Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue substituierte Pyrimidin-bis-£"(thiono)
(thiol) -phosphor (phosphon) -säureesterj, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Insektizide
und Akarizide.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß Bis-/"(thiono) -phosphorsäureester7~
diphenylsulfide bzw. -disulfide, z.B. 0,0,O1, 0'-Tetramethylbzw.
-Tetraäthyl-0,01-thiodi-p-phenylen-thionophosphorsäureester
und 0,0,0', 0'-Tetraäthyl-0,0'-dithio-di-p-phenylenthiono-phosphorsäureester,
und Pyrimidinylthionophosphorsäureester, z.B. O,O-Dimethyl-O-Za-diäthylamino-ö-methyl-pyrimidin
(4)y^-thionophosphorsäureester, insektizide und akarizide
Eigenschaften haben (vgl. Deutsche Auslegeschriften 1 170 401 und 1 197 878 und offengelegte Niederländische Patentanmeldung
6 713 142) .
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen substituierten Pyrimidinbis-/"(thiono)
(thiol) -phosphor (phosphon) -säureester? der Formel

(thiol) -phosphor (phosphon) -säureester/ der Formel (I) erhalten werden, wenn man (Thiono)(Thiol)Phosphor-(phosphon)-saureesterhalogenide

gegebenenfalls in Form der entsprechenden Di-alkali-, Dierdalkali-
bzw. Di-ammoniumsalze oder gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von Säureakzeptoren und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart
eines Lösungsmittels umsetzt.
Überraschenderweise zeigen die erfindungsgemäßen substituierten Pyrimidin-bis- Uthiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureeste£]
eine bessere insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als die entspredi^enden
vorbekannten Verbindungen ähnlicher Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die Produkte gemäß vorliegender
Erfindung stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verwendet man beispielsweise Ο,Ο-Diäthyl-thionophosphorsäurediesterchlorid
und 5-Chlor-2-diäthylamino-4,6~dihydroxypyrimidin als Ausgangsmaterialien, so kann der Reaktionsverlauf
durch das folgende Formelschema wiedergegeben werden:

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln (II) und (III) allgemein definiert. Vorzugsweise stehen darin jedoch
R für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen,
R für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl bzw. Alkoxy oder
Alkylthio mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen je Alkylkette,
R2 und
R-5 für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen
je Alkylrest oder gemeinsam für eine Alkylengruppe mit 3 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, die durch
ein Sauerstoffatom unterbrochen sein kann,
R für Wasserstoff, Chlor, Brom oder geradkettiges oder verzweigtes
Alkyl mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen und

bekannt und können nach allgemein üblichen Verfahren hergestellt werden. Als Beispiele dafür seien im einzelnen genannt:

Die größtenteils bekannten 4,6-Dihydroxypyrimidinderivate (III)
(vergleiche Deutsche Offenlegungsschrift 2.413.597) können nach
allgemein üblichen Verfahren hergestellt werden, indem man beispielsweise Guanidinderivate mit Malonsäureester in Gegenwart
von Basen, wie Alkalialkoholaten, nach folgendem Formelschema umsetzt:

Als Beispiele für die verfahrensgemäß einzusetzenden 4,6-Dihydroxypyrimidinderivate

Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungsoder Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als solche kommen praktisch
alle inerten organischen Solventien Infrage. Hierzu gehören

insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls
chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol,
Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Chlorbenzol, oder Äther, z.B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile, wie Aceto- und Propionitril.
chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol,
Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Chlorbenzol, oder Äther, z.B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile, wie Aceto- und Propionitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung
finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate
und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, Natrium- und Kaliummethylat bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin, Trimethylamin, Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin. und Pyridin.
und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, Natrium- und Kaliummethylat bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin, Trimethylamin, Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin. und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereichs variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 2o und
12o°C, vorzugsweise bei 4o bis 600C.

