Sämtliche vorstehend erläuterten Reaktionen werden normalerweise
so durchgeführt, daß man das Epoxid der allgemeinen Formel II mit dem primären Amin TLVq9 dem sekundären Amih IIIc oder Ammoniak
in geringem Überschuß bei Temperaturen von 50 bis 1500G,
vorzugsweise bei 80 bis 100 C, zur Umsetzung bringt. Die Yerwendung

wie Fluoralkane, bevorzugt, um die Reäktionstemperatur
steuern zu können«, Im allgemeinen wirkt sich die Gegenwart von
Wasser im Reaktionssystem ungünstig aus, und deshalb sollte der Wassergehalt höchstens 10 Gewichtsprozent betragen. Die Umsetzung
kann durch Verwendung eines tertiären Amins, wie Triäthylamin,
beschleunigt werden. Die Umsetzung ist normalerweise innerhalb
30 Minuten bis 10 Stunden beendet. Man erhält die Perfluoralky!verbindungen
Ib bis Id11 in nahezu quantitativer Ausbeute.

Die erhaltenen Perfluoralkylverbindungen Ib Tbis Id" können durch
Behandlung:1 mit"" einer organischen oder anorganischen-Säure'gewöhnlich bei Temperaturen" von Raumtemperatur bis 1000C -und ge-gebenenfalls
in einem inerten organischen Lösungsmittel, wie einemJFluoralkan, in die Salze überführt werden. Diese Umsetzung
wird vorzugsweise unmittelbar nach Beendigung der Umsetzung zwischen
dem-Epoxid (H) und dem primären (IHb.) öder sekundären ■
(iilc) Amin oder Ammoniak durchgeführt, d. h. ohne Isolierung
der gebildeten Perfluoralkylverblndung Ib bis Id11.
Die Perfluorälkylverbindungen Ib bis Id" sind Flüssigkeiten oder
feste Stoffe, die in Wasser unlöslich"sind. Die Salze dagegen
sind meist wasserlöslich. '

Die Verbindungen der Erfindimg eignen sich zum Ausrüsten von
Textilgut. Das ausgerüstete Textilgut ist öl- und schmutzabweisend.
Somit betrifft die Erfindung auch die Verwendung der 2-Hydroxypropyl-perfluorallcyl-Derivate
der Erfindung zum Ausrüsten von Textilgut.
Es sind bereits verschiedene Verfahren zum Ausrüsten von Textilgut
beschrieben, um es schmutzabweisend zu machen. So wird z. B.
Textilgut aus hydrophoben synthetischen Fasern oder Fäden oder Textilgut, das.mit einem hydrophoben Kunstharz ausgerüstet ist,
mit einer Lösung oder Suspension einer hydrophilen Verbindung,
z. B, Polymerisation, die Acrylsäure, als Monomereneinheit erhalten,
Polyäthylenglykolderivaten oder Carboxymethylcellulose
behandelt,.damit der am Textilgut anhaftende Schmutz beim Waschen
abgelöst wird. Diese Verfahren versagen jedoch, wenn es darum geht, das Textilgut schmutzabweisend zu machen.
Es ist ferner bekannt t Textilgut mit einer lösung oder Disper-,^Si S 03 88 1/103 3
sion von Polymerisaten aus CgF1 ^SO2F(G2H5)Ch2GH2OOCCH=GH2 oder
CgH^CH2CH2OOCC(CEz)=CH2 oder mit Chromsäureverbindungen, die
einen Polyfluoralkylrest enthalten, z. B. C7P1CCOOCr2(OH)Cl- zu
"behandeln, um diesen'Ölatwelsende - Eigenschaften zu verleihen
• und die Bildung von Wasserflecken zu verhindern. Es ist jedoch
ziemlich schwierig, einmal gebildete Flecken durch Waschen zu entfernen.
Das Aussehen von verfleckten Stellen verschlechtert sich
während des Waschens, da Schmutz, der in. der Waschlauge enthalten
ist, auf der Oberfläche des Textilgutes durch Adsorption festgehalten wird. . -
Mit den Verbindungen der Erfindung der allgemeinen Formel AjB
und C läßt sich Textilgut ausgezeichnet öl- imd schmutzabweisend ·
ausrüsten. Wasser und Öl enthaltender Schmutz wird vom ausgerüsteten
Textilgut nur sehr schwierig auf genommen und läßt, sich leicht und vollständig durch übliches Waschenwieder ablösen.
Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel 1 sind ferner wertvolle
Weichmacher sowie Zwischenprodukte zur Herstellung fluorenthaltender
Polyurethane.
Bei der Behandlung von Textilgut mit; den Perfluoralkylverbindungeh
der allgemeinen Formel A, B und C und ihren Salzen wird der
Wirkstoff in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel (Wasser oder organische Lösungsmittel) in einer Konzentration von 0,05 Ms 5 Gewichtsprozent
gelöst oder dispergiert, das Textilgut wird mit dieser Dispersion oder Lösung behandelt und entweder an der Atmosphäre trocknen gelassen oder 30 Sekunden bis 10 Minuten auf
80 bis 1500C erhitzt.

