Description
a) R4 für eine Phenylgruppe steht, NR1R2 für
eine Amino-, Dimethylamino-, Morpholino-, Piperidino- oder 4-Methylpiperazinogruppe
steht und R5 für Wasserstoff oder eine Äthyl-
oder Allylgruppe steht oder
b) R4 für Wasserstoff oder eine Methyl- oder
n-Propylgruppe steht, NR1R2 für eine Anilino-,
ο - Toluidino -, m - Toluidino -, ρ - Bromoanilino-, Acetamido-, 2-Pyridylamino- oder
eine Alkylaminogruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlen-Stoffatomen steht und R5 für Wasserstoff, eine
Methyl-, Äthyl-, η-Butyl- oder Allylgruppe steht oder
c) R4 Tür eine Methyl- oder n-Propylgruppe
steht, NR1R2 für eine Aminogruppe steht und
R5 Tür eine" Methyl-, Äthyl-, η-Butyl- oder Allylgruppe steht.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
man in an sich bekannter Weise eine Verbindung der Formel
worin R6 für Wasserstoff oder ein Alkalimetallatom
steht, mit einem Halogenderivat der Formel

Y-P(OR3),
worin Y für ein Halogenatom steht, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungsmittels umsetzt.
3. Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als Wirkstoff eine Verbindung
nach Anspruch 1 neben üblichen Hilfsstoffen enthält.
Die Erfindung betrifft die in den Ansprüchen bezeichneten Gegenstände.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen zeichnen sich dadurch aus, daß sie sowohl gegenüber Insekten
als auch gegenüber Pilzerkrankungen eine starke Aktivität entfalten. Dies stellt einen beträchtlichen
technischen Fortschritt dar, da man mit einer Verbindung sowohl Insekten- als auch Pilzbefall bekämpfen
kann.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Pyrimidinderivate sind gegen eine große Reihe von Insektenschädlingen sehr
aktiv, wie z. B. gegenüber den folgenden:
Mollusken,
Moskitos,
Moskitolarven (Aedes aegypti),
schwarze Blattläuse (Aphis fabae),
grüne Blattläuse (Macrosiphum pisi),
rote Spinne (Tetranychus telarius),
Baumwollfärberkapside (Dysdercus fasciatus).
Rautenrückenmottenraupe (Plutella
maculipennis),
Senfkäfer (Phaedon cochleariae),
gemeine Hausfliege (Musca domestica) und
Wurzelknollenwürmer (Meloidogyne incognita).
Weiterhin besitzen die erfindungsgemäßen Pyrimidinderivate eine insektizide Wirkung gegen Insekten,
die auf Tieren leben, z. B. Lucilia sericata.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Pyrimidinderivate besitzen auch eine Aktivität gegen eine große Reihe von Pilzerkrankungen,
wie z.B. gegenüber den folgenden:
Puccinia resondita (Rost an Weizen),
Phytophthora infestans (späte Trockenfäule
an Tomaten),
Spaerotheca fulginea (pulvriger Mehltau an
Gurken),
Erysiphe graminis (pulvriger Mehltau an Weizen und Gerste),
Erysiphe graminis (pulvriger Mehltau an Weizen und Gerste),
Podosphaera leucotricha (pulvriger Mehltau
an Äpfeln),
Uncinula necator (pulvriger Mehltau am
Rebstock),
Rebstock),
Plasmopara viticola (flaumiger Mehltau am
Rebstock),
Piricularia cryzae (Brand am Reis),
Venluria inaequalis (Schorf an Äpfeln).
Ein besonders wertvolles Merkmal der Aktivität der oben angegebenen Pyrimidinderivate ist ihre

