Claims (1)
Patent-Anspruch:
Abänderung des durch Patent 290185 und dessen Zusatzpatent 294700 geschützten
Verfahrens zur Darstellung von turkischrotölartigen Produkten, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gemisch von Oxyfettsäure mit Rizinusöl oder einem anderen fetten öl oder Fett ohne vorherige Erwärmung
sulfiert wird.
Gelatine und gelierte staerke enthaltender brotaufstrich ohne milchprotein, mit niedrigem kaloriengehalt und zwar mit einem fettgehalt von 20 bis 60 gewichtsprozent.