Als Lösungsmittel kommen organische Lösungsmittel mit einem
Siedepunkt von 30 bis 15O0C, vorzugsweise von 35 bis 1000C, in
Frage. Spezielle Beispiele für diese Lösungsmittel sind Fluoralkane,
wie Trichlortrifluoräthan und Di chlorte traf luoräthan, Ketone, wie Aceton und Methyläthylketon, Ester, wie Äthylacetat,
und Fluor enthaltende cyclische Verbindungen, wie Benzotrifluorid. Diese Lösungsmittel können auch z. B. mit Benzol, Petroläther
oder Xylol verdünnt werden.
Aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen werden vorzugsweise wäßrige Dispersionen
zur Textilausrüstung verwendet. Der Wirkstoff wird in Wasser in Gegenwart eines geeigneten Emulgators dispergiert. Beispiele
für geeignete Emulgatoren sind anionaktive Netzmittel,
wie Natriumdodecylbenzolsulfonat und C^F.. ,-COONa, nichtionische
Netzmittel, wie Polyoxyäthylenalkylphenyläther, Polyoxyäthylen»
amylester und Sorbitanfettsäureester, sowie kationaktive Netzmittel,
wie quartäre Ammoniumsalze. =
^ Die Perfluoralkylverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel A, B und C
und ihre Salze werden auch zur Trennung von Wasser und Ölen,
wie Leuchtöl, Sesamöl, Schweröl, Maschinenöl, Uhrenöl, Kühlmaschinenöl,
Hexan, Heptan, Octan oder Cyclohexan, verwendet. Ferner kann man poröse, saugfähige Stoffe, wie Papier, gewebte, gewirkte
und vliesartige Textilien sowie Asbest mit den in Wasser oder organischen Lösungsmitteln dispergierten Wirkstoffen behandeln, um ihnen ölabweisende Eigenschaften zu verleihen, so
daß durch diese Materialien nur Wasser hindurchtritt.

Die Perfluoralky !verbindungen der allgemeinen .Formel A, B und C
und.ihre Salze können auch in Kombination mit bekannten.Hydrophobiermitteln
verwendet werden. In diesem Falle besitzen die
behandelten Materialien sowohl ölabweisende als auch wasserabweisende
Eigenschaften. Beispiele für Hydrophobiermittel sind
Polymerisate von Fluor enthaltenden Yinylcarbonsäureestern der allgemeinen Formel RfCH2CH(OH)GH2OOCCR5=CH2,: in der R3 ein Wasserstoffatom
oder eine Methylgruppe bedeutet. Die Vinylcarbonsäureester
können z, B, durch Umsetzung des Epoxidsder allgemeinen
Formel II oder des Diols der allgemeinen Formel a
RfCH2CH(OH)CH2OH mit Acrylsäure oder Methacrylsäure hergestellt
. werden. Das Gewichtsverhältnis der Perflüöralkylverbindung der
allgemeinen Formel A, B und C .und des Vinylearbonsäureesters beträgt
9 : 1 bis 1 : 9, vorzugsweise 5 : 1 bis 1 : 5. Zum Gebrauch
werden diese Wirkstoffe in Form einer Lösung oder Dispersion in
Wasser oder organischen lösungsmitteln, nötigenfalls zusammen
mit Netzmitteln, verwendet, .
Die Perfluoralkylverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel A, B und C
und ihre Salze können auch als Weichmacher oder Zwischenprodukte
zur Herstellung von Polyurethanen verwendet werden. Für die Herstellung
der Polyurethane werden Diisocyanate der allgemeinen
Formel OCET-A'-NCO eingesetzt. A1 bedeutet einen Kohlenwasserstoffrest,
Spezielle Beispiele für verwendbare Diispeyanate sind 2,4-
oder 2,6-Toluylendiisocyanat, Diphenylmethaii-4,4l~(iiisocyaJia't»