Die Umsetzung läßt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man vorzugsweise auf ein Mol 4,6-Dihydroxypyrimidinderivat (Hl) zwei Mol (Thiono)(Thiol)-Phosphor(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenid
(II) ein. Man legt vorzugsweise das 4,6-Dihydroxypyrimidinderivat (III) in einem der
angegebenen Lösungsmittel gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines
Säureakzeptors vor und tropft die Phosphorkomponente zu. Nach ein- bis mehrstündigem Rühren meist bei erhöhter Temperatur
gießt man die Reaktionsmischung in ein organisches Lösungsmittel, z.B. Toluol, und arbeitet wie üblich auf, z.B. durch Abtrennen der organischen Phase, Waschen und Trocknen derselben und Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels.
Säureakzeptors vor und tropft die Phosphorkomponente zu. Nach ein- bis mehrstündigem Rühren meist bei erhöhter Temperatur
gießt man die Reaktionsmischung in ein organisches Lösungsmittel, z.B. Toluol, und arbeitet wie üblich auf, z.B. durch Abtrennen der organischen Phase, Waschen und Trocknen derselben und Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels.

Die neuen Verbindungen fallen meist in Form von ölen an, die
sich zum Teil nicht unzersetztdestillieren lassen, jedoch
durch sogenanntes "Andestillieren", d.h. durch längeres Erhitzen
unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt
werden. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient der Brechungsindex. Manche Verbindungen fallen in kristalliner Form an und
werden durch ihren Schmelzpunkt charakterisiert.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen substituierten Pyrimidin-bis- βthiono)(thiol)phosphor-(phosphon)-säureester]
durch eine hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit aus. Sie wirken gegen Pflanzen-,
Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge. Sie besitzen bei geringer Phytotoxizität sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als
auch fressende Insekten und Milben.
Aus diesem Grunde können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz sowie auf dem Hygiene- und Vorratsschutzsektor
als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel eingesetzt werden.
Die Wirkstoffe eignen sich bei guter Pflanzenverträglichkeit
und günstiger Warmblütertoxizität zur Bekämpfung von tierischen
Schädlingen, insbesondere Insekten, Spinnentieren die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, im Vorrats- und Materialschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor vorkonunen. Sie sind gegen
normal sensible und resistente Arten sowie gegen alle oder einzelne Entwicklungsstadien wirksam. Zu den oben erwähnten
Schädlingen gehören:

Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe erfolgt in
Form ihrer handelsüblichen Formulierungen und/oder den aus diesen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formulierungen
bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten Bereichen variieren. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration der Anwendungsformen kann von
0,0000001 bis zu 100 Gew.-96 Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen
0,01 und 10 Gew.-96 liegen.
Die Anwendung geschieht in einer den Anwendungsformen angepaßten üblichen Weise.
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge
zeichnen sich die Wirkstoffe durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung auf Holz und Ton sowie durch eine gute Alkalistabilität
auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

Die Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Spritzpulver, Suspensionen,
Pulver, Stäubsssittel, Schäume, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Granulate, Aerosole, Suspensions-Emulsionskonzentrate, Saatgutpucer
, Wirkstoff-imprägnierte Natur- und synthetische Stoffe, Feinstverkapselungen in polymeren Stoffen und in Hüllmassen für
Saatgut, ferner in Formulierungen mit Brennsätzen, wie Räucherpatronen, -dosen, -spiralen u.a. sowie ULV-KaIt- und Warmnebel-Formulierungen.
Diese Formulierungen werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.3. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also
flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung
von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln.
Ia Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet
werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage:
Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, oder Alkylnaphthaline, ChXorierte
Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder Methylenchlorid,
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z.B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol
sowie deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methylethylketon, Kethylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark
polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid,
sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Strecknittein oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint,
welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gas.-förmig
sind, z.B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwas-

serstoffe sowie Butan, Propan, Stickstoff und Kohlendioxid;
als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit,
Montmorillonit oder Diatomeenerde und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und
Silikate; als feste Trägerstoffe für Granulate: gebrochene und fraktionierte natürliche Gesteine wie
CaIcIt9 Marmor, Bims, Sepiolith, Dolomit sowie synthetische
Granulate aus anorganischen und organischen Mehlen sowie Granulate aus organischem Material wie Sägemehle, Kokosnußschalen,
Maiskolben und Tabakstengel; als Emulgier- und/oder schaumerzeugende Mittel: nichtionogene und anionische
Emulgatoren, wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z.B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-äther,
Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate, Arylsulfonate sowie Eiweißhydrolysate;
als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Es können in den Formulierungen Haftmittel wie Carboxymethylcellulose,
natürliche und synthetische pulverige, körnige oder latexförmige Polymere verwendet werden, wie Gummiarabicum,
Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylacetat,
Es können Farbstoffe wie anorganische Pigmente, z.B. Eisenoxid, Titanoxid, Ferrocyanblau und organische Farbstoffe,
wie Alizarin-, Azo-Metallphthalocyaninfarbstoffe und
Spurennährstoffe wie Salze von Eisen, Mangan, Bor, Kupfer, Kobalt, Molybdän und Zink verwendet werden.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen
0,5 und 90 %.

