Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Radaufhängung derartiger Kraftfahrzeuge, bestehend aus zwei vorderen und zwei hinteren Randantriebsgruppen, -in
Es sind bereits Radaufhängungen bekanntgeworden, bei denen je zwei Räder an einer in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung angeordneten, federnd abgestützten Kurbel gelagert sind, wobei die Kurbeln über Fortsätze an Drehschemeln am Fahrzeugrahmen abgestützt sind. Auch ist es bereits bekannt, derartige an Längskurbeln aufgehängte Räder durch einen längsliegenden Motor auszutreiben.
Die Erfindung hat sich zur Aufgabe gesetzt, eine Radaufhängung für ein Kraftfahrzeug mit kippbarem ">» Behälter zu schaffen, durch deren Anwendung bei Anordnung von vier Radpaaren ein Wenden des Fahrzeugs auf kleinstem Raum möglich ist und eine gleichmäßige Belastung der Räder bei allen Betriebsfällen auch im Glände weitgehend gewährleistet ist. η
Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung dieser Aufgabe bei einer Radaufhängung der genannten Art besteht in der Vereinigung folgender, für sich bekannter Merkmale:
a) Je zwei Räder einer Gruppe sind am einen Ende «> einer in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung verlaufenden, federnd abgestützten, den Antriebsmotor am anderen Ende tragenden Kurbel angeordnet;
b) die Kurbeln der vorderen Radgruppen sind an Fortsätzen von am Fahrzeugrahmen abgestütz- b5 ten Drehschemeln, die Kurbeln der hinteren Radgruppen direkt am Fahrzeugrahmen um eine Querachse schwenkbar gelagert;
c) die Kurbeln sind aus zwei ineinander gelagerter Rohren zueinander verdrehbar zusammengesetzt, deren Mittenachsen die der Radgnippen schneiden.
Ein mit dem Gegenstand der Erfindung ausgerüsteter Muldenkipper erreicht die geforderte verbesserte Geländegängigkeit. Die vorgesehenen acht Antriebsräder übertragen die Antriebs- und Bremskräfte in erhöhtem Maße gleichförmig auf den Boden und sorgen für eine möglichst ausgeglichene Vertikalbelastung der Räder. Das Fahrzeug kann praktisch auf der Stelle wenden.

Die Fi g. 1 bis 3 zeigen das Fahrzeug in drei Ansichten. Dabei ist in Fig. 3 der Übersichtlichkeit halber der Fahrzeugbehälter fortgelassen. In Fig. 4 ist ein Radpaarantrieb ebenfalls schematisch im Schnitt dargestellt. In den Abbildungen ist mit 1 der Behälter bezeichnet. 2 bis 5 sind die paarweise zusammengefaßten, lenkbaren und angetriebenen Vorderräder; 6 bis 9 sind die ebenfalls paarweise eine Antriebseinheit bildenden Hinterräder des Fahrzeugs. 10 ist die beim Lenken nach beiden Seiten mitschwenkende Fahrerkabine, die von Auslegern 122 und 132 getragen wird.
Der Fahrzeugrahmen 11, der in der vorderen Hälfte ansteigend ausgebildet ist, trägt vorn die beiden Drehschemel 12 und 13, an deren gegabelten, die Räder 2-5 umfassenden Fortsätzen 12, und 13, die federnd abgestützten Längskurbeln 14 und 15 mit den Elektromotoren 16 und 1.7 aufgehängt sind. Das hintere Ende des Rahmens 11 nimmt an seinen gegabelten Längsträgerenden 11, und H2 die gleich ausgebildeten, ebenfalls abgefederten Längskurbeln 18 und 19 mit den Elektromotoren 20 und 21 auf. Die Federung ist nicht dargestellt, sie kann beispielsweise als Hydraulik-Kompressions-Federung ausgebildet sein. In der Mitte des Rahmens 11 ist mit Luftzufuhr von schräg oben die Turbine 22 mit dem Generator 23 aufgehängt. Die Abgase strömen b.i 24 gegen den Behälterboden. Der Behälter 1 liegt in seiner vorderen Hälfte auf den Rahmenlängsträgern auf und ist schwenkbar an einem Querrohr 25 gelagert. Zum Leeren wird der Behälter 1 über Hydraulik-Teleskopoder Elektromotor-Spindel-Betätigungen 26 und 27 nach hinten gekippt. Vom Kippunkt ab wirkt die Hydraulik-Teleskop- bzw. Elektromotor-Spindelbetätigung 26, 27 zweckmäßigerweise bremsend.
In Fig. 4 ist eine Rad-Antriebseinheit veranschaulicht; die Räder 2 und 3 sind auf den Achsfortsätzen 43 und 44 gelagert und werden über Vorgelege-Planetengetriebe 4S, 46 durch Antriebswellen 47 und 48 vom Differential 49 aus durch das Kegelpaar 50/51 angetrieben.
Die umlaufenden, geschlossenen Gehäuse der Scheibenbremsen 52 und 53 sind auf den nach außen verlängerten Antriebswellen 47, 48 befestigt. Die zentrale Antriebswelle 54 ist im Kurbelrohr 55 gelagert und verbindet über das Planetengetriebe 56 den Antriebsmotor 57 mit dem Antriebskegelrad 50. Das Kurbelrohr 55 ist in der Federkurbel 58 derart schwenkbar gelagert, daß die Räder 2 und 3 Bodenunebenheiten folgen, also eine Schwenkbewegung durchführen können, wodurch gleichzeitig die Rad-Aufhängungsteile kräftemäßig entlastet werden. Die Federkurbel 58 besitzt zwei Zapfen 59 und 60, mit denen sie schwenkbar in den Fortsätze 61,62 des vorderen Achsschenkels gelagert ist.

Claims (1)

  1. Patentanspruch:
    Radaufhängung für einen Lastkraftwagen mit kippbarem Behälter, bestehend aus zwei vorderen ^ und zwei hinteren Radantriebsgruppen, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination der für sich bekannten Merkmale:
    a) Je zwei Räder (2 bis 9) einer Gruppe sind am einen Ende einer in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung verlaufenden, federnd abgestützten, den Antriebsmotor (16,17, 20, 21) am anderen Ende tragenden Kurbel (14,15,18,19) angeordnet;
    b) die Kurbeln (14,15) der vorderen Radgrup- i"> pen (2 bis 5) sind an Fortsätzen (12,, 13,) von am Fahrzeugrahmen (11) abgestützten Drehschemeln (12,13), die Kurbeln (18,19) der hinteren Radgruppen (6 bis 9) direkt am Fahrzeugrahmen um eine Querachse -'» schwenkbar gelagert;
    c) die Kurbeln sind aus zwei ineinander gelagerten Rohren (55,58) zueinander verdrehbar zusammengesetzt, deren Mittenachsen die der Radgruppen schneiden. ^j