Die. Isocyanatreaktion wird bei Temperaturen von Eaumtemperatur
bis 150 C und vorzugsweise in Gegenwart geringer Mengen eines Katalysators, wie "lthylendiamin, Triäthylamin, Triethylendiamin,
Dimethyläthanolamin, Bis-(diäthyläthanolamin)-adipat, N,H-Dimethylcyclohexylamin,
Dibutylzinnlaurat, Dibutylzinn-dl-(2-äthylhexoat),
Zinn(Il)-2-äthylcaproat oder. Zinn(II)-oleat, durchgeführt.
Das Mengenverhältnis der Perfluoralkylverbindung der. allgemeinen Formel A, B oder C zum Diisocyanat hängt,von der
Art des herzustellenden Polyurethans ab. Die hergestellten Polyurethane
haben öl- und schmutzabweisende Eigenschaften und können für die verschiedensten Zwecke verwendet werden, z. B. als .,
BeSchichtungsmassen und als Zusätze für Anstrichmittel.;
Die Beispiele erläutern die Erfindung. Teile= und Prozentangaben
beziehen sich auf das Gewicht, sofern nichts anderes angegeben ist. Die wasser- und ölabweisend en Eigenschaften, die Entfernbarkeit
von Schmutz und die Aufnahme von Schmutz wird nach folgenden
Methoden bestimmt:

Eine.Probe eines Gewebes wird glatt auf Löschpapier gelegt, und
5 Tropfen flüssiges Paraffin im Gemisch mit einem Purpurfarb—
stoff werden tropfenweise auf eine Stelle des Gewebes aufgetropft.
Danach wird das Gewebe mit einer Polyäthylenfolie bedeckt, 1 Minute unter einem Druck von 2,27 kg gepreßt, und an—

schließend'"wird die Folie abgezogen. Das ütierscliüssige flüssige
Paraffin wird mit einem Baumwolituch abgewischt.; Fach; 12 Stunden
wird das Gewebe in einer TrOnmelwaschmaschine gewaschen. Zu
300 g ICleidung einschließlich des zu untersuchenden Gewebes
• werden 15 Liter auf 45°C erwärmtesWasser sowie J8 _g eines üblichen Waschmittels gegeben.; Das erhaltene Gemisch wird 10 Minuten
gewaschen und anschließend dreimal je 2 Minuten mit,.Wasser
gespült. Das Ausmaß der Entfernung des flüssigen Paraffins vom.
Gewebe wird anhand des Entfärbungsgrades des Purpürfarbstoffes
bestimmt. Die Entfärbung wird nach folgender Skala bewertet:

Zahlen zwischen den genannten Werten werden geschätzte

In 150 ml einer Yerschmutzungsflotte der nachstehend genannten
Zusammensetzung werden bei 500C unter, gründlichem Eühren 6 Stükke
zu untersuchendes Gewebe mit den Abmessungen 6 χ 6 ein sowie
15 Stahlkugeln gegeben. DieVVerschmutzung der zuuntersuchenden I
Proben wird in einem Launder-O-Meter bei .500C während 20 Minuten
durchgeführt. Danach wird das verschmutzte Gewebe 10 Minuten mit
Wasser gespült und an der luft getrocknet. ;. . -
Die Reflexion der zu untersuchenden Gewebe wird photometrisch
bestimmt, und das Ausmaß der Schmutzaufnahme wird nach, folgender Gleichxmg berechnet:

erhaltene viskose Flüssigkeit unter verminderVem Drück destilliert. Es werden 101 g einer Fraktion vom Siedebereich 85 bis
88°C/0,3 Torr erhalten. Das Produkt hat die Formel:

1 g des erhaltenen tertiären Amins werden in 100 ml Aceton gelöst.
In die Lösung wird ein Probestück eines Mischgewebes aus Polyethylenterephthalat und Bäumwolle getaucht und nach der Entnahme
getrocknet. Das erhaltene Gewebe zeigt eine Wässerabweisung
von 70 und eine Ölabweisung von 6*
20 g des erhaltenen tertiären Amins und 6 g Essigsäure werden in
ein 50 ml fassendes Becherglas gegeben, und das erhaltene Gemisch wird 10 Minuten bei 4Ö°G gerührt. Es bildet sich das Acetat
des tertiären Amins. Das Acetat wird in Wasser zu einer T-prozentigen
Lösung gelöst. Ein Probestück aus einem Mischgewebe aus Polyäthylenterephthalat und Baumwolle wird in die Lösung getaucht, zu einer Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme von 100 0A abgequetscht,
10 Minuten bei 80°C getrocknet und anschließend 5Minuten auf
1500C erhitzt'. Das Gewebe zeigt eine Wasserabweisung von 70 und

einem Rührer und e'inem Rückflußkühler ausgerüstet ist, werden 150 g (0,28 Mol) der Verbindung CF:,(CFo)pCH0CHCH9, 38,2 g
.(0,14 Mol) der Verbindung CH5(CH2)^NH2 und 2 g Triäthylamin
vorgelegt. -Das erhaltene Gemisch wird 5 Stunden auf 100 bis 1150C erhitzt lind gerührt. Danach wird das Reaktionsgemisch un

und 13,5 Teile Essigsäure werden in V/asser bis zu einer
Feststoffkonzentratioh von 0,75 g/100 ml gelöst. Probestücke
aus einem Mischgewebe von Polyäthylenterephthalat und PoIycapramid
werden in die lösung getaucht, nach der Entnahme getrocknet und 5 Minuten auf 15O0C erhitzt. Die Ölabweisung, die
Fleckenentfernung und die Schmutzaufnahme ist in der nachstehenden
Tabelle zusammengestellt.

Beispiel 6 -
Ein Probestück aus einem Mischgewebe von Polyethylenterephthalat
und Baumwolle wird in eine Eosung aus 1 Teil
(CP5J2CF(CP2CF2)^CH2CH(OH)CH2N(C2H5)2 in 100 Teilen Aceton getaucht und nach der Entnahme an der Atmosphäre getrocknet. Eine
andere Gewebeprobe aus dem gleichen Mischgewebe wird in eine Iprozentige wäßrige Lösung des Acetats des genannten Amins getaucht,
nach der.Entnahme aus der Lösung bei 80°C getrocknet
und 5 Minuten erhitzt. Diese behandelten Gewebestueke werden
hinsichtlich Wasserabweisung, Olabweisung, Fleckenentfernung
und Schmutzaufnahme untersucht. Die Ergebnisse sind in der nachstehenden
Tabelle zusammengestellt. .

50 g des gemäß Beispiel 3 erhaltenen PrOduktes werden in 10 g
Eisessig eingetragen», und, das erhaltene Gemisch wird unter Rühren
auf 800C erwärmt, bis sich das Acetat gebildet hat. Es wird eine
Iprozentige Lösung des Acetats in Wasser hergestellt.:In diese
Lösung werden Probestücke aus Polyäthylenterephthalatgewebe und Polyeapramidgewebe getaucht. Danach werden die Probestücke bis
auf einen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von 80 % abgequetscht, 20,Minuten
bei 800C getrocknet und.5 Minuten, auf 15O0C erhitzt. Die Gewebestücke werden in 2 Teile geteilt, der eine Teil wird als.solcher
auf Wasserabweisung.,. Ölabweisung, Fleckenentfernung und Schmutzaufnahme untersucht. Der andere Teil wird fünfmal mit der. Lösung
eines Waschmittels (57 g) in 15 Liter Wasser bei 450C in einer

Bei Verwendung einer wäßrigen Bispersion des gemäß Beispiel 5
hergestellten freien Amins (15 g) in einem Gemisch: von 2 g Dime
thyloctadecylamin-acetat, 5g Aceton und 78 g Wasser anstelle
der vorstellend "beschriebenen Behandlungslösung erhält man ebenfalls die gleichen günstigen Eigenschaften bei den behandelten
Geweben. ^
Die Ergebnisse von "Versuchen mit bekannten Textilausrüstungsmitteln
an Geweben aus Polyethylenterephthalat sind in der nachstehenden
Tabelle zusammengestellt.