Emulgator : 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolather
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung
vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und
verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Kohlpflanzen (Brassica
oleracea), welche stark von der Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus
persicae) befallen sind, tropfnaß besprüht.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 #, daß alle Blattläuse abgetötet
wurden; 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Blattläuse abgetötet wurden.

Testtiere: Musca domestica Lösungsmittel: Aceton
2 Gewichtsteile Wirkstoff werden in 1 000 Volumenteilen Lösungsmittel
aufgenommen. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird mit weiterem Lösungsmittel auf die gewünschten geringeren Konzentrationen
verdünnt.
2,5 ml Wirkst off lösung werden in eine Petrischale pipettiert.
Auf dem Boden der Petrischale befindet sich ein Filterpapier mit einem Durchmesser von etwa 9,5 cm. Die Petrischale bleibt
so lange offen stehen, bis das Lösungsmittel vollständig verdunstet ist. Je nach Konzentration der Wirkstofflösung ist
die Menge Wirkstoff pro m Filterpapier verschieden hoch. Anschließend
gibt man etwa 25 Testtiere in die Petrischale und bedeckt sie mit einem Glasdeckel.
Der Zustand der Testtiere wird laufend kontrolliert. Es wird
diejenige Zeit ermittelt, welche für eine 100 #ige Abtötung notwendig ist.
Testtiere, Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkonzentrationen und Zeiten, bei denen eine 100 #ige Abtötung vorliegt, gehen aus der nachfolgenden
Tabelle C hervor:

Ein Gemisch aus 15,5 g (o,l Mol) 2-Dimethylamino-4,6-dihydroxypyrimidin,
34,5 g (o,25 Mol) Kaliumcarbonat, 2oo ml Acetonitril und 37,7 g (o,2 Mol) 0,0-Diäthylthionophosphorsäurediesterchlorid
wird 15 Stunden bei 45 bis 5o°C gerührt. Dann fügt man 4oo ml Toluol zum Reaktionsgemisch und wäscht es zweimal mit
je 3oo ml Wasser. Die organische Phase wird über Natriumsulfat getrocknet ,dann entfernt man das Lösungsmittel unter vermindertem Druck
und destilliert den Rückstand an. 1 Man erhält 35 g (76 % der Theorie) 0,0,0',0'-Tetraäthyl-0,0·-[2-dimethylamino-pyrimidin-(4,6)-diyll-bis-thionophosphorsäureester
in Form eines braunen Öles mit dem Brechungsindex n^ : I,52o6.

Die als Ausgangsmaterialien Verwendung findenden 4,6-Dihydroxypyrimidinderivate
(ill) können z.B. wie im folgenden beschrieben hergestellt werden:
MAT 3349
Zu einer Lösung von 162 g (3 Mol) Natriummethylat in 1 1 Methanol
gibt man bei O bis 5°c 136 g (0,5 Mol) N,N-Dimethylguanidinsulfat.
Dann läßt man ohne Kühlung I6o g (1 Mol) Malonsäurediäthylester zufließen und rührt das Gemisch 24 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur.
Anschließend wird das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum abdestilliert und der Rückstand in Wasser gelöst. Die Lösung wird durch Zugabe
von Eisessig auf ca. pH 5 gebracht; dann kühlt man sie auf 0-50C
und saugt das ausgefallene Produkt ab. Man erhält so 75 g (48 % der Theorie) 2-Dimethylamino-4,6-dihydroxypyrimidin in
Form eines farblosen Pulvers mit dem Schmelzpunkt > 3oo°C.

- Patentansprüche( 1.^Substituierte Pyrimidin-bis-^7thiono)(thiol)-phosphor-(phosphon)-säureester/ der Formel(DΪ ORin welcherR für Alkyl,R1 für Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio,2 ~i
R und R für gleiche oder verschiedene Alkylreste stehenoder gemeinsam mit dem Stickstoffatom einen gegebenenfalls durch weitere Heteroatome unterbrochenen heterocyclischen Ring bilden, 4

- 4. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 auf die genannten Schädlinge bzw. deren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
- 5. Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.
