Die neuen Farbstoffe der Formel (I) können nach verschiedenen Verfahren hergestellt werden.
Ein besonders vorteilhaftes Verfahren besteht
darin, dass man eine Naphtholaktamverbindung der Formel (II) *

Die Kondensation von II und III wird im allgemeinen bei erhöhten Temperaturen (50 bis 150 C), vorzugsweise

Das Phosphoroxychlorid wird in mindestens äquimolaren Mengen (bezogen auf das Naphtholactam) eingesetzt.
Zweckmä'ssigerweise dient es aber zugleich als Lösungsbzw. Verdünnungsmitte} d.h. es wird in einer Menge eingesetzt,
die ausreicht, um die Reaktionsmischung rührfähig zu machen.

Ein weiterer Weg zu den Farbstoffen der Formel I besteht darin, dass man die Kondensation mit halogenhaltigen
Kondensationsmitteln, wie insbesondere Phosphoroxychlorid, so durchführt, dass in 4-Stellung des Naphtholaktams
eine -CO-Halogen-Gruppe, insbesondere eine Chlorcarbonylgruppe
entsteht, die anschliessend mit Alkoholen, Phenolen, Aminen oder Mercaptanen zu den entsprechenden
Estern , Amiden oder Thioestern umgesetzt wird.

Die als Ausgangsprodükte eingesetzten Naphtholaktara-Verbindungen
der Formel II sind erhaltlich, indem man o-Xylylendicyanid mit Glyoxal in Anwesenheit einer
Base (NaOH, KOH) und eines Lösungsmittels bei Temperaturen unter 50°C (z.B. 0 bis 40°C) zum 1,4-Dicyannaphthalin
umsetzt und anschliessend entweder
a) das Ι,Α-P.icyan'-naphthalin in basischem oder vorzugsweise
saurem Milieu zur 1,4-Dicarbonsäure verseift, die 1,4-Naphthalin-dicarbonsäure entweder in ein funktionelles
Derivat umwandelt und dann mit einem 10 bis 50%igen Ueberschuss von Salpetersäure zum 8-Nitro-l,4-naphthalindicarbonsäurederivat
umwandelt und dieses zum 8-Amino-Derivat reduziert, oder indem man die 1,4-Dicarbonsä'ure
direkt nitriert und anschliessend zur 8-Aminonaphthalin-1,4-dicarbonsä'ure
reduziert, und anschliessend die 8-Amino-Derivate entweder durch spontanen Ringschluss
oder durch Erwärmen in die l,8-Naphtholactam-4-carbonsäure
oder deren funktionelle Derivate umwandelt, oder b) das 1,4-Dicyannaphthalin mit einem 10 bis 50%igen
Ueberschuss an Salpetersäure in 8-Stellung nitriert und anschliessend die Nitrogruppe zur 8-Aminogruppe reduziert,

Die Farbstoffe der Formel I ergeben brillante, leuchtend orange bis rote Färbungen, die zumeist im
UV-Licht fluoreszieren und hervorragende Gebrauchsechtheiten aufweisen, wobei die von wasserlöslichmachenden
Gruppen freien Farbstoffe besonders wertvoll sind. ·
Die neuen Farbstoffe sind vorzugsweise von Sulfonsäuregruppen
frei und eignen sich zum Färben von halb- und vollsynthetischen Fasern, wie Acryl- oder Acrylnitrilfasern,
Polyacrylnitrilfasern und Mischpolymeren aus Acrylnitril und anderen Vinylverbindungen, wie Acrylestern, Acrylamiden,
Vinylpyridin, Vinylchlorid oder Vinylidenchlorid,

Mischpolymeren aus Dicyanäthylen und Vinylacetat, sowie aus Acrylnitril-Blockrnischpolymeren, Fasern aus Polyurethanen,
Polyolefinen, wie basisch modifiziertem, mit Nickel modifiziertem
oder unmodifiziertem Polypropylen, Cellulosetri- und 2%-acetat und insbesondere Fasern aus Polyamiden, wie
Nylon-6, Nylon-6,6 oder Nylon 12 und aus aromatischen Polyestern

