Description
- Verfahren zur Darstellung von Trisazofarbstoffen. Es wurde gefunden, daß man durch Kuppeln in saurer Lösung von tetrazotiertem Diphenylin mit i Mol. i - 8-Aminonaphthol-3 - 6-disulfosäure H und weitere Kombination der gebildeten Zwischenverbindung in alkalischer Lösung. einerseits mit einem dianotierten Amin, wie Anilin, und anderseits mit Diaminen bzw. Phenolen zu neuen schwarzen Farbstoffen gelangt, die vor denen aus Benzidin und den gleichen Komponenten erhältlichen sich dadurch unterscheiden, daß sie nicht auf Baumwolle ziehen, leichter löslich sind und besonders für die Lederfärberei geeignet sind.
- Eine Reindarstellung des Diphenylins aus den Ablaugen der Benzidingewinnung für die obige Darstellung der Farbstoffe ist nicht nötig. Bei der Diazofierung der Rohlauge bleiben störende Verunreinigungen zurück. Die folgenden Kupplungen erfolgen in sehr guter Ausbeute.
- Für das Diphenylin, welches zu etwa io Prozent bei der Benzidindarstellung abfällt, ist so eine nützliche Verwendung gefunden worden. Beispiel. Benzidinablauge, die 184 Gewichtsteile Diphenylin enthält, wird in üblicher Weise tetrazotiert. die filtrierte Tetrazolösuna mit Soda nahezu neutralisiert und zu dieser allmählich eine schwach saure Lösung von 32o Gewichtsteilen i #8-Aminonaphthol-3-6-disulfosäure H zufließen gelassen. Nach vollständiger Kupplung wird sodaalkalisch gemacht und eine Diazolösung aus g3Gewichtsteilen Anilin hinzugefügt. Nach weiteren i bis 2 Stunden fügt man eine neutralisierte Lösung von 125 Gewichtsteilen in-Toluylendiamin hinzu und rührt noch einige Zeit. Dann wird auf etwa 5o° erwärmt, gerade sauer gemacht und mit Kochsalz ausgesalzen.
- Der Farbstoff fällt in sehr guter Ausbeute aus.
- Statt Anilin kann ein anderes aromatisches Amin, statt ni-Tolylendiamin ein anderes Diamin wie m-Phenvlendiamin oder ein Phenol benutzt werden.
Claims (1)
- PATENT-ANSPRUcH: Verfahren zur Darstellung von Trisazofarbstoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß i Mol. tetrazotiertes Diphenylin mit i Mol. i - 8-Aminonaphthol-3 - 6-disulfosäure H in mineralsaurer Lösung zu einem Zwischenprodukt vereinigt und dieses in alkalischer Lösung mit i M o1. einer Diazoverbindung eines aromatischen Amins und i Mol. eines Di.amins bzw. Phenols kombiniert wird.
