Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue carbamoyloxysubstituierte Pyrimidinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. -esteramide, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Insektizide und Akarizide.
Es ist bereits bekannt geworden, dass Pyrimidinylmono-bzw. -dithiophosphorsäureester, z.B. 0,0-Dimethyl-0-[2-äthyl-4-äthoxy-pyrimidin(6)yl]- bzw. 0,0-Diäthyl-0-[2-iso-propyl-4-methyl-pyrimidin(6)yl]-thionophosphorsäureester und 0-Äthyl-S-n-propyl-0-[2-iso-propyl-4-methyl-pyri-midin(6)yl]-thiono-thiolphosphorsäureester insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften haben (vergleiche US-Patentin welcher
R2, R3, R4 und R5 die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säureakzeptors und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels, umsetzt.

Überraschenderweise zeigen die erfindungsgemässen car-bamoyloxysubstituierten Pyrimidinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phos-phor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. -esteramide eine erheblich bessere insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als die entspre-60 chenden Pyrimidinyl-mono- bzw. -dithiophosphorsäureester analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die Produkte vorliegender Erfindung stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verwendet man beispielsweise O-Äthyl-thionophenylphos-65 phonsäureesterchlorid und N,N-Diäthyl-0-[2-iso-propyl-4-hydroxypyrimidin(6)yl]-carbamidsäureester als Ausgangsmaterialien, so kann der Reaktionsablauf durch das folgende Reaktionsschema wiedergegeben werden:

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln (IV) bis (V) allgemein definiert. Vorzugsweise stehen darin jedoch

Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als solche kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien in Frage. Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, oder Äther, z.B. Diäthyl- und Dibutylä-ther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, ausserdem Nitrile, wie Aceto- und Propionitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate und- -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kali-umcarbonat, Natrium- und Kaliummethylatbzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin, Trimethylamin, Dimethylan-ilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann beim erfindungsgemässen Verfahren innerhalb eines grösseren Bereichs variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und 120°C, vorzugsweise bei 35 bis 60°C.
Die Umsetzung lässt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangskomponente vorzugsweise im äquimolaren Verhältnis ein. Ein Überschuss der einen oder anderen Reaktionskomponente bringt keine wesentlichen Vorteile. Die Reaktionskomponenten werden im allgemeinen in einem der oben angegebenen Lösungsmittel zusammengegeben und meist bei erhöhter Temperatur mehrere Stunden gerührt.
Danach gibt man vorzugsweise ein organisches Lösungsmittel zur Reaktionsmischung, z.B. Toluol, und arbeitet die organische Phase wie üblich durch Waschen, Trocknen und Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels auf.
Die neuen Verbindungen fallen in Form von Ölen an, die sich zum Teil nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes «Andestillieren», d.h. durch längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mässig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient der Brechungsindex.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemässen carbamoyloxysubstituierten Pyrimi-dinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. -esteramide durch eine hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit aus. Sie wirken nicht nur gegen Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge, sondern auch auf dem Veterinär-medizinischen Sektor gegen tierische Parasiten (Ekto-parasiten). Sie besitzen bei geringer Phytotoxizität sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben.
Aus diesem Grunde können die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz sowie auf dem Hygiene-, Vorratsschutz- und Veterinärsektor als Schädli-gungsbekämpfungsmittel eingesetzt werden.
Die Wirkstoffe eignen sich bei guter Pflanzenverträglichkeit und günstiger Warmblütertoxizität zur Bekämpfung von tierischen Schädlingen, insbesondere Insekten und Spinnentieren, die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, im Vorrats- und Materialschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor vorkommen. Sie sind gegen normal sensible und resistente Arten sowie gegen alle oder einzelne Entwicklungsstadien wirksam. Zu den oben erwähnten Schädlingen gehören:

