Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue wertvolle substituierte 2,1,3-Benzothiadiazinverbindungen mit herbizider Wirkung, Herbizide,
die diese Verbindungen enthalten, Verfahren zur Bekämpfung unerwünschten Pflanzenwuchses mit diesen Verbindungen und Verfahren
zu ihrer Herstellung.
Es ist bekannt, daß 3-Isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2· dioxid eine selektive herbizide Wirkung hat (DT-PS 1 542 836).
Außerdem sind weitere Herbizide dieser Substanzklasse bekannt, die für die Beseitigung von unerwünschtem Pflanzenwuchs in
einer Reihe von Kulturpflanzen verwendet werden sollen (DT-OS 2 444 383, 2 443 901 und 2 458 343).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel

worin R und R jeweils unabhängig voneinander Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Alkenyl, Alkinyl, Halogenalkenyl, Halogenalkinyl, Alkoxycarboalkyl, Alkoxycarboalkenyl, Dialkylketon, Azidoalkyl, Rhodanalkyl, Cyanalkyl, Benzyl, gegebenenfalls substituiertes Carbamidoalkyl oder gegebenenfalls Halogen- oder methylsubstituiertes Aryl bedeuten sowie die folgenden Reste, wobei der an letzter Stelle genannte Alkylrest jeweils mehr als 1 C-Atom hat, nämlich gegebenenfalls substituiertes Halogenalkyl, Alkylmercaptoalkyl, Arylmercaptoalkyl, Alkoxyalkyl, darüber hinaus R einen Hydroxyalkylrest mit mehr als 1 C-Atom oder einen substituierten Methylrest bedeutet mit den Substituenten O-Alkyl-N-alkylaminophosphorothio-,

und mit wesentlich geringerem Risiko zu beseitigen als dies bislang der Fall war»
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen weisen eine bessere Löslichkeit
in unpolaren Kohlenwasserstoffen beispielsweise pflanzlichen oder tierischen ölen auf und besitzen daher auch anwendungstechnische
Vorteile bei der Herstellung und Ausbringung der Substanzen in Form von herbiziden Mitteln. Die erfindungsgemäßen
Verbindungen stellen daher eine erhebliche Bereicherung der Technik dar»
Die neuen Benzothiadiazinverbindungen erhält man, wenn man 2,1,3-Benzothiadiazoverbindungen

In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrensweisen
a, b, c setzt man ein 2,1,3-Benzothiadiazine4)on-2,2-dioxid
oder sein Salz mit einer Halogenverbindung, einem Alkylsulfat oder einem Sulfonester, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart
eines inerten Lösungsmittels und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säurebinders bei einer Temperatur von -30 bis 1500C, vorzugsweise
10 bis 900C während 10 Minuten bis 6 Stunden, drucklos oder unter Druck, kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich um.
Bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens nach der
Variante d setzt man beispielsweise eine Verbindung der Formel V

mit einem Salz der O-Alkyl-N-alkylaminothiophosphor-, Cyanwasserstoff-,

Bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens nach der
Variante e setzt man beispielsweise eine Verbindung der Formel VI mit einem Isocyanat der Formel VII gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart
eines Lösungsmittels bei einer Temperatur von -30 bis 1500C,
vorzugsweise 10 bis 900C während 30 Minuten bis 6 Stunden, drucklos
oder unter Druck, kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich um.
Zu den bevorzugten inerten .lösungsmitteln gehören bei den erfindungsgemäßen
Verfahren Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Ligroin, Benzinfraktionen z.,B„ mit einem Siedebereich von 70 bis l4o°C, Cyclohexan,
Pentan, Hexan, Petroläther, o,m,p-Xylol; Nitrokohlenwasserstoffe wie Nitrobenzol,Nitroäthan; Nitrile wie Acetonitril, Butyronitril,
Isobutyronitril; Äther wie Diäthyläther, Di-n-propyläther,
Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan, Anisol; Ester wie Acetessigester, Äthylacetat, Isobutylacetat, Benzoesäuremethylester, Phenylacetat;
Amide wie Formamid, Methylformamid oder Dimethylformamid oder Ketone wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Cyclohexanon, Acetophenon.
Werden statt ihrer Salze direkt die Verbindungen der Formel I oder VI eingesetzt, so gehören auch Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe wie
Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, 1,1- und 1,2-Dichloräthan, 1,1,1- und 1,1,2-Trichloräthan, Chlorbenzol,
o,m,p-Dichlorbenzol oder o,m,p-Chlortoluol zu den bevorzugten Lösungsmitteln. Werden die Salze der Verbindungen der Formel I
eingesetzt, so zählt bei den Verfahrensweisen a,b,c auch Wasser zu den bevorzugten LösungsmitteIn0 Als Säurebinder können alle
üblichen Säurebindemittel verwendet werden= Hierzu gehören vorzugsweise Alkalihydroxide, Alkalicarbonate und tertiäre organische

