Claims (22)

1. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft, umfassend:
ein erstes, radial expandierbares röhrenförmiges Stützelement;
ein zweites, radial expandierbares, röhrenförmiges Stützelement, das ein erstes und zweites jeweils gegenüberliegendes Ende hat und konzentrisch bezüglich des ersten radial expandierbaren, röhrenförmigen Stützelements positioniert ist/ und
ein expandiertes röhrenförmiges Polytetrafluorethylen-Element, das zwischen das erste und zweite radial expandierbare, röhrenförmige Stützelement platziert ist, wobei es ein erstes und zweites gegenüberliegendes Ende hat, die mit dem ersten und zweiten gegenüberliegenden Ende des zweiten radial expandierbaren, röhrenförmigen Stützelements verbunden sind.
2. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste und zweite radial expandierbare röhrenförmige Stützelement aus einem biokompatiblen Material gefertigt sind, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, "die aus Silber, Titan, rostfreiem Stahl und Gold besteht.
3. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 1, wobei expandiertes Polytetrafluorethylen durch eine mikroporöse MikroStruktur gekennzeichnet ist, die einen durchschnittlichen Abstand zwischen den Knoten im Bereich von 10 bis 90 Mikron hat.

Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens eines von dem ersten und zweiten gegenüberliegenden Ende des expandierten röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylen-Elements nach außen gedreht über das erste und zweite Ende des zweiten radial expandierbaren, röhrenförmig geformten Stützelements gefaltet sind, so dass das erste und zweite gegenüberliegende Ende des zweiten radial expandierbaren, röhrenförmigen Stützelements ringförmig durch das expandierte röhrenförmige Polytetrafluorethylen-Element bedeckt sind und das erste und zweite Ende des expandierten röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylenelements bezüglich des ersten und zweiten Endes des zweiten radial expandierbaren, röhrenförmigen Stützelements gestützt sind.

Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 4, wobei das mindestens eine zurückgefaltete erste und zweite Ende des expandierten röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylen-Elements ein Stück von bis zu einer halben Länge des zweiten röhrenförmig geformten Stützelements umfasst.
6. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zweite röhrenförmige Stützelement weiter ein erstes und zweites radial expandierbares Ringelement umfasst, die in einem beabstandeten Verhältnis zueinander an den ersten und

Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 6, wobei das erste und zweite Ende des expandierten röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylen-Elements nach außen gedreht auf äußere Oberflächen des ersten und zweiten radial expandierbaren Ringelements gefaltet sind, die dadurch mindestens teilweise durch das nach außen gefaltete erste und zweite Ende des expandierten röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylen-Materials umschlossen sind.
8. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 7, wobei das nach außen gefaltete erste und zweite Ende des expandierten röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylen-Elements jeweils ein Stück von bis zu einer Hälfte einer Länge des ersten und zweiten radial expandierbaren Ringelements umfassen.
9. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 6, wobei das erste radial expandierbare röhrenförmig geformte Stützelement ein erstes und zweites radial expandierbares Ringelement umfasst, die konzentrisch um das erste und zweite radial expandierbare Ringelement positioniert sind, die das zweite radial expandierbare röhrenförmige Stützelement umfassen und das expandierte röhrenförmige Polytetrafluorethylen-Element weiter ein Zwischengebiet entlang einer Längsachse des intraluminen Grafts umfasst, der weder durch das erste noch zweite radial expandierbare Ringelement gestützt ist, die sowohl das erste als auch das zweite radial expandierbare, röhrenförmige Stützelement umfassen.
10. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 9, wobei das expandierte
röhrenförmige Polytetrafluorethylen-Element nach außen gefaltet das erste und zweite radial expandierbare
Ringelement ist, die das zweite radial expandierbare
röhrenförmige Stützelement umfassen.
11. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 9, weiter umfassend mindestens ein Paar von konzentrisch positionierten, radial
expandierbaren zylindrischen Stützelementen, die
zwischen dem ersten und zweiten radial expandierbaren
Ringelement positioniert sind, die sowohl das erste als auch das zweite radial expandierbare, röhrenförmige
Stützelement umfassen und in einem beabstandeten
Verhältnis dazu sind, wobei das expandierte
röhrenförmige Polytetrafluorethylen-Element zwischen das Paar von konzentrisch positionierten, radial
expandierbaren, zylindrischen Stützelementen platziert ist.
12. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 11, wobei das erste und zweite Ende des expandierten röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylen-Elements nach außen gedreht mit dem ersten und zweiten Ringelement von sowohl dem ersten als auch dem zweiten radial expandierbaren röhrenförmigen Stützelement
verbunden sind.
13. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste und zweite radial expandierbare, röhrenförmige Stützelement jeweils eine Vielzahl von konzentrischen Paaren von Stützelementen
umfassen, die koaxial ausgerichtet sind und in einem
beabstandeten Verhältnis miteinander entlang einer
Längsachse des intraluminen Grafts sind, und wobei das

