Claims (10)
1. Postupak za depolimerizaciju plastičnog materijala (1), naročito starog ili otpadnog plastičnog materijala, pomoću dovođenja topline, pri čemu se plastični materijal (1) tali tako da tvori rastaljenu plastiku i otplinjava prije uvođenja u reaktor za depolimerizaciju (3), pri čemu se u rastaljenu plastiku kao otapalo (6) dodaje frakcija sirove nafte, naznačen time da se kao otapalo (6) koristi teško loživo ulje koje ima krajnju točku vrelišta od > 300 °C, poželjno > 350 °C, te ima udio aromatskih ugljikovodika od barem 25%, čime se smanjuje viskoznost otopine rastaljene plastike koja se uvodi u reaktor za depolimerizaciju (3) u odnosu na viskoznost rastaljene plastike.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se dio rastaljene plastike unutar reaktora za depolimerizaciju (3) ispumpava i recirkulira u reaktoru za depolimerizaciju (3) preko dobavnog kruga, naročito rastaljena plastika koja se pumpa iz reaktora za depolimerizaciju (3) i recirkulira u reaktoru za depolimerizaciju (3).
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da se otapalo (6) u dobavni krug uvodi, poželjno injektiranjem.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da se rastaljena plastika koja se treba depolimerizirati uvodi u reaktor za depolimerizaciju preko dobavnog kruga.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da se otapalo prije nego se dodaje u rastopljenu plastiku poželjno zagrijava na barem približno 150 °C, naročito uglavnom na 200 °C do 300 °C.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da se dodaje teško loživo ulje koje ima br. 265-xxx-x ili br. 270-xxx-x u EINECS klasifikacijskom sustavu, gdje je x proizvoljno rezervirano mjesto, naročito teško loživo ulje odabrano iz skupine koja sadrži EINECS br. 265-064-6, 265-058-3, 265-189-6, 265-045-2, 265-193-8, 265-081-9, 270-675-6, 265-060-4 i/ili njihova smjesa.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da je viskoznost otopine rastaljene plastike smanjena za barem 30%, poželjno za barem 50%, naročito za barem 80%, u odnosu na rastaljenu plastiku bez otapala kod temperature od približno 180 °C do 240 °C.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da se kao plastični materijal (1) koriste poliolefini, naročito polietilen i polipropilen, i/ili polistiren i poželjno se plastični materijal (1) depolimerizira u reaktoru za depolimerizaciju na približno 300 °C do 500 °C, poželjno 350 °C do 450 °C.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da se depolimerizirani plastični materijal (1) izdvaja u gornjem dijelu reaktora za depolimerizaciju (3) u obliku pare i poželjno se paroviti, depolimerizirani plastični materijal razdvaja u nekoliko proizvoda, poželjno kao struja plina (13), tekući plin i nafta (14) i kao proizvod (15) koji je sličan plinskom ulju.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da se otopina rastaljene plastike zagrijava prije uvođenja u reaktor za depolimerizaciju (3).