Basen» Als besonders geeignet seien im einzelnen genannt: Natriumhydroxid,
Natriumcarbonat, Natriumhydrogenearbonat, Triäthylamin,
Pyridin, Trimethylamin, οΟ,β,^1 «Picolin, Lutidin, Ν,Ν-Dimethylanilin,
Ν,Ν-Dimethylcyclohexylamin, Chinolin, Tri-n-propylamin,
n-Propyl-diisopropylamin und Tri-n-butylamin,,
Neben den Ausgangsstoffen I lassen sich auch ihre entsprechenden Alkali-, Erdalkali- oder Ammoniumsalze vorteilhaft als Ausgangsmaterialien
einsetzen*, Die als Ausgangsstoffe verwendeten Verbindungen
der Formel I, V und VI werden vorteilhaft in einer Menge von 0,3 bis 1, vorzugsweise 0,8 bis 1 Mol pro Mol Ausgangsstoff
II, III, IV oder VII eingesetzt«,
Der Zugabemodus der Ausgangsstoffe kann in beliebiger Reihenfolge durchgeführt werden» Als besonders bevorzugt gilt folgende Verfahrensweise:
Man läßt eine Lösung der Ausgangsstoffe II, III oder IV in einem der vorgenannten inerten Lösungsmittel zu einer
Lösung oder Suspension des Ausgangsstoffes I oder dessen Salz
in einem der vorgenannten inerten Lösungsmittel zulaufen oder man läßt eine Lösung oder Suspension eines Salzes der O-Alkyl-N-alkylaminothiophosphor-,
Cyanwasserstoff-, Rhodanwasserstoff-, Stickstoffwasserstoff-, Alkoxydithiocarbaminsäure, gegebenenfalls
substituierten Carbamin- oder Thiocarbaminsäure eines 0,0,0-Trialkylphosphits
oder des Thioharnstoffes in einem der vorgenannten inerten Lösungsmittel zu einer Lösung des Ausgangsstoffes V zulaufen
oder man läßt eine Lösung des Ausgangsstoffes VII in einem
der vorgenannten inerten Lösungsmittel zu einer Lösung des Ausgangsstoffes VI zulaufen und führt dann in dem vorgenannten Temperaturbereich
die Umsetzung durch.
Zur Beschleunigung der Reaktion der Ausgangsstoffe I mit den Halogenverbindungen
II kann man im Falle der Verwendung von Fluoroder Chlorverbindungen der Formel II ein Alkali- oder Erdalkalisalz
eines schweren Halogenatoms, beispielsweise Natrium- oder Calziumjodid als Katalysator hinzufügen» Bei Verwendung eines
zweiphasischen Lösungsmittelsystems eignen sich auch quartäre

