Abstract

Se proporciona un método para recuperar petróleo crudo en un sedimento fangoso de petróleo crudo, en donde incluso si el petróleo recuperado del sedimento fangoso de petróleo crudo es mezclado con petróleo crudo, un sedimento fangoso es difícilmente generado otra vez. El método para recuperar petróleo en un sedimento fangoso de petróleo crudo comprende: un primer paso (1) de mezclar un sedimento fangoso de petróleo crudo (A) con un petróleo crudo (B), y posteriormente calentar y mezclar la mezcla de sedimento fangoso de petróleo crudo (A) con petróleo crudo (B) a 40°C hasta 200°C para después obtener una mezcla de material calentado y agitado del sedimento fangoso de petróleo crudo (A) y el petróleo crudo (B); u n segundo paso (1) de separar centrífugamente el material calentado y agitado a 40°C hasta 200°C en un líquido ligero y en una fracción pesada para obtener un líquido ligero; y un tercer paso (1) de traer la temperatura del líquido ligero a una temperatura igual o mayor que el punto de fusión del mismo, y mezclar el líquido ligero teniendo una temperatura igual o superior al punto de fusión en el petróleo crudo (C) en un tubo de transferencia de petróleo crudo, en donde la temperatura del petróleo crudo (C) es igual o mayor que la temperatura del líquido ligero, o la temperatura del petróleo crudo (C) es menor que la temperatura del líquido ligero y la diferencia entre la temperatura del líquido ligero y la temperatura del petróleo crudo (C) es de 40°C o menor.
