Claims (5)
1. Farmaceutisk sammensætning omfattende en krystallinsk form af 5-azacytidin til anvendelse i en fremgangsmåde til behandling af myelodysplastisk syndrom, hvor den krystallinske form af 5-azacytidin er kendetegnet ved toppe observeret under anvendelse af røntgenpulverdiffraktion (Cu Ka stråling) med følgende 2Θ vinkler:
, og hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter oral indgivelse af den farmaceutiske sammensætning.
2. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor den krystallinske form af 5-azacytidin er kendetegnet ved røntgenpulverdiffraktions-(XRPD (Cu Ka stråling)) mønstret i det væsentlige i overensstemmelse med Figur 1; og hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter oral indgivelse af den farmaceutiske sammensætning.
3. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den krystallinske form af 5-azacytidin er kendetegnet ved toppe observeret under anvendelse af røntgenpulverdiffraktion (Cu Ka stråling) med følgende 2Θ vinkler, d-spacing og relative intensiteter:
og hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter oral indgivelse af den farmaceutiske sammensætning.
4. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den farmaceutiske sammensætning fremstilles i enhedsdosisform.
5. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 4, hvor hver dosisenhed indeholder fra 5 mg til 200 mg, fortrinsvis 100 mg af den krystallinske form af 5-azacytidin.