Vorzugsweise erfolgt die Färbung der genannten Fasermaterialien mit den vorzugsweise in Wasser
schwerlöslichen Farbstoffen aus wässriger Dispersion.
Es ist deshalb zweckmässig, die als Dispersionsfarbstoffe verwendbaren Vertreter durch Vermählen mit Textilhilfsmitteln,
wie z.B. Dispergiermitteln und möglicherweise Mahlhilfsstoffen fein zu zerteilen. Durch anschliessende
Trocknung erhält man aus dem Textilhilfsmittel und dem Farbstoff bestehende Farbstoffpräparate.
Beispielsweise seien als vorteilhaft verwendbare Dispergatoren der nicht-ionischen Gruppe genannt: Anlagerungsprodukte
von 8 Mol Aethylenoxyd an 1 Mol p-tert.-Octylphcnol,
von 15 bzw. 6 Mol Aethylenoxyd an Rizinusöl, von 20 Mol Aethylenoxyd an den Alkohol C]£H330H>

mit 8 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylrest; Sulfonsäureester mit Alkylresten mit 8 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen;
Sulfatierungsprodukte von ungesättigten Fetten und Oelen;
Phosphorsäureester mit Alkylresten mit 8 bis 20 Kohlenetoffatomen;
Fettsäureseifen, ferner Alkylarylsulfonate, Kondensationsprodukte des Formaldehyds mit Naphthalinsulf
onsäure und Ligninsulfonate.
Geeignete kationische Dispergatoren sind quaternä*re
Ammoniumverbindungen, welche Alkyl- oder Aralkylreste mit 8 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen enthalten.
Die Farbstoffpräparate können zusätzlich zu den
Dispergatoren noch organische Lösungsmittel, insbesondere Über 1000C siedende Lösungsmittel, welche vorzugsweise mit
Wasser mischbar sind, wie Mono- und Dialkylglykoläther,
Dioxan, Dimethylformamid oder -acetamid, Tetramethylensulfon
oder Dimethylsulfoxyd enthalten. Man kann vorteilhaft Farbstoff, Dispergator und Lösungsmittel miteinander vermählen.

Eine derartige Farbstoffzubereitung wird hergestellt,
z.B. indem man 2 bis 30, vorzugsweise 5 bis 20 Gewichtsprozent des Dispergators mit 10 bis 55 Gewichtsprozent, vorzugsweise etwa de:
doppelten bis vierfachen Menge an Farbstoff, etwa 10 bis 20 Teilen eines Glykols oder eines anderen WasserrUckhaltemittels
anteigt. Anschliessend stellt man ^z.B. einen pH-Wert
von etwa 9 mit einer verdünnten Säure ein, vorzugsweise mit
Schwefelsäure oder Essigsäure, und füllt dann mit Wasser auf
100% auf. Die Mischung wird anschliessend z.B. in einer GlasmUhle oder einem anderen Dispergiergerät auf die nötige
Feinheit angerieben, wobei die Mahltemperatür zwischen 20
und 900C liegen kann. ' .·
Die Färbung der Polyesterfasern mit den erfindungsgemässen,
in Wasser schwerlöslichen Farbstoffen aus wässeriger Dispersion erfolgt nach den fUr Polyestermaterialien
Üblichen Verfahren. Polyester aromatischer Polycarbonsäuren mit mehrwertigen Alkoholen färbt man vorzugsweise
bei Temperaturen von Über 100°C unter Druck. Die Färbung
kann aber auch beim Siedepunkt des Färbebades in Gegenwart von Farblibertragern, beispielsweise Phenylphenole, PoIychlorbenzolverbindungen
oder ähnlichen Hilfsmitteln durchgeführt oder nach dem Thermosolverfahren, d.h. Foulardieren
mit anschliessender Nachbehandlung in der Hitze, z.B.
Thermofixierung, bei 180 bis 2100C, vorgenommen werden.