Die Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Spritzpulver, Suspensionen, Pulver, Stäubemittel, Schäume, 10 Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Granulate, Aerosole, Suspensions-Emulsionskonzentrate, Saatgutpuder, Wirkstoff-impräg-nierte Natur- und synthetische Stoffe, Feinstverkapselungen in polymeren Stoffen und in Hüllmassen für Saatgut, ferner in Formulierungen mit Brennsätzen, wie Räucherpatronen, 15 -dosen, -spiralen u.ä. sowie ULV-Kalt- und Warmnebel-Formulierungen.
Diese Formulierungen werden in der Regel in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter Druck 20 stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln. Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B. auch 25 organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen in Frage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, oder Alkylnaphtha-line, chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder 30 Methylenchlorid, aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z.B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol sowie deren Äther und Ester,
Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimet-35 hylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint, welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z.B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe sowie Butan, 40 Propan, Stickstoff und Kohlendioxid; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgift, Montmorillonit oder Diatomeenerde und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate; als feste Trägerstoffe 45 für Granulate: gebrochene und fraktionierte natürliche Gesteine wie Caicit, Marmor, Bims, Sepiolith, Dolomit sowie synthetische Granulate aus anorganischen und organischen Mehlen sowie Granulate aus organischem Material wie Sägemehle, Kokosnusschalen, Maiskolben und Tabakstengel; als so Emulgier- und/oder schaumerzeugende Mittel: nichtiono-gene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fett-säure-Ester, Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther, z.B. Alky-laryl-polyglykol-äther, Älkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate, Arylsul-fonate sowie Eiweiss-hydrolysate; als Dispergiermittel: z.B. 55 Lignin-Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Es können in den Formulierungen Haftmittel wie Carbo-xymethylcellulose, natürliche und synthetische pulverige, körnige oder latexförmige Polymere verwendet werden, wie Gummiarabicum, Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylacetat.
60 Es können Farbstoffe wie anorganische Pigmente, z.B. Eisenoxid, Titanoxid, Ferrocyanblau und organische Farbstoffe, wie Alizarin-, Azo-Metallphthalocyaninfarbstoffe und Spurennährstoffe wie Salze von Eisen, Mangan, Bor, Kupfer, Kobalt, Molybdän und Zink verwendet werden.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90%.

Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemässen Wirkstoffe erfolgt vorzugsweise in Form ihrer handelsüblichen Formulierungen und/oder den aus diesen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten Bereichen variieren. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration der Anwendungsformen kann von 0,0000001 bis zu 100 Gew.-% Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,01 und 10 Gew.-% liegen.
Die Anwendung geschieht in einer den Anwendungsformen angepassten üblichen Weise.
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge zeichnen sich die Wirkstoffe durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung auf Holz und Ton sowie durch eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekälkten Unterlagen aus.
Beispiel A
Plutella-Test
Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykoläther
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung besprüht man Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) taufeucht und besetzt sie mit Raupen der Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis).
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100%, dass alle Raupen abgetötet wurden; 0% bedeutet, dass keine Raupen abgetötet wurden.
Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkonzentrationen, Auswertungszeiten und Resultate gehen aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle A hervor:

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus vulgaris), die stark von allen Entwicklungsstadien der gemeinen Spinnmilbe oder Bohnenspinnmilbe (Tetra-nychus urticae) befallen sind, tropfnass besprüht.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100%, dass alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden; 0% bedeutet, dass keine Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden.

Man erhält so 20,2 g (56% der Theorie) 0-Äthyl-0-[2-isopropyl-5-dimethylcarbamoyloxypyrimidin- (4)yl]-thiono-äthanphosphonsäureester in Form eines gelben Öles mit dem Brechungsindex n,": 1,5186.