Ammoniumverbindungen als Katalysator Die Menge der erfindungsgemäß
einsetzbaren Katalysatoren liegt zwischen 0,1 und 10 Gew.% bezogen auf den Ausgangsstoff II. Zur Isolierung der Verbindungen
der Formel VIII aus der Reaktionsmischung entsprechend den erfindungsgemäßen Varianten a bis e rührt man die Reaktionsmischung
im Falle der Verwendung von mit Wasser mischbaren Lösungsmitteln in verdünnte wäßrige Alkalilösung ein. Das ausgeschiedene öl
wird gegebenenfalls extrahiert, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Hat man nur wenig polare mit Wasser nicht mischbare Lösungsmittel
gewählt, so kann man die Reaktionslösung auch direkt mit
verdünnter wäßriger Alkalilösung und Wasser extrahieren. Gegebenenfalls kann man auch vorher die Reaktionsmischung einengen, in
einem mit Wasser nicht mischbaren Lösungsmittel aufnehmen und wie beschrieben reinigen. Nach dem Trocknen und Einengen der organischen
Phase erhält man die gewünschten Endstoffe. Gegebenenfalls können sie in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Umkristallisation oder
Chromatographie weiter gereinigt werden.
22,8 Teile Chloressigsäuremethylester wurden innerhalb 10 Minuten
bei 22°C unter Rühren in eine Lösung von 52,4 Teilen 3-Isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin(4)on-2,2-dioxid-l-natriumsalz
in 200 Teilen Aceton eingeführt. Nach 1 Stunde Rühren bei 50°C wurde das Reaktionsgemisch
im Vakuum eingeengt, in 250 Teilen Methylenchlorid aufgenommen, 3 mal mit 100 ml 0,5 η-Natronlauge und mit Wasser
extrahiert. Nach dem Trocknen über Magnesiumsulfat und Einengen
im Vakuum wurde das Methylcarbomethoxy-3-isopropy1-2,1,3-benzothiadiazin(4)on-2,2-dioxid
in Form farbloser Kristalle mit Fp. 93-96°C gewonnen.
Zu einer Lösung von 1 Teil Natriumjodid und 80 Teilen 3-Isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin(4)on-2,2-dioxid-l-kaliumsalz
in 630 Teilen Acetonitril wurden 25,3 Teile l-Chlorbutin-3 innerhalb 10 Minuten
unter Rühren bei 24°C zugetropft. Nach 10 Stunden Rühren bei 82°C

wurde das Reaktionsgemisch im Vakuum eingeengt, in 300 Teilen
MethylenChlorid aufgenommen, 4 mal mit jeweils 100 ml 0,5 n-Natronlauge
extrahiert und mit Wasser extrahiert. Nach dem Trocknen über Magnesiumsulfat, Chromatographieren über neutralem
Aluminiumoxid und Einengen im Vakuum wurde das 1-Butin(3')yl-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin(4)on-2,2-dioxid
in Form farbloser Kristalle mit Pp. 66-7O°C isoliert.
16,5 Teile Diäthylsulfat wurden bei 100C unter Rühren innerhalb
15 Minuten in eine Lösung von 24 Teilen 3-Isopropy1-2,1,3-benzothiadiazin(4)on-2,2-dioxid
und 4,5 Teilen Natriumhydroxid in 25 Teilen Wasser eingeführt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde anschließend
10 Stunden bei 20°C gerührt, mit 150 Teilen 1,2-Dichloräthan versetzt, 2 mal mit jeweils 70 ml 0,5 n-Natronlauge
und mit Wasser extrahiert. Nach dem Trocknen, Einengen im Vakuum und Anreiben mit Cyclohexan wurde das l-Äthyl-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin(4)on-2,2-dioxid
in Form farbloser Kristalle mit Fp. 56-58°C isoliert.
16 Teile O-Äthyl-N-isopropylamino-phosphoro-thio-dimethylammoniumsalz,
gelöst in 60 Teilen Acetonitril wurden innerhalb 10 Minuten unter Rühren bei 10°C zu einer Lösung von 20,2 Teilen 1-Chlormethyl-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin(4)on-2,2-dioxid
in I60 Teilen Acetonitril gegeben. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde danach
2 Stunden bei 25°C gerührt, im Vakuum eingeengt, in 200 Teilen Diäthylather aufgenommen, 3 mal mit jeweils 100 Teilen 10 % Natriumhydrogencarbonatlösung
und mit Wasser extrahiert. Nach dem Trocknen über Magnesiumsulfat, Einengen im Vakuum und Anreiben mit Cyclohexan
wurde das l-Methyl-(O-äthyl-N-isopropyl-amino-phosphorothio)-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin(4)on-2,2-dioxid
in Form farbloser Kristalle mit Fp. 79-84°C erhalten.

100 Teile l-Chlorraethyl-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin(1l)on-2,2-dioxid
und 150 Teile Natriuraazid wurden in 800 Teilen Dimethylformamid 6 Stunden bei 25°C gerührt. Anschließend wurde
die Suspension mit dem fünffachen Volumen Wasser verdünnt. Nach einer Stunde wurden die ausgefallenen Kristalle abgesaugt und getrocknet,
wobei man 100 Teile (98 % der Theorie) 1-Azidomethyl-3-isopropyl-2,1
^-benzothiadiazine) on-2,2-dioxid mit Pp. 83°C
erhielt.
Weitere Wirkstoffe entsprechend der allgemeinen Formel wurden nach entsprechenden Verfahren hergestellt. Sie sind in Tabelle I
zusammengestellt, wobei m = 0 bedeutet.