Cellulose-2%-acetatfasern färbt man vorzugsweise bei Temperaturen
von 80 bis 85°C, während Cellulose-triacetatfasern mit Vorteil beim Siedepunkt des Färbebades gefärbt werden.
Beim Färben von Cellulose-2%-acetat- oder Polyamidfasern
erübrigt sich die. Verwendung von Farbliberträgern. Erfindungsgemässe
Farbstoffe können auch zum Bedrucken der genannten Materialien nach Üblichen Methoden verwendet werden.
Die gemäss vorliegendem Verfahren erhaltenen Färbungen können einer Nachbehandlung unterworfen werden,
beispielsweise durch Erhitzen mit einer wässrigen Lösung eines ionenfreien Waschmittels.
Anstatt durch Imprägnieren können gemäss vorliegendem Verfahren die angegebenen Verbindungen auch durch
Bedrucken aufgebracht werden. Zu diesem Zweck verwendet man z.B. eine Druckfarbe, die neben den in der Druckerei
Üblichen Hilfsmitteln wie Netz- und Verdickungsmitteln, den feindispergierten Farbstoff enthält.
Weiterhin kann man z.B. synthetische Fasern, wie Polyester und Polyamide in organischen Lösungsmittelflotten
farben, wie einer Mischung aus Perchloräthylen und Dimethylformamid oder in reinem Perchloräthylen.
Nach dem vorliegenden Verfahren erhält man kräftige leuchtende Färbungen und Drucke von ausgezeichneten Echtheiten,
insbesondere Licht-, Thermofixier-, Sublimier-,
Plissier-, Rauchgas-, Ueberfärbe-, Trockenreinigungs-,

BUgel-, Reib-, Chlor- und Nassechtheiten, wie Wasser-,
Wasch- und Schweissechtheiten.
Man kann die neuen wasserunlöslichen Farbstoffe auch zur Spinnfärbung von Polyamiden, Polyestern und Polyolefinen
verwenden. Das zu färbende Polymer wird zweckmassig in Form von Pulver, Körnern oder Schnitzeln, als
fertige Spinnlösung oder im geschmolzenen Zustand mit dem Farbstoff gemischt, welcher im trockenen Zustand oder in
Form einer Dispersion oder Lösung in einem gegebenenfalls fluchtigen Lösungsmittel eingebracht wird. Nach homogener
Verteilung des Farbstoffes in der Lösung oder Schmelze des Polymeren wird das Gemisch in bekannter Weise durch
Giessen, Verpressen oder Extrudieren zu Fasern, Garnen, Monofäden, Filmen etc. verarbeitet.
Die erfindungsgemässen Farbstoffe eignen sich her
vorragend zum Einfärben von Oelen der makromolekularen Materialien wie Lacken, Filmen, Folien und Formteilen, beispielsweise
von solchen aus Celluloseestern wie Cellulose-2 und triacetat, Polyvinylverbindungen wie Polyvinylchlorid,
Polyvinylacetat; Polyurethanen, Polystyrol, Polyestern, Polyamiden und Polycarbonaten in der Masse. FUr diesen Anwendungszweck
kommen insbesondere die nichtsalzartigen Verbindungen der Formel I sowie solche sulfogruppenhaltigen,
die als Salze geeigneter organischer Kationen wie beispielsweise solche fettlöslichmachender Alkylamine oder basischer

Farbstoffe vorliegen, in Betracht.
Die erfindungsgemässen Farbstoffe besitzen hohe
Lichtechtheiten auch in hellen Färbungen und in Kombinationen mit anderen Dispersionsfarbstoffen, hohe Brillanz (Fluoreszenz),
hohe Sublimationsechtheit, geringe Carrier-Empfindlichkeit
in Bezug auf die Lichtechtheit und grosse Farbstärke verbunden mit guter Reserve flir andere Fasern, z.B. Wollfasern.
Sie besitzen ferner nur geringe pH-Empfindlichkeit und eignen
sich gut insbesondere flir das HT- und Thermosol-Verfahren,
sowie für die Permanent-Pr ess-Ausrtistung ("Kora tron"-Verfahr en)
Sie eignen sich ausserdem für den Druck nach allen Üblichen
Verfahren, u.a. auch flir den Druck von Mischgev;eben.
Sie besitzen hohe Lichtechtheit, gute Thermostabili- tat und gute Löslichkeit auch bei Färbungen in der Masse
(besonders Polyesterspinnmassen). Bei hoher Sublimationsechtheit zeigen sie keine Migration an die Oberfläche bei thermischen
Behandlungen der Fasern (z.B. bei der Texturierung) und weisen gute Reibechtheit auf.

