1. (1S,2S)-1-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-2-(4-hydroxy-4-phenylpiperidin-1-yl)-1-
propanolmethansulfonattrihydrat.
2. Arzneimittel zur Behandlung einer Störung, ausgewählt aus degenerativen Störungen des
zentralen Nervensystems (ZNS), wie Schlaganfall, Alzheimer'sche Krankheit, Parkinson'sche
Krankheit und Huntington'sche Krankheit; Epilepsie, Angstzustände, Hirnischämie,
Muskelkrämpfen, Mehrfach-Infarkt Demenz, traumatischer Hirnverletzung, Schmerzen,
AIDSbezogener Demenz, Hypoglykämie, Migräne, amyotrophischer Lateralsklerose, Drogen- und
Alkoholsucht, Drogen-und Alkoholentzugssymptomen, psychotische Bedingungen und
Harninkontinenz bei einem Säugetier, umfassend das Trihydratmesylatsalz gemäß Anspruch 1
und einen pharmazeutisch verträglichen Träger.