Gewächshaus- und Feldversuche dienten dazu, die herbiziden und
selektiven Eigenschaften der neuen Verbindungen zu studieren,
I. Gewächshausversuche
Plastikblumentöpfe mit 300 cm Inhalt wurden mit lehmigem
Sand gefüllt und mit den Testpflanzen nach Arten getrennt bestückt.
Hierbei handelte es sich um die Einsaat von Samen, das Einlegen angekeimter Knollen (zoB. Cyperus esculentus) oder um
ein Verpflanzen von vegetativ vermehrten Arten. Für die Vorlaufbehandlung kamen nur Samen in Betracht. Die Wirkstoffe
wurden in Wasser als Verteilungsmittel suspendiert oder emulgiert und mittels fein verteilender Düsen auf die
Erdoberfläche gespritzt» Nach der Behandlung wurden die Gefäße leicht beregnet und bis zum Anwachsen der Pflanzen mit
durchsichtigen Plastikhauben abgedeckt» Bei der Nachauflaufbehandlung
(Blattbehandlung) zog man die Pflanzen je nach
Wuchsform in den Versuchsgefäßen erst bis zu einer Höhe von 3 bis 10 cm an und behandelte sie anschließend. Eine sofortige
Beregnung unterblieb selbstverständlich, ebenso das Abdecken. Den Temperaturansprüchen der Testpflanzen trug man
insofern Rechnung, als sie in kühleren oder wärmeren Sektionen der Gewächshausanlagen aufgestellt wurden. Die Versuchsperiode
dauerte 2 bis 4 Wochen» Während dieser Zeit wurden die Pflanzen gepflegt und ihre Reaktion auf die einzelnen Behandlungen
ausgewertet» Die Aufwandmenge der Prüfsubstanzen werden aufgeführt
als kg/ha Aktivsubstanz» Die Auswertung erfolgte mit der Skala 0 bis 100» Dabei bedeutete 0 = keine Schädigung
oder normaler Aufgang, 100 = kein Auflauf oder Zerstörung der Pflanzen»

II» Freilandversuche
In diesem Bereich wurden Nachauflaufbehandlungen auf Kleinparzellen
durchgeführt. Die Ausbringung der Substanzen erfolgte in Wasser als Träger- und Verteilermedium emulgiert oder suspendiert
mit Hilfe einer motorgetriebenen, auf einen Geräteträger montierten Pax'zellenspritzec Alle Versuche wurden über
mehrere Wochen beobachtet und ebenfalls nach der Skala O bis 100 bewertet«,
Ergebnis
Die in den Tabellen 2 bis 6 aufgeführten Vertreter der neuen Verbindungen bekämpfen unerwünschte Pflanzen besser als das
Vergleiehsmittel l-Chlormethjrl-3-1SOPrOPyI^91,3-benzothiadiazin-C1!
)-on-2,2-dioxid und ähnlich, manchmal schwächer als die Vergleichssubstanz 3~Isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-2,2-dioxido
Die Verträglichkeit entspricht bei einigen Kulturpflanzen derjenigen der Vergleichsmittel» Jedoch bei Kulturpflanzen, bei
denen bekannte Mittel dieser Stoffklasse nicht oder nur mit erheblichem Schadrisiko verwendet werden können, wie Kartoffeln,
Küchenzwiebeln oder Sonnenblumen, welche hier als Beispiele stellvertretend stehen, erwiesen sich die erfindungsgemäßen
Verbindungen als wesentlich verträglicher, worin ihr Viert und Portschritt besteht=,

Die neuen Verbindungen wirken sowohl bei Vorauflauf- wie auch bei Nachauflaufbehandlung (Tab. 6). Als Applikationsmethode
können das Einbringen in den Boden, die Behandlung der Bodenoberfläche oder besonders die Behandlung aufgelaufener Pflanzen in
Betracht gezogen werden.
Die Aufwandmengen betragen 0,1 bis 10 kg Wirkstoff/ha, insbesondere
0,5 bis 5 kg/ha.
Zur weiteren Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums der neuen Einzelsubstanzen,
zur Erzielung synergistischer Effekte oder zum Verbessern
der Residualwirkung über den Boden lassen sich zahlreiche andere herbizide oder wachstumsregulierende Verbindungen als
Mischungs- oder Kombinationspartner heranziehen. Je nach Einsatzgebiet
und Bekämpfungsvorhaben bieten sich nachstehende Substanzen oder ähnliche Derivate als Partner an:

Außerdem ist es möglich, die neuen erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen allein oder in Kombination mit anderen Herbiziden auch noch
mit weiteren Pflanzenschutzmitteln gemischt gemeinsam auszubringen. Hierbei ist an Mittel zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen
oder phytopathogenen Pilzen bzw. Bakterien zu denken. Von
Interesse ist ferner die Mischbarkeit mit Mineralsalzlösungen, welche zur Behebung von Ernährungs- oder Spurenelementmangeln
eingesetzt werden»
Zur Aktivierung der herbiziden Wirkung können Netz- und Haftmittel
sowie nichtphytotoxische öle zugesetzt werden.
Die Anwendung erfolgt z.B. in Form von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen,
Pulvern, Suspensionen oder Dispersionen, Emulsionen, öldispersionen,
Pasten, Stäubemitteln, Streumitteln, Granulaten durch Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen oder Gießen. Die Anwendungsformen
richten sich ganz nach den Verwendungszwecken; sie sollten in jedem Fall möglichst die feinste Verteilung der
erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe gewährleisten.
Zur Herstellung von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen, Emulsionen, Pasten und öldispersionen kommen Mineralölfraktionen von mittlerem
bis hohem Siedepunkt, wie Kerosin oder Dieselöl, ferner Kohlenteeröle usw.,' sowie öle pflanzlichen oder tierischen Ursprungs,
aliphatische, cyclische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe,
zum Beispiel Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Paraffin, Tetrahydronaphthalin, alkylierte Naphthaline oder deren Derivate zum Bei-

spiel Methanol, Äthanol, Propanol, Butanol, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Cyclohexanol, Cyclohexanon, Chlorbenzol, Isophoron usw., stark polare Lösungsmittel, z.B. Dimethylformamid,
Dimethylsulfoxid, N-Methylpyrrolidon, Wasser usw. in Betracht.
Wässerige Anwendungsformen können aus Emulsionskonzentraten,
Pasten oder netzbaren Pulvern (Spritzpulvern), öldispersionen
durch Zusatz von Wasser bereitet werden. Zur Herstellung von Emulsionen, Pasten oder öldispersionen können die Substanzen
als solche oder in einem Öl oder Lösungsmittel gelöst, mittels Netz-, Haft-, Dispergier- oder Emulgiermittel in Wasser homogenisiert
werden. Es können aber auch aus wirksamer Substanz, Netz-, Haft-, Dispergier- oder Emulgiermittel und eventuell
Lösungsmittel oder Öl bestehende Konzentrate hergestellt werden, die zur Verdünnung mit Wasser geeignet sind.
An oberflächenaktiven Stoffen sind zu nennen:
Alkali-, Erdalkali-, Ammoniumsalze von Ligninsulfonsäure, Naphthalinsulfonsäuren,
Phenolsulfonsäuren, Alkylarylsulfonate,
Alkylsulfate, Alkylsulfonate, Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze der Dibutylnaphthalxnsulfonsäure, Lauryläthersulfat, Fettalkoholsulfate,
fettsaure Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze, Salze sulfatierter Hexadecanole, Heptadecanole, Octadecanole, Salze von sulfatiertem
Pettalkoholglykoläther, Kondensationsprodukte von sulfoniertem Naphthalin und Naphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd, Kondensationsprodukte des Naphthalins bzw. der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren mit
Phenol und Formaldehyd, Polyoxyäthylen-octylphenoläther, äthoxyliertes Isooktylphenol-, Octylphenol-, Nonylphenol, Alkylphenolpolyglykoläther,
Tributylphenolpolyglykoläther, Alkylarylpolyätheralkohole, Isotridecylalkohol, Fettalkoholäthylenoxid-Kondensate,
äthoxyliertes Rizinusöl, Polyoxyäthylenalkyläther, äthoxyliertes Polyoxypropylen, Laurylalkoholpolyglykolätheracetal,
Sorbitester, Lignin, SuIfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Pulver, Streu- und Stäubemittel können durch Mischen oder gemeinsames
Vermählen der wirksamen Substanzen mit einem festen Trägerstoff hergestellt werden»

