Description
- Verfahren zur Herstellung geformter pharmazeutischer bzw. kosmetischer Zubereitungen Im Patent $&9@ 6$4 ist vorgeschlagen wordien, zur Herstellung geformter Arzneimittelzubereitungen, wie Suppositorien od.,dgl., ;bzw. kosmetischer Präparate, wie Lippenstifte, an Stelle von. Kakaobutter Ester aus Phthalsäuren, deren Homtologen, Analogen oder Hydrierungsprodukten und höhermolekularen Alkoholen .der aliphatischen Reihe mit wenigstens 12 und .zweckrn,äßigerweise nicht mehr als 22 Kohlenstoff.atomen als -Grundmasse zu verwenden. Bei den weiteren Forschungen nach Ersatzstoffen, für Kakaobutter würde gefunden, d;aß .an ,Stelle der im Hauptpatent beschriebenen Veresterungsprodukte aus aliphatischen Alikoholen und Phthalsäuren sich auch die entsprechenden Ester ungesättigter aliphatischrer mehrbasischer Carbonsäuren verwenden lassen. Solche zur Veresterung mit hä'herm.olekularen aliphatischen Alkoholen geeignete Säuren sind z. B. Maleinsäure, Methyllmaleinsäure, Aconitsäure u. .a. Die Veresterungsprodukte besitzen etwa den gleichen Schmelz- bzw. Erstarrungspunkt wie Kalkaobutter, sind jedoch etwas härter als diese. Sie vermögen Heilmittel sehr gut aufzunehmen und lassen sich leicht verformen. Ihr Wasseraufnahmeverrn6gen ist beträchtlich.
- Beispiel Einen gut verformbaren -und raspelbaren K,akaobutterersatz erhält man durchVeresternvonMaleinsäure mit einem aus etwa gleichen Teilen- bestehen-,den Gemisch von Palmityl- und Stearylalkoh ol. Dieses Veresterungsenzeugnis schmilzt von a-3 .bis 35° und ibeginnt ibei 3q.° zu erstarren. Seine Wasserzahl (Wasseraufnahmevermögen) ist &ö:: Er. ist zur Herstellung von Arzneimittelzubereitungen und Lippenstiften sehr gut geeignet.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Abänderung dies im. Patent 889.68q. geschützten Verfahrens zur Herstellung geform, ter, pharmazeutischer 6:zw. kosmetisicher Zubereitungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man an Stelle der Ester der Phthalsäure, ihrer Homologen, Analogen oder Hydrierungspro-dukte die Ester ungesättigter ali-phatischer mehrbasischer Carbonsäuren verwendet.
