Abstract
Sposób recyklingu odpadowych materiałów termoizolacyjnych polega na rozpuszczeniu wyselekcjonowanego odpadu w rozpuszczalniku organicznym, oddzieleniu nierozpuszczalnych zanieczyszczeń a następnie dodaniu drugiego odczynnika, jakim jest nierozpuszczalnik i oddzielenie wytrąconego surowca. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że do roztworu wyselekcjonowanego odpadu w rozpuszczalniku, po oddzieleniu zanieczyszczeń, dodaje się wodny roztwór środka alkalicznego w ilości 0,1% - 2,0% wagowych w stosunku do ilości odpadu w przeliczeniu na czysty środek alkaliczny, całość ogrzewa się w temperaturze wrzenia mieszaniny przez kilka godzin przy ewentualnym mieszaniu, następnie wyłącza się grzanie a po rozdzieleniu faz organicznej i wodnej - fazy te oddziela się. Fazę organiczną neutralizuje się i następnie po ewentualnym wstępnym usunięciu przez destylację części rozpuszczalnika dodaje się wodę podczas ogrzewania i destylacji pozostałej części rozpuszczalnika aż do jego usunięcia a powstałą zawiesinę surowca w wodzie studzi się i rozdziela.
