Description
添加の割合が0重量%、50重量%、70重量%、100重量%のサンプルを純粋なポリプロピレン粒子と溶媒(“清澄なスラリー油”、EINECS番号265-064-6)から準備した。これらの混合物を窒素雰囲気中で加熱し、解重合法にとって好ましい処理温度である約360〜390℃に短時間(数分間)保持した。それは、処理条件を考慮するためと、サンプルをできるだけ完全に一様にするためである。その後、シリンダ流量計(タイプ:Bohlin Visco 88粘度計)を用い、個々の測定温度にて、シリンダの中間設定範囲内のさまざまな反応速度で動的粘度を測定した。
Claims (20)
- プラスチック材料(1)、特に消費者が使用する前のプラスチック廃棄物または消費者が使用した後のプラスチック廃棄物を熱導入手段によって解重合する方法であって、プラスチック材料(1)を溶融させてプラスチック溶融物を形成し、脱ガスした後、解重合反応装置(3)へと送ることを含み、粗油から得られた留分を溶媒(6)として前記プラスチック溶融物に添加することにより、前記解重合反応装置(3)に供給されるそのプラスチック溶融物溶液の粘度を前記プラスチック溶融物の粘度よりも低下させることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記解重合反応装置(3)の中にある前記プラスチック溶融物の一部をポンプで外に出し、供給回路を通じてその解重合反応装置(3)に再循環させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック溶融物を前記解重合反応装置(3)からポンプで連続的に外に出し、その解重合反応装置(3)に再循環させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒(6)を前記供給回路に導入すること、好ましくは注入することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 解重合すべき前記プラスチック溶融物を前記供給回路を通じて前記解重合反応装置(3)に導入することを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒を、前記プラスチック溶融物に添加する前に好ましくは少なくとも約150℃、特に実質的に200℃〜300℃まで加熱することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。

- プラスチック材料(1)、特に消費者が使用する前のプラスチック廃棄物または消費者が使用した後のプラスチック廃棄物を熱導入手段によって解重合するため、そのプラスチック材料(1)をプラスチック溶融物に変換するための脱ガス・溶融装置(2)と、加熱装置(3’)を有する解重合反応装置(3)とを備える装置において、粗油から得られる留分を溶媒(6)として前記プラスチック溶融物に添加するための溶媒導入装置を設けることにより、前記解重合反応装置(3)に供給されるそのプラスチック溶融物溶液の粘度を前記プラスチック溶融物の粘度よりも低下させることを特徴とする装置。
- 供給回路ライン(4)が前記解重合反応装置(3)に接続されていて、その解重合反応装置(3)の中にある前記プラスチック溶融物の一部がポンプによってその供給回路ラインを通じて外に出された後、その解重合反応装置に再循環される、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記脱ガス・溶融装置(2)および/または前記溶媒導入装置(6’)が前記供給回路ライン(4)に接続されている、請求項18に記載の装置。