1 Beispiel 8 ^
In einem 300 ml fassenden Kolben, der mit einem Thermometer,
einem Rückflußkühler und einem Rührwerk ausgerüstet ist, werden 42,6 g (0,1 Mol) der Verbindung
und 18,7 g (1,1 Mol) einer iOprozenti-
gen Lösung von Ammoniak in Äthanol vorgelegt. Das'Gemisch wird

2 Stunden auf 600C erwärmt und gerührt. Danach werden das Äthanol
und das Ammoniak unter vermindertem Druck abdestilliert. Es hinterbleiben
43»0 g eines hellbraunen, etwas viskosen Feststoffs,
der aus Benzol umkristallisiert wird. Es werden 34 g der Verbindung

1 g dieser Verbindung werden in 100 ml Aceton gelöst. Die Lösung
wird gemäß Beispiel 1 an einem Mischgev/ebe aus Polyethylenterephthalat
und Baumwolle auf Wasserabweisung und Ölabweisung untersucht. Das Gewebe zeigt eine Wasser ab Weisung von 50 und
eine Ölabweisung von 5 ο

Gemäß Beispiel 8 werden 52,6 g (0,1 Mol) der Verbindung
CF(CFpCF9).-CH9CHCH9, 46,6 g (0,5 Mol) Anilin und 100 g

Methanol 15 Stunden auf 600C erwärmt und gerührt. Nach dem Aufarbeiten
gemäß Beispiel 8 werden 48 g eines weißen Feststoffs er
halten. Aufgrund des IR-Absorptionsspektrums und der Elementaranalyse
hat das Produkt die Formel

zeigt das Gewebe eine Wasserabweisung von 80 und eine Öläbweisung
von 6.
In einem 300 ml fassenden Kolben, der mit einem Thermometer# einem

Rührwerk und/Bückflußkühler ausgerüstet ist, werden 147 g (0,25
Mol) der Verbindung der Formel

in der(n = 3 - 7; bestehend aus 52 % der Verbindung ή = 3,
25 % der Verbindung η = 4, 14 % der Verbindung η = % 6 % der
E0S88I/1033
Verbindung η = 6 und 3 % der Verbindung η = 7) und 12,6 g (0,1
Mol) Melamin vorgelegt. Das Gemisch wird 13 Stunden auf 100 bis
1100C erhitzt und gerührt. Danach ist das Reaktionsgemisch einheitlich,
und seine Viskosität ist erhöht. Hierauf wird das Reaktionsgemiseh
bei Raumtemperatur stehengelassen. Es .weräeii i*40. g
eines Fluor enthaltenden Polyamine als hellbrauner feststoff erhalten.
1 g dieser Verbindung werden in einem Gemisch von 80 Gewichtsteilen
Trichlortrifluoräthan und 20 Gewichtsteilen Aceton gelösto
Die erhaltene Lösung wird gemäß Beispiel 9 untersucht» Das Gewebe
zeigt eine Wasserabweisung von 90 und eine Ölabweisung von

Claims (3)
1. 2-Hydroxypropyl-perfluoralkyl-'Derivate der allgemeinen
Formel -

In der Rf einen Perfluoralkylresiv einen to -Hydro-perl!luoralkylrest
oder einen CAj-Chlor-perfluoral^lrest mit 4 itis 20 C-Atomen
und R, und Rp ¥asserstoffatome oder cyclische oder acyclische
Alkyl- oder Arylreste mit gegebenenfalls einer oder mehrerer
Aminogruppen, und ihre Salze mit Säuren.
2. Verfahren zur Hersteliung der Verbindungen nach; Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dal? man ein Perfluoralkylpropylenoxid
der allgemeinen Formel II
in der Rf einen Perfluoralkylrest, einen oO-Hydro-perfluoralkylrest
oder einen wJ-Chlor-'perfluöralkylrest mit 4 bis 20 C-Atomen
bedeutet, mit einem Amin der allgenieinen Formel 1ΪΙ
HHEE' ΗΝ-Γ (III)
in der R. und R2 Wasserstoffatome oder cyclische oder acyclische
Alkyl- oder Arylreste mit gegebenenfalls einer oder mehrerei
Aminogruppen bedeuten, kondensiert und gegebenenfalls die erhaltene Verbindung durch Umsetzen mit einer Säure in das Salz
überführt.

Anspruch 1 zum Aiisrüsten von fasrigen anorganischen oder organischen
