Claims (14)
- GLUCOAMYLASEVARIANTER MED ÆNDREDE EGENSKABER1. Glucoamylasevariant, der mindst omfatter: (i) en aminosyresubstitution ved position 61 i SEQ ID NO: 2; og (ii) en eller flere aminosyresubstitioner ved positioner svarende til positionerne 73, 417, 430, 431, 503, 511, 535, 539 eller 563 af SEQ ID NO: 2; hvor glucoamylasevarianten er mindst 80 % sekvensidentisk med SEQ ID NO: 1 eller 2, og hvor glucoamylasevarianten udviser øget termostabilitet eller forøget specifik aktivitet sammenlignet med glucoamylasen af SEQ ID NO: 2.
- 2. Glucoamylasevariant ifølge krav 1, hvor substitutionen ved position 61 i SEQ ID NO: 2 er udvalgt fra: N61D/I/L/Q/VAV.
- 3. Glucoamylasevariant ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor udgangsglucoamylasen har et katalytisk domæne, der er mindst 80 % sekvensidentisk med SEQ ID NO: 1 eller 2, eller et stivelsesbindingsdomæne, der er mindst 80 % sekvensidentisk med SEQ ID NO: 1 eller 2.