Die sulfonierten Vertreter der erfindungsgemässen
Farbstoffe werden hauptsächlich zum Färben von Wolle
und synthetischen Polyamiden verwendet, wobei man

wie z.B. Egalisierungsmittel, enthalten.

Herstellung der AusganRsprodukte Z/24566
a) 15,6 Gewichtsteile o-Xylylendicyanid und 8,5 Gewichtsteile
Glyoxalhydrat (trimer) (3 C2H2O2.2 H2O) mit
einem Gehalt an freizusetzendem Glyoxal von 8070 werden
in 200 Volumteilen Methanol verrührt. Das Reaktionsgemisch
wird bei 15 unter Rühren und Stickstoff mit 11,2 Gewichtsteilen gepulvertem Kaliumhydroxyd portionenweise versetzt.
Nach der Zugabe von Kaliumhydroxyd rührt man das Reaktionsgemisch während 15 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur
und unter Stickstoff weiter. Das leicht braungefärbte Reaktionsgemisch wird anschliessend unter Vakuum vom
Methanol befreit und mit 500 Volumteilen Wasser verdünnt. Das ausgefallene, rohe 1,4-Dicyannaphthalin wird abgenutscht
und mit Wasser neutral gewaschen. Man erhält 11 Gewichtsteile des 1,4-Dicyannaphthalins (61,87. der
Theorie) als leicht braungefärbte Nädelchen vom Schmelzpunkt 175 bis 185°C.
Nach einmaligem Umkristallisieren aus Alkohol unter Zuhilfenahme von 5 Gewichtsteilen Aktivkohle, erhält man
5,5 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung

als schöne Nadeln vom Schmelzpunkt 204 bis 2O5°C.

b) In einen RUhrkolben, welcher 480 g 937oige
Schwefelsäure enthält, trägt man unter Rühren bei einer Temperatur von 20 bis 25° 46,4 g technische Naphthalin-1,4-dicarbonsäure
(Gehalt 937«,) ein. Man kühlt die erhaltene dicke Suspension auf 0 und lässt bei 0 bis 2 unter
Husserer Kühlung innerhalb von 30 Minuten eine Mischung
bestehend aus 22 g 637oiger Salpetersäure und 22 g 937«iger Schwefelsäure zutropfen. Hierauf lässt man noch
w'ährend 5 Stunden bei 0 bis 5° rühren und giesst anschliessend
das Gemisch auf 1 kg feines Eis. Man filtriert das ausgefällte Produkt auf einer Nutsche ab und wäscht
mit Wasser neutral, worauf man das erhaltene Produkt der Formel

im Vakuum bei 70 trocknet. Ausbeute 45 g.
Zur Reinigung erhitzt man 45 g Rohprodukt mit 225 ml Eisessig kurz zum Sieden, lässt hierauf erkalten
und filtriert das ausgefallene Produkt bei Raumtemperatur ab. Man erhält so die Nitroverbindung als hellgraues
Pulver, welches sich in Wasser auf Zugabe von Sopa vollständig löst. Schmelzpunkt 252°. ι

c) 52 Teile e-Nitro-naphthalin-l^-dicarbonsäure
werden in 700 Teilen absolutem Aethylalkohol gelöst und bei standigem Einleiten von Salzs'äuregas 12 Stunden am
RUckfluss gekocht. Die erhaltene Lösung wird im Vakuum eingedampft. Der auf diese Weise erhaltene 8-Nitronaphthalin-1-carbon