Verfahren I
Ein Gemisch aus 44,8 g (0,29 Mol) 2-Isopropyl-4,6-dihy-droxypyrimidin, 30,3 g (0,3 Mol) Triäthylamin und 400 ml Methylenchlorid wird bei 0-5°C mit 24 g (0,24 Mol) Phosgen versetzt. Man rührt eine Stunde unter Kühlung nach und leitet dann bei 0-5°C bis zur stark alkalischen Reaktion Dimethylamin ein. Anschliessend wird 18 Stunden bei
Raumtemperatur gerührt, dann destilliert man das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum ab. Den Rückstand verreibt man mit Wasser und saugt das ausgefallene Produkt ab. Man erhält so 24,7 g (46% der Theorie) N,N-Dimethyl-0-[2-isopropyl-4-s hydroxy-pyrimidin(6)yl]-carbamid-säureester in Form farbloser Kristalle mit dem Schmelzpunkt 164°C.
Verfahren II
Zu einer siedenden Mischung aus 308 g (2 Mol) 2-Iso-lo propyl-4,6-dihydroxypyrimidin, 303 g (3 Mol) Triäthylamin und 1,5 1 Äthylenchlorid tropft man 258 g (2,4 Mol) N,N-Dimethylcarbamidsäurechlorid und kocht dann das Reaktionsgemisch 18 Stunden unter Rückfluss nach. Dann wird auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt, vom Triäthylammoni-15 umchlorid abgesaugt und mit ca. 11 Äthylenchlorid nachgewaschen. Das Filtrat schüttelt man 2 mal mit je 300 ml Wasser, trocknet die organische Phase über Natriumsulfat und destilliert das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum ab. Zurück bleiben 220 g (49% der Theorie) N,N-Dimethyl-0-[2-iso-20 propyl-4-hydroxy-pyrimidin(6)yl]-carbamidsäureester.

- 633807PATENTANSPRÜCHE !. Carbamoyloxysubstituierte Pyrimidinyl(thionor-thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. -esteramide der Formel IÏ ^ORSchriften 2 754 243 und 3 862188 und deutsche Offenlegungsschrift 2 3 60 877).Es wurden neue carbamoyloxysubstituierte Pyrimi-dinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. s -esteramide der Formel (I)*1 P"p^r1yvN(I)^n-co-o^n^r2 JC10R-.VRN-CO-O" / 0-p(OR R1(I)in welcher R für Alkyl,R1 für Alkoxy, Alkylthio, Alkylamino, Alkyl oder Phenyl, R2 für Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Alkoxy, Alkylthio, Alkylamino oder Phenyl,R3 und R4 für gleiches oder verschiedenes Alkyl,R5 für Wasserstoff, Alkyl oder Halogen und X für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel stehen.
- 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von carbamoyloxysubstitu-ierten Pyrimidinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säu-reestern bzw. -esteramiden der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man (Thiono)(Thiol)Phos-phor(phosphon)-säureester- bzw. -esteramidhalogenide der Formel (IV)XHal'-PII /OR(IV)gefunden,in welcher R für Alkyl,R1 für Alkoxy, Alkylthio, Alkylamino, Alkyl oder Phenyl, io R2 für Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Alkoxy, Alkylthio, Alkylamino oder Phenyl,R3 und R4 für gleiches oder verschiedenes Alkyl,R5 für Wasserstoff, Alkyl oder Halogen und X für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel stehen.25 Diese neuen Verbindungen zeichnen sich durch starke insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften aus.Weiterhin wurde gefunden, dass die carbamoyloxysubsti-tuierten Pyrimidinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureesterbzw. -esteramide der Formel (I) erhalten werden, 30 wenn man (Thiono)(Thiol)Phosphor(phosphon)-säureester-bzw. -esteramidhalogenide der Formel (IV)in welcherR, R' und X die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben und Hai1 für Halogen steht, mit N,N-Dialkylcarbamidsäu-reestern der Formel (V)3s Hal'-KXII y°R\R1(IV)\n-co-(v)in welcherR, R1 und X die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben und 40 Hai1 für Halogen, vorzugsweise Chlor, steht,mit N,N-Dialkylcarbamidsäureestern der Formel (V)45in welcherR2, R3, R4und R5 die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben,umsetzt.
- 3. Verwendung von Verbindungen der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1, zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Spinnentieren.R-N-CO-O(V)50