Besonders wertvolle Pyrimidinderivate sind die mit 2, 3, 7,9, 12, 21, 23, 25, 28 und 29 in der Tabelle oben ,5
bezeichneten Verbindungen.
Bei dem Herstellungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 2 kann das Alkalimetallatom R6 beispielsweise Natrium
oder Kalium sein. Zweckmäßigerweise ist Y ein Chlor- oder Bromatom. jo
Wenn R6 Wasserstoff ist, wird die Ausgangsverbindung
zweckmäßigerweise zunächst in das entsprechende Alkalimetallderivat überführt, beispielsweise
durch Umsetzung mit einer Lösung von Natrium in Äthano'l, oder es wird die Reaktion in Gegenwart
eines säurebindenden Mittels ausgeführt, wie z. B. eines Alkalimetallsalzes einer schwachen Säure,
z. B. einem Alkalimetallcarbonat oder einer tertiären organischen Base.
Die Reaktion wird zweckmäßigerweise in einem inerten Verdünnungsmittel oder Lösungsmittel ausgeführt,
wie z. B. Benzol, Äthylacetat, Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Methylbutylketon, Toluol, Acetonitril
oder Dimethylformamid, und sie kann beispielsweise durch die Anwendung von Wärme und/oder durch
die Verwendung eines Katalysators beschleunigt oder zu Ende geführt werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Pyrimidinderivate kommen in den üblichen Formulierungen zur Anwendung.
Die Konzentrate können 10 bis 85 Gew.-% des
aktiven Bestandteils und vorzugsweise 25 bis 60 Gew.-% des aktiven Bestandteils enthalten. Im allgemeinen
werden jedoch wäßrige Präparate verwendet, die zwischen 0,001 Gew.-% und 1,0 Gew.-% des aktiven
Bestandteils enthalten.

Die Verbindung O,O-DiäthyI-O-(2-amino-5-nbutyl
- 4 - methylpyrimid - 6 - yl) - phosphorothionat (Verbindung Nr. 14, Tabelle I) der Formel
n-C4H9
NH,
wurde wie folgt hergestellt: 2-Amino-5-n-butyl-4-hydroxy - 6 - methylpyrimidin (7,24 g, 0,04 Mol) wurde
zu Natrium (0,92 g, 0,04 Mol) in trockenem Ätharol (40 ml) gegeben. Die Lösung wurde 30 Minuten bei
40°C gehalten, das Lösungsmittel wurde im Vakuum entfernt, und der Rückstand wurde durch azeotrope
Destillation mit Benzol getrocknet.
Zu dem trockenen Rückstand wurde Benzol (110 ml) und nachfolgend Diäthylchlorothiophosphat

(0,04 Mol) gegeben, und das Gemisch wurde über Nacht gerührt und auf Rückfluß gehalten. Das abgekühlte
Gemisch wurde mit eiskalter 5%iger wäßriger Natriumhydroxydlösung geschüttelt, mit Wasser gewaschen,
bis die Waschflüssigkeit alkalifrei war, und über (Na2SO4) getrocknet, worauf das Benzol im
Vakuum abgezogen wurde. Der Rest kristallisierte und wurde aus Petroläther umkristaUisiert, 4,5 g.
Fp. 79 bis 80"C.
Die Verbindung 0,0-Diäthyl-0-(2-n-butylamino-4 - methylpyrimid - 6 - yl) - phosphorothionat (Verbindung
Nr. 3, Tabelle I) der Formel
)-P(OC2H5),

wurde wie folgt hergestellt: Ein Gemisch aus 2-n-Buthylamino - 4 - hydroxy - 6 - methylpyrimidin (5 g,
0,028 Mol) und wasserfreiem Kaliumcarbonat (3,82 g, 0,028 Mol) in trockenem Benzol (75 ml) wurde in
3 Stunden unter azeotroper Entfernung von Wasser gerührt und auf Rückfluß gehalten. Das abgekühlte
Gemisch wurde mit Diäthylchlorothiophosphat (0,028 Mol) versetzt, und das Reaktionsgemisch wurde
über Nacht gerührt und auf Rückfluß gehalten. Das abgekühlte Gemisch wurde mit kalter 5%iger wäßriger
Natriumhydroxydlösung und dann mit Wasser bis zur Alkalifreiheit der Waschflüssigkeiten gewaschen.
Die Benzolschicht wurde über (Na2SO4) getrocknet,
und das Lösungsmittel wurde entfernt, wobei ein viskoses öl zurück blieb, das unter 0,01 Torr
20 Minuten lang auf 50°C erhitzt wurde, wobei das
Produkt als farbloses öl zurückblieb, 4,8 g, n'j 1,5217.
Die folgenden Verbindungen der Tabelle wurden in ähnlicher Weise wie in den Beispielen 1 oder 2
hergestellt.