Hydriert man den Monoester, so wird der oben beschriebene 1,8-Naphtholaktam-4-carbonsäurearylester
erhalten, was beweist, dass die Veresterung der Carbon. säuregruppe in 4-Stellung erfolgt ist.
d) 130 Teile 8-Nitro-naphthalin-l,4-dicarbonsäure
werden in 500 Teilen Dimethylformamid gelöst, 40 Teile Natriumhydroxyd zugegeben und nach 30 minütigem Rühren
auf einmal 170 Volumteile Diäthylsul'fat zugesetzt. Die
Temperatur steigt dabei auf 90°. Mail rühirt zwei Stunden
ohne Berücksichtigung der Temperatur, filtriert dann die Lösung von wenig Verunreinigvmgen ab und trägt in
2500 Voluinteile einer 10%igen Natriumchlorid-Lösung
und 50 Volumteilen einer 30%igen Natriumhydroxyd-Lösung aus. Nach kurzem Rühren wird der 8-Nitro-naphthalin-l,4-dicarbonsäure-diäthylester
vom Schmelzpunkt 107 bis 109°

abgesaugt, gewaschen und getrocknet. 27 2 A 566
e) 32 Teile 8-Nitro-naphthalin-l,4-dicarbonsciurediäthylester
werden in 200 Teilen Eisessig verrührt und nach Zugabe von 20 Teilen Eisenpulver 6 Stunden
am Rllckfluss gekocht. Zur Aufarbeitung wird heiss filtriert, das Filtrat mit dem gleichen Volumen Wasser
verdünnt und der so abgeschiedene 1,8-Naphtholactam-4-carbonsäure-ä"thylester
abfiltriert, neutral gewaschen und getrocknet. Das in guter Ausbeute erhaltene Produkt
der Formel

gelöst und mit Raney-Nickel hydriert. Dabei fällt der 8-Amino-1-naphtholactam-4-carbonsäure-methylester nahezu
vollständig aus. Nach beendeter Hydrierung wird filtriert und der Rückstand mit Methylglycol extrahiert. Durch
Eindampfen der Extraktionslösung wird der Ester der Formel

Rückfluss gekocht, wobei völlige Lösung eintritt. Diese wird noch heiss mit Kohle filtriert und das Filtrat angesäuert.
Die ausgefallene S-Amino-l-naphtholactam-A-carbonsäure
wird nach dem Erkalten abfiltriert, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet.

5,20 g des Barbitursäurederivates der Formel

50 g Phosphoroxychlorid und 10 g Phosphorpentoxyd wird während 6 Stunden bei einer Temperatur von 60 bis
gerührt. Man lässt hierauf bei einer Temperatur von 50 bis 60° 50 ml Isopropanol zutropfen, lässt auf
erkalten und isoliert den gebildeten Farbstoff der Formel
COOC0H,-
durch Filtration. Man wäscht den Farbstoff mit Isopropanol, dann mit Wasser, trocknet denselben und kristallisiert
anschliessend aus Dimethylformamid um.
Der Farbstoff färbt Gewebe aus Polyethylenterephthalat,
bei 130° als Dispersionsfarbstoff appliziert, in roten Tönen. Die Färbungen sind gut licht- und sublimationsecht.

Eine Mischung aus 45,40 g Naphthostyril-5-carbonsäure-methylester,
23,30 g Phosphorpentasulfid und 150 ml Pyridin wird während \\ Stunden unter Rückfluss gerührt,
worauf man noch heiss auf 750 ml Wasser von ca. 80 austrägt. Man rührt die erhaltene Suspension während
einer Stunde bei 90 bis 95°, worauf man das Produkt der Formel

abfiltriert, mit heissem Wasser wäscht und anschliessend im Vakuum bei 70 trocknet. Zur Reinigung kristallisiert
man das Rohprodukt aus Aethylalkohol um, wobei man die alkoholische Lösung klärt.
Man rührt ein Gemisch, bestehend aus 48,60 g der Verbindung der oben angegebenen Formel, 16 ml
Methyljodid und 300 ml Aceton während \\ Stunden unter
Rückfluss. Nach dem Erkalten isoliert man das abgeschiedene Produkt der Formel

durch Filtration, wäscht dieses mit wenig Aceton und trocknet es anschliessend bei Raumtemperatur im Vakuum.
Verwendet man, bei ansonst gleichem Vorgehen, anstelle des Naphtholactam-5-carbonsäure-methylesters
äquivalente Mengen der in der folgenden Tabelle unter I aufgeführten NaphthoIactamverbindungen, so erhält man
die unter II beschriebenen Naphtholactam-Derivate.

