis mindst 50%, især mindst 80%.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at der som plastmateriale (1) anvendes polyolefiner, især polyethylen og polypropylen eller polystyren, og at plastmaterialet (1) fortrinsvis depolymeriseres i depolymerisationsreaktoren ved ca. 300 °C til 500 °C, fortrinsvis 350 °C til 450 °C.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at det depolymeriserede plastmateriale (1) udtrækkes i dampform i et øvre afsnit af depolymerisationsreaktoren (3), og at det dampformige, depolymeriserede plastmateriale fortrinsvis opdeles i flere produkter, fortrinsvis en gasstrøm (13), flydende gas og naphtha (14) samt et gasolieagtigt produkt (15).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at plastsmelteopløsningen opvarmes før indføring i depolymerisationsreaktoren (3).
