hergestellt werden. Zur Herstellung des Schmierfetts w können auch andere übliche Methoden angewandt
werden, sofern damit eine innige Mischung der Komponenten erzielt wird.
Durch die folgenden Beispiele wird die Erfindung näher erläutert. In den Beispielen werden Schmiereigenschaften
mit Hilfe des 4-Kugeltests und des LFW-1-Tests ermittelt Der 4-Kugeltest wird auf
einem Roxana-Verschleißprüfuogsgerät durchgeführt, wobei eine Stahlkugel mit einem Durchmesser von
1,27 cm gegen drei stationäre Stahlkugeln mit einem Durchmesser von 1,27 cm mit einer Geschwindigkeit
von 1200 UpM 1 Stunde bei einer Temperatur von 75°C unter Belastungen von 10 bis 40 kg rotiert.
Nach Ablauf der lstündigen Testdauer wird die Länge und Breite der Verschleianarbe, die sich auf as
jeder stationären Kugel bildet, gemessen, und der Mittelwert der sechs Messungen wird als VerschleiP-narbendurchmesser
bestimmt. Je kleiner die Verschleißnarbe ist, desto besser ist das Schmiermittel.
Für einige Schmierfette werden ferner Verschleißnarben auf dem AIpha-LFW-1-Prüfgerät im oszillierenden
Betrieb bestimmt, wobei ein Standardstahlring auf einem .^O-Stahlblock bei einem Bjgenwinkel
von 10° und 75 Zyklen pro Minute angewandt wird. Die Verschleißnarbe, die durch die Oszillationen entsteht,
wird bei einer Belastung von 68,04 kg nach 500 Zyklen gemessen.
Der Dibutylester der Hexachlorendomethylentetrahyr'rophthalsäure
wird mit trimethylsilylendblockiertem Dimethylpolysiloxan zu einer Lösung von 10 Gewichtsprozent
des Diesters in dem Siloxan vermischt. Das flüssige Dimethylpolysiloxan hat eine Viskosität
von 350 Centistoke bei 25° C. Die Dibutylester-Siloxan-Lösung ist bei Raumtemperatur stabil. Dieses
Schmiermittel ergibt einen 4-KugelverschIeißnarbendurchmesser
von 0,73 mm unter einer Belastung von 40 kg und von 0,57 mm unter einer Belastung von
10 kg. Die Verwendung des flüssigen Siloxans als Schmiermittel ohne irgendein Additiv ergibt eine
Verschleißnarbe von 2,33 mm. Diese Werte zeigen, daß das Dimethylpolysiloxan durch das Diesteradditiv
Schmierwirkung für Stahl auf Stahl erhält.
Ein Schmierfett, das 90,7 Gewichtsprozent flüssiges Diorganopolysiloxan, 0,7 Gewichtsprozent Farbstoff
und 8,6 Gewichtsprozent Lithiumstearat (Verdikkungsmittel)
enthält, wird durch Umsetzung von 1,2 Gewichtsprozent Lithiumhydroxid mit 7,4 Ge*

Säure vermischt, daß ein Schmierfett mit einem Gehalt von 5 Gewichtsprozent des Additivs
entsteht. Bei Prüfung nach der 4-Kugelmethode bei
1200 UpM während einer Stunde bei Raumtemperatur unter einer Belastung ν··>η 5 kg liefert das additivhaltige
Schmierfett eine Verschleißnarbe von 2,4 mm im Vergleich zu einer VerschJeißnarbe von 3,0 mm,
die bei Verwendung des unmodifizierten Schmierfetts
erhalten wird.
Ein zweites Schmierfett (Fett Nr. 2), daj 64 Gewichtsprozent
trimethylsilylendblockiertes 3,3,3-Trifluorpropylmethylpolysiloxan
(Viskosität 1000 Centistoke bei 25° C), 26 Gewichtsprozent gepulvertes Polytetrafluorätbylenharz und 10 Gewichtsprozent
gepulvertes Tetrafluoräthylen-Hexafluorpropylen-Copolymer
enthält, wird durch Walzmischen der Komponenten hergestellt. Ein Teil dieses Schmierfetts
wird mit so viel Dibutylester der obengenannten Säure vermischt, daß ein Schmierfett mit einem Gehalt
von 5 Gewichtsprozent des Additivs entsteht. Dieses Schmierfett und das oben beschriebene mit Lithiumstearat
verdickte Schmierfett werden mit dem oben beschriebenen LFW-I i'est geprüft. Es werden folgende
Ergebnisse erzielt.

Diese Werte zeigen die überlegenen Schmiereigenschaften von erfindungsgemäßen Schmierfetten. Es ist
zu beachten, daß die Schmierwirkung des Fluorsiliconfetts Nr. 2 bereits verhältnismäßig gut ist,
durch Zusatz des Dibutylesters der Hexachlorendomethylentetrahydrophthalsäure
jedoch noch verbessert wird.
Der Di-2-äthylhexylester der Hexachlorendomethylentetrahydrophthalsäure
wird mit einem Siloxancopolymeren zu einer Lösung von 5 Gewichtsprozent
ss des Diesters in dem Disiloxan vermischt. Das flüssige
Siloxan besteht aus 57 Molpi'ozent C„Hs(CH3)SiO-Einhciten,
30,5 Molprozent (CH3)2SiO-Einheiten und
12,5 Molprozent (CHg^SiO^-Einheiten und hat eine
Viskosität von 135 Centistoke bei 25° C. Dieses Schmiermittel liefert einen 4-Kugelverschleißnarbendurchmesser
von 2,1 mm unter einer Belastung von 10 kg im Vergleich zu eit-er VerschleißnArbe von
2,53 mm unter einer Belastung von 10 kg, die mit
dem unjiodifizierten flüssigen Siloxan erhalten wird.

Diester, in Kombination mit trimethylsilylendblokkiertem
Dimethylpolysiloxan mit einer Viskosität νοί( 350 Cenllistoke bei 25° C verwendet. Die Additive
werden mit Anteilen des flüssigen Siloxans in Mengen vermischt, die Konzentration des jeweiligen Schmiermitteladditivs
von 5 Gewichtsprozent ergeben, Die verschiedenen Additiv-SiloxaH-Mischutigeri werden
nach der 4-Kugelmethode unter einer Belastung von
40 kg geprüft. Ferner wird für jedes Schmiermittel der Reibungskoeffizient bestimmt. Die verwendeten
s Additive und die erzielten Testergebnisse zeigt die folgende Tabelle:

Claims (6)
1. Schmiermittel, bestehend aus einer größeren organischen Verbindungen, z. B. chlorierten Alkoholen,
Menge eines flüssigen DiorganopoJysiloxans und δ Laurylmercaptan und Alkanolamine^ Piese Klasse
