Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se um método para carregar um catalisador em um reator (40) compreendendo um circuito de separação (21), compreendendo as etapas a seguir: a) encher o reator (40) com um solvente s1; b) encher o circuito de separação (21) com dito solvente s1; c) fazer com que dito solvente s1 mova no reator de síntese (40) e no circuito de separação (21); d) aquecer o reator (40) a uma temperatura de 100°c ou menos; e) injetar um gás inerte na base do reator (40); f) misturar o dito catalisador com um solvente s2 em um recipiente (30) a fim de obter uma mistura líquido/sólido; g) aumentar a pressão no recipiente (30) então enviar a mistura líquido/sólido ao reator (40); h) remover o dito solvente s1 e/ou s2.