Granulate, z.B, Umhüllungs-, Imprägnierungs- und Homogengranulate,
können durch Bindung der Wirkstoffe an feste Trägerstoffe hergestellt werden. Feste Trägerstoffe sind z.B. Mineralerden wie
Silicagel, Kieselsäuren, Kieselgele, Silikate, Talkum, Kaolin, Attaclay, Kalkstein, Kalk, Kreide, Talkum, Bolus, Löß, Ton,
Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfat, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Düngemittel, wie z.B. Ammoniumsulfat,
Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoffe und pflanzliche Produkte, wie Getreidemehl, Baumrinden-, Holz- und Nußschalenmehl,
Cellulosepulver und andere feste Trägerstoffe.
Die Formulierungen enthalten zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 Gewichtsprozent.
Man vermischt 90 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung 1 mit 10 Gewichtsteilen N-Methyl-cir-pyrrolidon und erhält eine Lösung, die zur Anwendung
in Form kleinster Tropfen geeignet ist.
20 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung 2 werden in einer Mischung gelöst,
die aus 80 Gewichtsteilen Xylol, 10 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 8 bis 10 Mol Äthylenoxid an 1 Mol ölsäure-N-monoäthanolamid,
5 Gewichtsteilen Calciumsalz der Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure und 5 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von
40 Mol Äthylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinusöl besteht« Durch Ausgießen und feines Verteilen der Lösung in 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser
erhält man eine wäßrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffs enthält.
20 Gewiehtsteile der Verbindung 5 werden in einer Mischung gelöst,
die aus 40 Gewichtsteilen Cyclohexanon, 30 Gewichtsteilen Isobutanol,

die aus 25 Gewichtsteilen Cyclohexanol, 65 Gewichtsteilen einer Mineralölfraktion vom Siedepunkt 210 bis 28o°C und 10 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol Äthylenoxid an 1 Mol
Ricinusöl besteht„ Durch Eingießen und feines Verteilen der
Lösung in 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine wäßrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffs enthält.
20 Gewichtsteile des Wirkstoffs 1 werden mit 3 Gewichtsteilen des Natriumsalzes der Diisobutylnaphthalin-<X/-sulfonsäure, 17 Gewichtsteilen des Natriumsalzes einer Ligninsulfonsäure aus einer Sulfit-Ablauge
und 60 Gewichtsteilen pulverförmigem Kieselsäuregel gut vermischt und in einer Hammermühle vermählen. Durch feines Verteilen
der Mischung in 20 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser enthält man eine Spritzbrühe, die 0,1 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffs enthält.
3 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung 2 werden mit 97 Gewichtsteilen feinteiligem Kaolin innig vermischt. Man erhält auf diese Weise
ein Stäubemittel, das 3 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffs enthält.
30 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung 5 werden mit einer Mischung aus 92 Gewichtsteilen pulverförmigem Kieselsäuregel und 8 Gewichts-

teilen Paraffinöl, das auf die Oberfläche dieses Kieselsäuregels gesprüht wurde, innig vermischt» Man erhält auf diese Weise eine
Aufbereitung des Wirkstoffs mit guter Haftfähigkeit.
40 Gewichtsteile des Wirkstoffs 6 werden mit 10 Teilen Natriumsalz
eines Phenolsulfonsäure-harnstoff-formaldehyd-Kondensats, 2 Teilen Kieselgel und 48 Teilen Wasser innig vermischt. Man
erhält eine stabile wässerige Dispersion. Durch Verdünnen mit 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine wäßrige Dispersion,
die 0,04 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff enthält.
20 Teile des Wirkstoffs 1 werden mit 2 Teilen Calciumsalz der Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure, 8 Teilen Pettalkohol-polyglykoläther,
2 Teilen Natriumsalz eines Phenolsulfonsäure-harnstoff-formaldehydkondensats und 68 Teilen eines paraffinischen Mineralöls innig
vermischt. Man erhält eine stabile ölige Dispersion.

