Bauelement in Plattenform
Die Neuerung betrifft ein Bauelement in Plattenform, insbesondere ein Wandbauelement für Baustellenwohnwagen o. dgl., bestehend aus einem mit Isoliermitteln ausgefüllten Rahmen, der beidseitig mit Abdeckplatten versehen ist.
Bauelemente dieser Art, die in der sogenannten Sandwich-Bauweise aufgebaut sind, werden heute in zunehmendem Maß zur Zusammensetzung von Bauwerken mit kurzer Lebensdauer, wie beispielsweise Baubaracken, Baustellenwohnwagen, aber auch im Fertigbau eingesetzt. Die bekannten Elemente bestehen dabei aus einem Holzrahmen, dessen Inneres durch mehrere Holzleisten unterteilt wird, zwischen denen Waben aus Karton als Isoliermittel angeordnet sind. später als Innenwand des Bauwerkes dient, werden zusammen verpreßt und erst anschließend die äußere Abdeckplatte mit Hilfe von Nägeln, Schrauben o, dgl. aufgebracht. Die bekannten Bauelemente weisen daher den Nachteil auf, daß sie vprhältnxsmäßig aufwendig herzustellen sind.
Der Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, hier Abhilfe zu schaf-
'i fen. Die .Neuerung besteht darin, daß die Isoliermittel aus einer Schicht aus geschäumtem Kunststoff bestehen, die unmittelbar an | die Abdeckplatten angrenzt und direkt an diesen haftet. Durch diese Ausgestaltung kann auf die Unterteilung des Holzrahmens durch weitere Leisten und auf den gesonderten Arbeitsgang zur Befestigung der Außenplatte verzichtet werden. Das neue Bauelement kann in einfacher Weise durch das Ausschäumen des Zwischenraumes zwischen Innenplatte und Außenplatte gewonnen werden, wobei alle Teile anschließend zusammen rit dem Eahmen verpreßt werden. Das neue Bauelement hat außerdem auch noch den wesentlichen Yorteil, daß es infolge des Zusammenhaltes auf der gesamten Fläche sehr stabil, trotzdem aber leicht ausgeführt werden kann. Die Isolierwirkung ist zudem sehr gut.
Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausführungsform ergibt sich, wenn der Kunststoff mit Klebstoff durchmischt ist, weil dann der Zusammenhalt und die Haftung zwischen den einzelnen Teilen des Bauelementes gefördert wird. Als günstig hat es sich erwiesen, wenn als

In der Zeichnung ist die Neuerung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles dargestellt.
Es zeigen:
Pig. 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung eines neuen Wandbaueleinentes, das beispielsweise für Baustellenwohnwagen verwendet werden kann, teilweise aufgebrochen und
Fig. 2 einen Teilschnitt durch das neue Bauelement.
In der Fig. 1 ist innerhalb eines Holzrahmens 1 eine Schicht 2 auw geschäumtem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polyuretan, vorgesehen, die an ihrer Rückseite fest an einer Abdeckplatte 3 haftet, die beispielsweise eine Sperrholzplatte mit einem auf der vom Betrachter abgewandten Seite aufgezogenen Furnier oder Purnierersatzstoff sein kann. An der Vorderseite der Schicht 2 haftet die Abdeckplatte 4 fest an, die als eine profilierte Metall-, Holzoder Kunststoffplatte ausgebildet sein kann. Die Platten 3 und werden zusammen mit dem Rahmen 1 durch die Haftwirltung der Schicht 2 an den jeweiligen Innenseiten zusammengehalten. Durch die Haftung auf der gesamten Fläche ergibt sich ein äußerst stabiles Bauelement, dessen Isolierwirkung gut ist und das vor allem sehr leicht ausgestaltet sein kann.
Das neue Bauelement kann in einfacher Weise dadurch hergestellt werden und anschließend beiden Seiten des Rah-

beim Versand des neuen Elementes können kleingehalten werden«

Claims (1)

    Schutzansprüche
    1. Bauelement in Plattenform, insbesondere Wandbauelement für Baustellenwohnwagen o. dgl., bestehend aus einem mit Isoliermitteln ausgefüllten Rahmen, der beidseitig mit Abdeckplatten versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isoliermittel aus einer Schicht (2) aus geschäumtem Kunststoff bestehen, die unmittelbar an die Abdeckplatten (3> 4) angrenzt und direkt an diesen haftet.
    2. Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoff (2) mit Klebstoff durchmischt ist.
    5. Bauelement nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kunststoff (2) geschäumtes Polyuretan vorgesehen ist.
    4. Bauelement nach Anspruch 1 und einem der übrigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als äußere Abdeckplatte (4) eine profilierte Metall-, Holz- oder Kunststoffplatte vorgesehen ist.
    5. Bauelement nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der übrigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als innere Abdeckplatte (3) eine Purnier- oder Purnierersatzstoffplatte vorgesehen ist.
