Abstract
Un proceso para la producción de biodiésel en bruto a partir de materias primas renovables (tales como grasas y aceites) que contenga materiales insaponificables; que purifique el biodiésel en bruto mediante un proceso de purificación; que recupere un flujo de destilado de biodiésel purificado y un flujo de residuo de biodiésel menos volátil; y que recupere además químicos valiosos a partir de residuo de biodiésel. Específicamente, la presente tecnología se relaciona con la concentración de químicos valiosos en el producto del residuo de biodiésel de la producción de biodiésel y la posterior recuperación de estos químicos valiosos. El proceso puede incluir además la conversión del residuo de biodiésel en hidrocarburos de la gama diésel con hidroxidesoxigenación y la posterior purificación de la fracción de hidrocarburos producidos de este modo.