durch Filtration und wäscht diesen mit wenig Pyridin, dann mit Methanol und zuletzt mit Wasser, worauf man
den Farbstoff bei 70° im Vakuum trocknet. Der Farbstoff färbt Gewebe aus Polyäthylenterephthalat, bei 130° als
Dispersionsfarbstoff appliziert, licht- und sublimationsecht blaustichig rot.
Verwendet man, bei ansonst gleichem Vorgehen, anstelle der oben angeführten Naphtholactam-Verbindung
äquivalente Mengen der in der folgenden Tabelle unter I aufgeführten Naphtholactam-Verbindungen und anstelle der
Pyrazolon-Verbindung äquivalente Mengen der unter II aufgeführten methylenaktiven Verbindungen, so erhält man
Farbstoffe mit ähnlichen Eigenschaften.

2 g des gemäss Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Farbstoffes werden in 4000 g Wasser dispergiert. Zu dieser Dispersion
gibt man als Quellmittel 12 g des Natriumsalzes von o-Phenylphenol sowie 12 g Diammoniumphosphat und färbt
100 g Garn aus Polyäthylenglykolterephthalat \\ Stunden lang bei 95 bis 98°. Die Färbung wird gespült und mit
wässriger Natronlauge und einem Dispergator nachbehandelt,
Man erhält so eine wasch-, licht- und sublimierechte rote Färbung.
Ersetzt man in obigem Beispiel die 100 g PoIy-Sthylenglykolterephthalatgarn
durch 100 g Cellulosetriacetatgewebe, färbt unter den angegebenen Bedingungen und sptilt anschliesserid mit Wasser, so erhält man eine
rote, sehr gut wasch- und sublimierechte Färbung.
In einem Druckfärbeapparat werden 2 g des gemäss Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Farbstoffes in 2000 g Wasser, das
4 g Oleylpolyglykoläther enthält, fein suspendiert. Der
ρ -Wert des Färbebades wird mit Essigsäure auf 4 bis 5 π
gestellt.
Man geht nun mit 100 g Gewebe aus Polyäthylenglykolterephthalat bei 50° ein, erhitzt das Bad innerhalb
30 Minuten auf 140° und färbt 50 Minuten bei dieser Temperatur. Die Färbung wird anschliessend mit Wasser

und sublimierechte rote Färbung.
Die in den anderen Beispielen beschriebenen Farbstoffe ergeben nach diesem Verfahren Färbungen ebenbürtiger
Qualität.

Ersetzt man in obigem Beispiel die 100 g PoIyäthylenglykolterephthalatgarn
durch 100 g Cellulosetriacetatgewebe, färbt unter den angegebenen Bedingungen und spült anschliessend mit Wasser, so erhält man eine
rote, sehr gut licht- und sublimierechte Färbung.
Polyäthylenglykolterephthalatgewebe wird auf einem Foulard bei 40 mit einer Flotte folgender Zusammensetzung
imprägniert.
20 g des gemäss Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Farbstoffes
fein dispergiert in 7,5 g Natriumalginat, 20 g Triäthanolamin, 20 g Octylphenolpolyglykoläther und 900 g Wasser.
Das auf ca. 100% abgequetscht Gewebe wird bei 100° getrocknet und anschliessend während 30 Sekunden
bei einer Temperatur von 210 fixiert. Die gefärbte Ware wird mit Wasser gespiilt, geseift und getrocknet.
Man erhält unter diesen Bedingungen eine wasch-, reib-, licht- und sublimierechte rote Färbung.
Die in den anderen Beispielen beschriebenen Farbstoffe ergeben nach diesem Verfahren Färbungen ebenbürtiger
Qualität.