Die Verbindung O,O - Diäthyl - O - (4 - phenyl-2
- piperidinopyrimid - 6 - yl) - phosphorothiona t (Verbindung Nr. 27 in Tabelle I) der Formel
wurde wie folgt hergestellt: Ein Gemisch aus 4-Hydroxy
- 6 - phenyl - 2 - piperidinopyrimidin (2,55 g, 0,01 Mol), Triäthylamin (1,01 g, 0,01 Mol) und Diäthylchlorothiophosphat
(1,89 g, 0,01 Mol) in trockenem Benzol (50 ml) wurde über Nacht auf Rückfluß
gehalten. Das Gemisch wurde abkühlen gelassen, filtriert, und das Filtrat wurde mit eiskalter 5%iger
Natriumhydroxydlösung und dann mit Wasser bis zur Alkalifreiheit der Waschflüssigkeiten gewaschen,
worauf die Benzolschicht über Na2SO4. getrocknet
wurde. Die Entfernung des Lösungsmittels ergab ein ein viskoses öl, das beim Stehen kristallisierte. Umkristallisation
aus Petroläther (60 bis 800C) ergab das Produkt, Fp. 550C (3,2 g, 78%).

Die Verbindung (Verbindung 26 der Tabelle I) de

wurde wie folgt hergestellt: Ein Gemisch aus 4-Hy droxy - 2 - morpholino - 6 - phenylpyrimidin (5 g
0,019 Mol) und wasserfreies Kaliumcarbonat (2,69 g 0,019 Mol) in trockenem Benzol (60 ml) wurde 2 Stun
den gerührt und unter azeotroper Entfernung vor Wasser auf Rückfluß gehalten. Zu dem kalten Ge
Gemisch wurde Diäthylchlorothiophosphat (3,68 g 0,019 Mol) gegeben, und das Reaktionsgemisch wurd<
16 Stunden gerührt und auf Rückfluß gehalten. Da: kalte Gemisch wurde mit kalter 5%iger wäßrigei
Natriumhydroxydlösung gewaschen, dann mit Wassei gewaschen, bis die Waschflüssigkeiten alkalifrei waren
worauf die Benzolschicht über MgSO4 getrocknel wurde. Entfernung des Lösungsmittels ergab das
Produkt welches aus Petroläther umkristallisierl wurde, 2 g, Fp. 64 bis 660C.
Die folgenden Verbindungen in Tabelle I wurden entsprechend dem im Beispiel 2 verwendeten Verfahren
hergestellt.

wurde wie folgt hergestellt: 2 - Dimethylamino-5 - äthyl - 4 - hydroxy - 6 - phenylpyrimidin (4,87 g,
0,02 Mol) wurde zu einer Lösung von Natrium (0,46 g, 0,02 Mol) in trockenem Äthanol (50 ml) gegeben.
Die Lösung wurde 20 Minuten auf 40° C gehalten, das Lösungsmittel wurde im Vakuum entfernt, und
der Rückstand wurde durch azeotrope Destillation getrocknet. Zu diesem trockenen Rückstand wurde
trockenes Benzol (50 ml) und nachfolgend Diäthylchlorothiophosphat (3,3 mL 0,02 Mol) gegeben, und

gehalten. Das abgekühlte Gemisch wurde mit ikaltcr 5%iger Natriumhydroxydlösung geschiitt,

das Benzol im Vakuum entfernt wurde. Der Rückstand
wurde auf 40 C unter 0,01 Torr 20 Minuten lang erhitzt, um flüchtige Materialien abzutrennen,
wobei das Produkt als blaßgclbes öl zurückblieb.
