Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Trifluormethylsulfonylphenylthiono(thiol^phosphorsäureester
bzw. -esteramide, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Insektizide
und Akarizide.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß Trifluormethylthio- bzw. Alkylthiophenyl(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester,
z.B. O-Äthyl- 0-(2-methyI-U- trifluormethylthiophenyl)-thionoäthanphosphonsäureester,
0,O-Dimethyl-0-(3-me*hyl-4-methylthio-phenyl)-
thiono- bzw. 0,0-Diätnyl-0-(A-trifluormethylthio-phenyl)-phosphorsäureester,
insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften haben (vergleiche Deutsche Auslegeschriften 1 153 747 und
1 116 656).
Es wurden nun die neuen Trifluormethylsulfonylphenylthiono-(thiol)-phosphorsäureester
bzw. -esteramide der Formel

Diese neuen Verbindungen zeichnen sich durch starke insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften aus.

Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungsoder Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als solche kommen praktisch
alle inerten organischen Solventien infrage. Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls
chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Chlorbenzol, oder Äther, z.B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton, Methyläthyl-,
Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile, wie Aceto- und Propionitril.

Triraethylamin, Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereichs
variiert v/erden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und loo°C, vorzugsweise bei 15 bis 7 ο C.
Die Umsetzung läßt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen.

Vorte. e. Die Reaktionskomponenten werden meist in einem
der oben angeführten Lösungsmittel in Gegenwart eines Säureakzeptors
zusammengegeben und meist bei erhöhter Temperatur zur Vervollständigung der Reaktion eine oder mehrere Stunden
gerührt Danach kühlt man das Reaktionsgemisch ab, gießt es in V/asser und schüttelt mit einem organischen Lösungsmittel,

sogenanntes "Andestillieren", d.h. durch längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von
den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient der Brechungsindex.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen TrifluormethylsulfonylphenylthionoCthiolJ-phosphor-

säureester bzw. -esteramide durch eine hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit aus. Sie wirken gegen Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge und auf dem veterinärmedizinischen Sektor. Sie besitzen bei geringer Phytotoxizität
sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben.
Aus diesem Grunde können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz sowie auf dem Hygiene-, Vorratsschutz- und Veterinärsektor als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel
eingesetzt werden.
Die Wirkstoffe eignen sich bei guter Pflanzenverträglichkeit
und günstiger Warmblütertoxizität zur Bekämpfung von tierischen
Schädlingen, insbesondere Insekten und Spinnentieren, die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, Im Vorrats- und Materialachutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor vorkommen. Sie sind gegen
normal sensible und resistente Arten sowie gegen alle oder einzelne Entwicklungsstadien wirksam. Zu den oben erwähnten

Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemaiien Wirkstoffe erfolgt in
Form ihrer handelsüblichen Formulierungen und/oder den aus
diesen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten Bereichen variieren.
Die Wlrks tof fkonzentra tion der Anwenciungsf ormen kann von 0,0000001 bis zu 100 Gew.-% Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen

Herstellungsbeispiele
In eine Anschlämmung aus 23 g (o,l Mol) 4-Trifluormethylsulfonyl-phenol
und 15 g Pottasche in 2oo ml Acetonitril gießt man 19 g (o,l Mol) 0,0-Diätnylthionophosphorsäurediesterchlorid.
Man rührt anschließend 3 Stunden bei 60 C nach, kühlt die Reaktionsmischung ab und gießt sie in Wasser, nimmt
in Toluol auf und trennt die Phasen. Die organische Phase wird mit Wasser gewaschen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet,
das Toluol im Vakuum abgezogen und der Rückstand andestilliert. Man erhält so 34 g (9o % der Theorie) an O,O-Diäthyl-0-(4-trifluormethyl
sulf onyl-phenyl)-thionophosphor säureester
mit dem Brechungsindex nD°: l,49oo.
Analog Beispiel 1 können die folgenden Verbindungen der Formel

Claims (8)
1. Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel
worin
R und R für gleiches oder verschiedenes Alkyl,
R für Wasserstoff, Halogen, Alkyl oder Nitro,
η für eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4 und
X für Sauerstoff, Schwefel oder die NR -Gruppe, worin R für Wasserstoff oder Alkyl steht,
stehen.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen
Formel (I), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Thiono(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester- bzw.
-esteramidhalogenide der Formel

3. Insektizide: und akarizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch
einen Gehalt an mindestens einer Verbindung gemäß Anspruch I.
4. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Spinnentieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch
1 auf Insekten oder Spinnentiere oder auf deren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
5. Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Be kämpfung von Insekten und Spinnentieren.
6. Verfahren zur Herstellung von insektiziJen und akariziden
Mitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Streckmitteln und/oder oberflächenaktiven
Mitteln vermischt.