- Patentansprüche1 2worin R und R jeweils unabhängig voneinander Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Alkenyl, Alkinyl, Halogenalkenyl, Halogenalkinyl, Alkoxycarboalkyl, Alkoxycarboalkenyl, Dialkylketon, Azidoalkyl, Rhodanalkyl, Gyanoalkyl, Benzyl, gegebenenfalls substituiertes Carbamidoalkyl oder gegebenenfalls Halogenoder Methyl-substituiertes Aryl bedeuten sowie die folgenden Reste, wobei der an letzter Stelle genannte Alkylrest jeweils mehr als 1 C-Atom hat, nämlich gegebenenfalls substituiertes Halogenalkyl oder Alkylmercaptoalkyl, Arylmercaptoalkyl, Alkoxyalkyl, darüberhinaus R einen Hydroxyalkylrest mit mehr als 1 C-Atom oder einen substituierten Methylrest bedeutet mit den SubstituentenO-Alkyl-N-alkylamino-phosphorothio-, 0,0-Dialkylphosphoro-, 0,0,0-Trialkylphosphinylimino-, Alkoxydithiocarbonyl-, Alkoxycarbamoyl-, Alkoxycarbamoyl-N-aryl-, Alkylsulfinyl-, Alkylsulfonyl-,Thiocarbamido-, Isothiuroniumhydrochlorid, Y-Y'-C-N >., -Y'-C-NHR^, gegebenenfalls substituierten Acvl- \4amido-, Diacylamidorest oder Isoxazolrest, jedes X unabhängig Halogen, W0p, Niedrigalkyl, Halogenniedrigalkyl,_ 0 /R3 R3 Cycloalkyl, Aryl, -SCN, -CN, -CO R^, -C-N ä, -N ü, -Y11R4,3 2-SO0OR3, -SO0N ,., -CCl,, -CF.., -CH0OCH.., -CR4 oder 2 " 2\R4* y y £ y-Y■·-CP2C(Z), bedeutet, m eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 4 und η eine ganze Zahl von 1 oder 2 bedeutet, R , R und R-3809824/0346 -64-ORIGlNAL INSPECTEDO. - 2. Herbizid, enthaltend ein& substituierte 2,1,3-Benzothiadiazinverbindung gemäß Anspruch 1.
- 3. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man eine Verbindung der FormelH Xm S-in der R , Y, X, m und η die im Anspruch 1 genannten Bedeutungen besitzen, mit einer Halogenverbindung der FormelHaI-R1 II,in der R die im Anspruch 1 genannte Bedeutung besitzt und Hai ein Halogenatom bedeutet, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines inerten Lösungsmitteln und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säurebinders bei einer Temperatur von -30 bis 150°C umsetzt.
- 4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man anstelle einer Verbindung der Formel I ihr Alkali-, Erdalkali- oder Ammoniumsalz umsetzt.
- 5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 und A, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man anstelle einer Halogenverbindung der Formel II ein Sulfat der FormelS02(0R1)2 III,in der R die im Anspruch 1 genannte Bedeutung besitzt, umsetzt.809824/0346 -65-O. Z. J>2 Γ'202666290
- 6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man anstelle einer Halogenverbindung der Formel II einen gegebenenfalls Halogen- oder Methylsubstituierten Sulfonester der FormelArSO2OR1 IV,in der R1 die im Anspruch 1 genannte Bedeutung besitzt und Ar einen gegebenenfalls Halogen- oder Methylsubstituierten Arylrest bedeutet, umsetzt.
- 7. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1,1 2wobei R nur die über R hinausgehende, in Anspruch 1 genannte Bedeutung besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man eine Verbindung der Formel?H2Hal Xmin der R2, Y, X, m und η die im Anspruch 1 genannten Bedeutungen besitzen und Hai ein Halogenatom bezeichnet, mit einem Salz der Cyanwasserstoff-, Rhodanwasserstoff, Stickstof fwasserstoff-, gegebenenfalls substituierten Carbamin- oder Thiocarbaminsäure, Aikoxydithiocarbaminsäure, O-Alkyl-N-alkylaminothiophosphorsäure, einem 0,0,0-Trialkylphosphit oder Thioharnstoff, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines inerten Lösungsmittels bei einer Temperatur von -30 bis 1500C umsetzt.
- 8. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1,Y1Λ If C V.wobei R eine -Y1 -C-NHTr-Gruppe bedeutet und Y' und R·^ die in Anspruch 1 genannte Bedeutung besitzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man eine Verbindung der FormelCH0OH809824/0346Y - 66 -- If O. Z. 52in der R , Y, X, m und η die im Anspruch 1 genannte Bedeutung besitzen, mit einem Isocyanat der FormelO=C=N-R5 VII,in der R die im Anspruch 1 genannte Bedeutung besitzt, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines inerten Lösungsmittels bei einer Temperatur von -30 bis 150 C umsetzt.
- 9· Verwendung einer Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 1 als Herbizid.