- Patentansprüche1. Naphtholaktam-Farbstoffe der allgemeinen Formel (1)

Farbstoffe gemäss Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der heterocyclische Rest der Pyrazolon-, Aminopyrazol- oder Barbitursäurereihe angehört.6. Farbstoffe gemäss Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch die FormelR-N C:worin R^ fur H, Niederalkyl (z.B. -CH3, -C2H5), -COO-C^-C^-Alkyl, O-C^-C.-Alkyl, -CONH2, und R2 1 fUr H, Niederalkyl (wie z.B. CH3, -C2H , -C3H4OH, -CH2-CH(OH)-CH2Cl, -CH2-CH(OCOCH3~CH2C1) oder Aryl (z.B. -CgH -C6H4-(Cl, NO2, Br, SO2NH2, SO -C3-alkyl)2, CN usw.) steht.709850/102 07. vorzugsweise -CO-ORi steht, wobei Q1 der Rest eines
Amins H-Q' ist und Rj gegebenenfalls substituiertes
Alkyl, Alkenyl, Cycloalkyl, Aralkyl oder Aryl oder ein heterocyclischer Rest ist, und A und R das gleiche wie oben bedeuten.13. Farbstoffe gemäss Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Y - COOR, ist, worin R. gegebenenfalls
substituiertes Alkenyl, Aralkyl, Aryl oder vorzugsweise Alkyl bedeutet.14. Farbstoffe gemäss Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Y = -COQ ist, worin Q der Rest eines
von einem Wasserstoffatom befreiten primären oder

Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man von methylenaktiven Heterocyclen der Formelausgeht, welche 5, 6 oder 7 Ringatome aufweisen und gegebenenfalls benzannelliert sind.17. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der heterocyclische Ring mindestens ein Stickstoff-, Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom im Ring aufweist.18. Verfahren gemäss Ansprüchen 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man von Heterocyclen der Pyrazolon-, Aminopyrazol-, Aminopyrimidin-, Barbitursäure-, Hydroxypyridin-, Aminocyanpyridin-, Aminonitropyridin-, Tetrahydrochinolin-, Oxythionaphthen-, Rhodanin-, Pyrazol-, Imidazol- oder Dehydrobutyrolacton-Reihe ausgeht.19. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man von Heterocylen der Pyrazolon-, Aminopyrazol- oder Barbitürsäurereihe ausgeht.20. Verfahren gemäss Ansprüchen 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man von Ausgangsprodukten ausgeht,in denen Y für -CN, -COCl, -CO-Q oder vorzugsweise -CO-OR^ steht, wobei Q der Rest eines Amins H-Q ist und R, gege-709850/1020benenfalls substituiertes Alkyl, Alkenyl, Cycloalkyl, Aralkyl oder Aryl oder ein heterocyclischer Rest ist.21. Verfahren gemäss Ansprüchen 15 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man von Naphtholaktamen ausgeht, in denen Y *= -COOR, ist, worin R, gegebenenfalls substituiertes Alkenyl, Aralkyl, Aryl oder vorzugsweise Alkyl ist.22. Verfahren gemäss Ansprüchen 15 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man von Naphtholaktamen ausgeht, in denen Y = -COQ ist, wobei Q der Rest eines von einem Wasserstoffatom befreiten primären oder sekundären Amins ist.23. Verfahren zum Färben und Bedrucken von Fasern aus Celluloseacetat oder aromatischen Polyestern, insbesondere aus Polyäthylenterephthalat, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung der gemäss Ansprüchen 15 bis 23 erhaltenen Farbstoffe.24. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man im organischen Lösungsmittel färbt.25. Das gemäss Ansprüchen 23 und 24 erhaltene gefärbte Material.26. Farbstoffpräparate, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen von in Wasser löslichmachenden Gruppen freien Farbstoff der FormelIJR-N709850/10J0enthalten, worinR für Alkyl, Alkenyl, Cycloalkyl, Aralkyl, Aryl oder vorzugsweise Wasserstoff,X flir =0, =NH oder =NR', Y für eine freie oder abgewandelte Carboxylgruppe, Z für einen nicht-ionischen Substituenten,η fUr 0, 1 oder 2, νB ftir eine Gruppe, die den Ring A zu einem Heterocyclus vervollständigt,R1 für Alkyl, Alkenyl, Cycloalkyl, Aralkyl, Aryl, vorzugsweise Wasserstoff steht,und E und F weitere nicht-ionische Substituenten tragenkönnen.27. Farbstoffpräparate gemäss Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Farbstoff gemäss
Ansprüchen 1 bis 14 enthalten.28. Farbstoffpräparate gemäss Anspruch 26 und 27,
