Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
Ein Verfahren dieser Art ist dem Anmelder bekannt. Nach diesem bekannten Verfahren werden die jeweiligen
Figurenhälften separat gefertigt und anschließend paßgenau zusammengelegt. Es erfolgt dann das
Verschweißen der Figurenhälften miteinander. Ein solches Herstellungsverfahren muß sehr sorgfältig
durchgeführt werden und ist entsprechend kostenaufwendig und für die Massenherstellung weniger geeignet.
Auch ist es bei einem Verfahren der genannten Art für eine Einzelfigur aus dem DE-GM 17 15 567 bekannt,
in die Schaumstoff-Folienbahn jeder Figurenhälfte ein Füllpolster vor dem Verschweißen einzulegen.
Aus der GB-PS 4 67 679 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Spielfigur aus zwei geprägten
Figurenhälften bekannt, die über Laschen zusammengefaltet werden können.
Dem Gegenstand der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung standfähiger
körperhafter Spielfiguren anzugeben, das eine gleichzeitige Herstellung mehrerer Spielzeugfiguren bei
vereinfachten Verfahrensschritten ermöglicht.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Verfahrensschritte des kennzeichnenden Teils des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ermöglicht die Massenherstellung im Aufbau gleichartiger Spielfiguren
mit einem kontinuierlichen Verfahrensablauf und ist entsprechend kostengünstig durchführbar. Dabei kann
die körperhafte Gestalt der Spielfiguren stark variieren und es können beispielsweise Tierfiguren verschiedenster
Art und Menschenfiguren ohne Änderung des grundsätzlichen Fertigungsverfahrens hergestellt werden.
A!!e gefertigten Spielfiguren sind dreidimensional und besitzen je nach Art der Festigkeit des verwendeten
Schaumstoffkerns eine gute bis sehr gute Standfäliigkeit.

Verfahrens ist in dem Anspruch 2 herausgestellt
Anhand der Zeichnungen wird das Verfahren in einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert Es zeigt
Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine Schaumstoff kern-Folienbahn
mit zum Teil ausgeschnittenen Figurenhälften,
Fig.2 die gefaltete Schaumstoffkern-Folienbahn
gemäß F ig. 1,

F i g. 1 zeigt eine Schaumstoff kern-Folienbahn 10, die,
wie den Fig.4 und 5 zu entnehmen ist, aus zwei übereinanderliegenden, schweißbaren Kunststoffolien
12 mit einem sandwichartig eingeschlossenen Schaumstoffkern U gebildet ist Die Kunststoffolien bestehen
beispielsweise aus Vinylchlorid und sind in geeigneter Weise mit dem Schaumstoffkern fest verbunden.
Die Schaumstoff kern-Folienbahn besitzt zwei Hälften 10a und 106, die jeweils auf einer Seite der in F i g. 1 dargestellten Faltlinie x-x liegen. Jede Hälfte hat einen sich zur Faltlinie hin und zu den außenliegenden Kanten der Folienbahn hin verjüngenden Schaumstoffkern 11 (vgl. F i g. 4 und 5).
Die Schaumstoff kern-Folienbahn besitzt zwei Hälften 10a und 106, die jeweils auf einer Seite der in F i g. 1 dargestellten Faltlinie x-x liegen. Jede Hälfte hat einen sich zur Faltlinie hin und zu den außenliegenden Kanten der Folienbahn hin verjüngenden Schaumstoffkern 11 (vgl. F i g. 4 und 5).
Bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens werden zunächst die Figurenhälften JVi, Wund D
gemäß F i g. 1 auf die Folienbahn aufgedruckt und mittels eines mit Stanzkanten versehenen Werkzeuges
einer Hochfrequenzschweißmaschine od. dgl. die außenliegenden Teile der korrespondierenden Figurenhälften
mit den nach außen weisenden Standbeinen konturengenau unter gleichzeitigem Verschweißen der Folienränder
ausgeschnitten.
In einem darauffolgenden Verfahrensschritt wird die Schaumstoffkern-Folienbahn entlang der Faltlinie x-x
gefaltet, wie dies aus F i g. 2 zu entnehmen ist. Die vorgegebene Faltlinie garantiert, daß die korrespondierenden
Figurenhälften paßgenau aufeinander zu liegen so kommen.
Sodann werden die verbliebenen innenliegenden Teile der Figurenhälften, das sind bei dem dargestellten
Ausführungsbeispiel die Köpfe und die oberen Teilbereiche der Spielkörper, konturengenau unter gleichzeitigern
Verschweißen der Folienränder ausgeschnitten.
Damit sind die Spielfiguren fertiggestellt. F i g. 3 zeigt in perspektivischer Ansicht eine fertige Spielfigur.
Um die Stabilität bzw. Standfestigkeit der fertigen
Spielfiguren zu erhöhen, kann gemäß Fig.5 unmittelbar
nach oder beim Falten der Folienbahn ein Füllpolster 13 in die Falte der Folienbahn mit eingelegt
werden.
Nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellte Spielfiguren können ruch zusätzlich mit Lautgebevorrichtungen,
z. B. Pfeifen od. ä., ausgerüstet sein, die beim Falten der Folienbahnen mit in die Falte der Folienbahn
eingelegt werden und beim Zusammendrücken der Spielfigur den gewünschten Ton abgeben.
Claims (2)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung standfähiger körperhafter Spielfiguren, die aus zwei plastisch ausgeformten
Figurenhälften gebildet sind, wobei jede Figurenhälfte aus einer Schaumstoffkern-Folienbahn,
bestehend aus zwei übereinanderliegenden, schweißbaren Kunststoff-Folien mit einem sandwichartig
eingeschlossenen Schaumstoffkern, vermittels eines Schweißstempels konturengenau unter
gleichzeitigem Verschweißen der Folienränder ausgeschnitten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Figurenhälften in spiegelbildlicher und symmetrischer Anordnung zu einer Faltlinie mit
nach außen weisenden Standbeinen aus ein- und derselben Schaumstoffkern-Folienbahn ausgeschnitten
werden, deren Schaumstoffkerndicke sich in Richtung der Faltlinie verjüngt,
wobei zunächst die außen liegenden Teile der korrespondierenden Figurenhälften mit den nach
außen weisenden Standbeinen konturengenau unter gleichzeitigem Verschweißen der Folienränder der
2fach liegenden Folienbahn ausgeschnitten werden,
woraufhin die Folienbahn entlang der Faltlinie gefaltet wird
woraufhin die Folienbahn entlang der Faltlinie gefaltet wird
und sodann die verbliebenen innen liegenden Teile der korrespondierenden Figurenhälften konturengenau
unter gleichzeitigem Verschweißen der Folienränder der 4fach liegenden Folienbahn ausgeschnitten
werden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unmittelbar nach oder beim Falten der
Folienbahn ein Füllpolster in die Falte der Folienbahn mit eingelegt wird.