expandierte röhrenförmige Polytetrafluorethylen-Element zwischen die Vielzahl von konzentrischen Paaren von Stützelementen platziert ist und davon zurückgehalten wird, wodurch eine Flexibilität entlang der Längsachse des intraluminen Grafts vorgesehen wird.
14. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 13, wobei das erste und zweite Ende des röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylen-Elements nach außen gefaltete erste und zweite Enden von gegenüberliegenden Endpaaren der Vielzahl von konzentrischen Paaren von Stützelementen sind, die sowohl das erste als auch das zweite zylindrisch geformte Stützelement umfassen.
15. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines röhrenförmigen, radial expandierbaren, doppelt gestützten intraluminen Grafts, umfassend die Schritte:
a) Positionieren eines expandierten, röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylen-Elements, das eine mikroporöse MikroStruktur von Knoten hat, die durch Fibrillen konzentrisch über und in direktem Kontakt mit einem ersten radial expandierbaren Stentelement verbunden sind;
b) konzentrisch Positionieren eines zweiten, radial expandierbaren Stentelements über und in direktem Kontakt mit dem expandierten röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylen-Element; und
c) Aufbringen eines positiven Drucks auf das biokompatible, flexible, röhrenförmige Element und das erste und zweite röhrenförmig geformte Stützelement, so dass das expandierte, röhrenförmige Polytetrafluorethylen-Element, das erste radial expandierbare Stentelement,

und das zweite radial expandierbare Stentelement voneinander unter physiologischen Zuständen nicht trennbar sind.
16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, weiter umfassend den Schritt des nach außen Drehens von mindestens einem Ende des expandierten röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylen-Elements über und auf eine äußere Endoberfläche von mindestens einem Ende des zweiten röhrenförmig geformten Stützelements, und dabei Bedecken von dem mindestens einen Ende des zweiten röhrenförmig geformten Stützelements mit dem nach außen gedrehten mindestens einen Ende des expandierten röhrenförmigen Polytetrafluorethylen-Elements.
17. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter, intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste und zweite radial expandierbare, röhrenförmige Stützelement aus einem biokompatiblen Kunststoff gefertigt sind, der eine ausreichende Umfangsspannung und radiale Elastizität hat, um eine gleichmäßige radiale Expansion ohne einem radialen Einbruch unter physiologischen Zuständen zu ermöglichen.
18. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft, umfassend:
ein biokompatibles, flexibles röhrenförmiges Element, das ein erstes Ende, ein zweites Ende, eine innere Oberfläche und eine äußere Oberfläche hat;
eine erste, röhrenförmig geformte Stützanordnung, die mindestens zwei zylindrisch geformte Stützelemente umfasst, die konzentrisch in bezug aufeinander positioniert sind an einem ersten Ende des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements,

wobei eines von den mindestens zwei zylindrisch geformten Stützelementen in direktem Kontakt mit einer inneren Oberfläche des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements ist und ein zweites der mindestens zwei zylindrisch geformten Stützelemente in direktem Kontakt mit der äußeren Oberfläche des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements ist;
eine zweite röhrenförmig geformte Stützanordnung, die mindestens zwei zylindrisch geformte Stützelemente umfasst, die konzentrisch in bezug aufeinander positioniert sind an dem zweiten Ende des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements, wobei eines der mindestens zwei zylindrisch geformten Stützelemente in direktem Kontakt mit einer inneren Oberfläche des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements ist, und ein zweites der mindestens zwei zylindrisch geformten Stützelemente in direktem Kontakt mit der äußeren Oberfläche des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements ist; und
eine dritte röhrenförmig geformte Stützanordnung, die mindestens zwei zylindrisch geformte Stützelemente umfasst, die konzentrisch in bezug aufeinander postioniert sind zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Ende des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements, wobei eines der mindestens zwei zylindrisch geformten Stützelemente in direktem Kontakt mit einer inneren Oberfläche des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements ist und ein zweites der mindestens zwei zylindrisch geformten Stützelemente in direktem Kontakt mit der äußeren Oberfläche des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements ist.
19. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 18, wobei der mindestens eine
Bereich des ersten und zweiten Endes des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements nach außen gefaltet über die erste und zweite zylindrisch geformte Stützanordnung ist, so dass eine der mindestens zwei zylindrisch geformten Stützelemente, die sowohl die erste als auch die zweite zylindrisch geformte Stützanordnung umfassen, mindestens teilweise durch die nach außen gedrehten Bereiche des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements bedeckt ist.
20. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 19, wobei die nach außen gedrehten Bereiche des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements jeweils eine Länge von weniger oder gleich etwa einer Hälfte der Longitudinallänge der ersten und zweiten zylindrisch geformten Stützanordnungen umfassen.
21. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 20, wobei jede der ersten, zweiten und dritten zylindrischen Stützanordnungen im wesentlichen äquidistant entlang einer Längsachse des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements positioniert sind.
22. Radial expandierbarer, doppelt gestützter intraluminer Graft nach Anspruch 21, wobei eines der ersten und zweiten zylindrischen Elemente von jeweils der ersten und zweiten zylindrischen Stützanordnung im wesentlichen eingeschlossen innerhalb der nach außen gedrehten ersten und zweiten Enden des biokompatiblen, flexiblen, röhrenförmigen Elements ist.
