Claims (35)
1. Varmehærdbar pulverformig enkomponent-belægningssammensætning, der omfatter - en resin, der indeholder reaktive umætheder, hvor alle de reaktive umætheder er carbon-carbon-dobbeltbindinger, der er forbundet direkte til en elektrontiltrækkende gruppe, og hvor resinen har en vægt pr. umæthed (WPU) bestemt ved anvendelse af 1H-NMR, der er højere end 250 og lavere end 1500 g/mol, og hvor resinen er en polyester, og - en co-tværbinder, der er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af vinylethere, vinylestere, vinylamider, itaconater, enaminer og blandinger deraf, og hvor co-tværbinderen har en vægt pr. umæthed (WPU) bestemt ved anvendelse af 1H-NMR, der er højere end 150 og lavere end 870 g/mol, og et termisk initieringssystem, der omfatter en overgangsmetalkatalysator og en peroxid, hvor overgangsmetalkatalysatoren er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af overgangsmetalsalte, overgangsmetalkomplekser og blandinger deraf, hvor overgangsmetallet er Mn, Fe, Co eller Cu, og hvor peroxiden er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af peroxyestere, monoperoxycarbonater og blandinger deraf, hvor peroxiden har formel (1)
hvor R1, R2 og R3 hver for sig står for en alkyl, og hvor X står for R4 eller for OR4, hvor R4 står for en alkyl, en aryl eller for en oligomer eller polymer, og hvor mængden af peroxid er mindst 10 mmol peroxid/kg resin, der indeholder reaktive umætheder og co-tværbinder.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor peroxiden er t-butylperoxybenzoat, t-butylperoxy-2-ethylhexanoat, t-amylperoxy-(2-ethyl)-hexanoat eller t-butylperoxy-2-ethylhexylcarbonat.
3. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor co-tværbinderen er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af vinylethere, vinylestere og blandinger deraf.
4. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor sammensætningen yderligere omfatter en inhibitor.
5. Sammensætning ifølge krav 4, hvor inhibitoren er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af stabile radikaler, catecholer, phenothiaziner, hydroguinoner, benzoguinoner og blandinger deraf.
6. Sammensætning ifølge krav 5, hvor inhibitoren er en hydroquinon eller en catechol.

Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor mængden af termisk initieringssystem er udvalgt, således at når den pulverformige belægningssammensætning påføres et substrat og hærdes ved en temperatur på 130 °C i 20 minutter, modstår den resulterende belægning mindst 50 acetone-dobbeltafgnidninger.
8. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor mængden af termisk initieringssystem er udvalgt, således at når den pulverformige belægningssammensætning påføres et substrat og hærdes ved en temperatur på 130 °C i 20 minutter, modstår den resulterende belægning mindst 70 acetone-dobbeltafgnidninger.
9. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor den resulterende belægning, når den pulverformige belægningssammensætning påføres et substrat og hærdes ved en temperatur på 130 °C i 20 minutter, modstår mindst 100 acetone-dobbeltafgnidninger.
10. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor mængden af peroxid er højst 1000 mmol peroxid/kg resin, der indeholder reaktive umætheder og co-tværbinder.
11. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor mængden af peroxid er højst 500 mmol peroxid/kg resin, der indeholder reaktive umætheder og co-tværbinder.
12. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor mængden af peroxid er højst 250 mmol peroxid/kg resin, der indeholder reaktive umætheder og co-tværbinder.
13. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1- 12, hvor viskositeten i resinen ligger i intervallet fra 2 til 30 Pa.s målt ved 160 °C ved anvendelse af en 30 mm spindel ved en påført forskydningshastighed på 70 s-1.
14. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1- 13, hvor resinen er amorf.
15. Sammensætning ifølge krav 14, hvor resinen har en glasovergangstemperatur på mindst 20 °C målt ved hjælp af DSC ved en opvarmningshastighed på 5 °C/minut.
16. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1- 14, hvor resinen har en glasovergangstemperatur på mindst 40 °C målt ved hjælp af DSC ved en opvarmningshastighed på 5 °C/minut.
17. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1- 14, hvor resinen har en glasovergangstemperatur på mindst 40 og højst 65 °C målt ved hjælp af DSC ved en opvarmningshastighed på 5 °C/minut.
18. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1- 17, hvor resinen har en talgennemsnitlig molekylvægt (Mn) i intervallet fra 1500 til 8000 Da.
19. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1- 18, hvor resinen har en vægt pr. umæthed (WPU) bestemt ved anvendelse af 1H-NMR, der er højere end 250 og lavere end 1150 g/mol.
20. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-18, hvor resinen har en vægt pr. umæthed (WPU) bestemt ved anvendelse af 1H-NMR, der er højere end 500 og lavere end 1500 g/mol.

31. Fremgangsmåde til belægning af et substrat, der omfatter følgende trin: 1) påføring af en pulverformig belægningssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-29 på et substrat til opnåelse af et substrat, der er delvist eller helt belagt med en belægning; og 2) opvarmning af det opnåede delvist eller helt belagte substrat i et sådant tidsrum og ved en sådan temperatur, at belægningen hærdes mindst delvist.
32. Substrat, der er helt eller delvist belagt med en pulverformig belægningssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-29.
33. Substrat, der er helt eller delvist belagt med en pulverbelægning baseret på en pulverformig belægningssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-29.
34. Anvendelse af en pulverformig belægningssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-29 til belægning af et substrat.
35. Anvendelse ifølge krav 34, hvor substratet er et varmefølsomt substrat, der er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af plastsubstrat, træsubstrat, fast træsubstrat, hårdt træsubstrat, blødt træsubstrat, krydsfinér, finér, spånplade, lavdensitetsfiberplade, mediumdensitetsfiberplade, højdensitetsfiberplade, OSB (Oriented Strand Board)-trælaminater, spånplade, foliedækkede træsubstrater, forarbejdet træ, plastmodificeret træ, træ-plast-forbindelser (WPC), substrater med cellulosefibre, pap, papirsubstrater, tekstil, lædersubstrater, emner, der er en kombination af et metalsubstrat og en varmefølsom del.
