Description
- Gewinnung von Phosphorsäure aus Rohphosphaten Bei der Behandlung von Rohphosphaten mit Schwefelsäure, zwecks Gewinnung von Phosphorsäure, erhält man als Nebenprodukt Gips, den man von der Phosphorsäure abscheiden muB.
- Es zeigte sich, daB die physikalische Beschaffenheit des hierbei anfallenden Gipses oft verschieden ausfällt. Meist erhält man je nach der Art des Rohphosphates einen mehr oder weniger schleimigen Gips, dessen Beschaffenheit selbst beim gleichen Rohphosphat sehr wechselt. Diese Erscheinung, die bei allen Rohphosphaten festzustellen ist, ist für die technische Durchführung des Prozesses störend und nachteilig. Viele Phosphate sind aus diesem Grunde für die Verarbeitung auf Phosphorsäure fast unbrauchbar. Weiterhin ist das bei vielen Phosphaten währen.-1 der Reaktion auftretende starke Schäumen sehr nachteilig, da hierdurch ihre Verwendung sehr erschwert oder gar unmöglich wird.
- Für die glatte und schnelle Filtration des Gipses ist es notwendig, daB er von körniger und stets gleichbleibender Beschaffenheit ist.
- Es wurde gefunden, daB man gut filtrierbaren und sich gut absetzenden Gips gewinnt, wenn man die Umsetzung von Rohphosphat und Schwefelsäure in Gegenwart geringer Mengen Metaphosphorsäure oder ihrer Salze ausführt. Der Gips entsteht dann bei allen Rohphosphaten von gleicher physikalischer Beschaffenheit, körnig und sich gut absetzend. Ferner wird das starke Schäumen vieler Rohphosphate während der Reaktion in --Gegenwart von Metaphosphorsäure oder deren Salzen stark herabgemindert. Die Reaktion verläuft infolge der dünnen Konsistenz des Reaktionsgutes leicht und schnell.
- Beispiel 5 t Marokkophosphat werden mit einer verdünnten Schwefelsäure von 3,2 t SOs-Gehalt, in der etwa So bis 6o kg Natriummetaphosphat gelöst sind, zur Umsetzung gebracht. Nach mehrstündiger Einwirkung kann der in körniger Beschaffenheit ausgefallene Gips leicht abfiltriert werden.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Phosphorsäure aus Rohphosphaten mit Schwefelsäure, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der AufschluB in Gegenwart geringer Mengen Metaphosphorsäure oder ihrer Salze ausgeführt wird.
