15 Überraschenderweise zeigen die erfindungsgemäss herstellbaren neuen Pyrazolopyrimidinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phos-phor(phosphon)-säureester beispielsweise eine erheblich höhere insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als die vorbekannten Pyrazolopyrimidinylthionophosphorsäureester ana-. ^ 20 loger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die erfin-\ II ! dungsgemäss herstellbaren neuen Stoffe stellen somit im allgemeinen eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verwendet man O-Äthylthionophenylphosphonsäure-esterchlorid und 5-Carb-iso-propoxy-2-hydroxi-7-methyl-25 pyrazolo(l,5-a)-pyrimidin als Ausgangsstoffe, so kann der Reaktionsablauf durch das folgende Formelschema wiedergegeben werden:

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln (II) und (III) eindeutig allgemein definiert. Vorzugsweise stehen darin jedoch R, R2 und R3 für gleiches oder verschiedenes, geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 7, insbesondere 1 bis 5, Kohlenstoffatomen,
R1 für Wasserstoff, Methyl oder Äthyl,

Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der neuen Verbindungen wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungsund Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als solche kommen üblicherweise praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien inFrage. Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, oder Äther, z. B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methyli-sobutylketon, ausserdem Nitrile, wie Aceto- und Propionitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kalium-carbonat, -methylat bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthyl-amin, Trimethylamin, Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines grösseren Bereichs variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und 100°C, vorzugsweise bei 10 bis 40°C.
Die Umsetzung lässt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangsstoffe meist in äquivalentem Verhältnis ein. Ein Überschuss der einen oder anderen Reaktionskomponente bringt in der Regel keine wesentlichen Vorteile. Die Reaktionspartner werden vorzugsweise in einem der oben angeführten Lösungsmittel vereinigt und zur Vervollständigung der Reaktion bei Raumtemperatur eine oder mehrere Stunden gerührt. Danach giesst man normalerweise den Ansatz in Eiswasser und schüttelt ihn mit einem organischen Lösungsmittel, z. B. Toluol, aus. Die organische Phase wird dann normalerweise wie üblich durch Waschen, Trocknen und Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels aufgearbeitet.
Die neuen Verbindungen fallen meist in Form von Ölen an, die sich oft nicht unzersetzt destillieren lasen, jedoch durch sogenanntes «Andestillieren», d. h. durch längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mässig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient beispielsweise der Brechungsindex. Einige der Verbindungen fallen in kristalliner Form an und werden beispielsweise durch ihren Schmelzpunkt charakterisiert.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfin-dungsgemäss herstellbaren neuen Pyrazolopyrimi-dinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester beispielsweise durch eine hervorragende insektizide und akari-zide Wirksamkeit aus. Sie wirken normalerweise nicht nur gegen Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge, sondern auch auf dem veterinär-medizinischen Sektor gegen tierische Parasiten (Ektoparasiten).
Sie besitzen bei geringer Phytotoxizität normalerweise sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben.
Aus diesem Grunde können die erfindungsgemässen herstellbaren neuen Verbindungen mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz sowie auf dem Hygiene-, Vorratsschutz- und Veterinärsektor als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel eingesetzt werden.
Die Wirkstoffe eignen sich bei guter Pflanzenverträglichkeit und günstiger Warmblütertoxizität gewöhnlich zur Bekämpfung von tierischen Schädlingen, insbesondere Insekten, und Spinnentieren, die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, im Vorrats- und Materialschutz sowie auf dem

Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemäss herstellbaren neuen Wirkstoffe erfolgt im allgemeinen in Form ihrer handelsüblichen Formulierungen und/oder den aus diesen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten Bereichen variieren. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration der Anwendungsformen kann von 0,0000001 bis zu 100 Gew.-% Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,01 und 10 Gew.-% liegen.
Die Anwendung geschieht im allgemeinen in einer den Anwendungsformen angepassten üblichen Weise.
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge zeichnen sich die Wirkstoffe beispielsweise durch eine hervorragende Residual Wirkung auf Holz und Ton sowie durch eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekälkten Unterlagen aus.
Die Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Spritzpulver, Suspensionen, Pulver, Stäubemittel, Schäume,
Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Granulate, Aerosole, Suspensions-Emulsionskonzentrate, Saatgutpuder, Wirkstoff-imprä-gnierte Natur- und synthetische Stoffe, Feinstverkapselungen in polymeren Stoffen und in Hüllmassen für Saatgut, ferner in Formulierungen mit Brennsätzen, wie Räucherpatronen, -dosen, -spiralen u.ä. sowie ULV-Kalt- und Warmnebel-Formulierungen.
. Diese Formulierungen werden im allgemeinen in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z. B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln. Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z. B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen in Frage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, oder Alkylnaphthaline, chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthy-lene oder Methylenchlorid, aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z. B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol sowie deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dime-thylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint, welche bei normaler Tempe5

B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-äther, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate, Arylsulfo-nate sowie Eiweisshydrolysate; als Dispergiermittel: z. B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Es können in den Formulierungen Haftmittel wie Carbo-xymethylcellulose, natürliche und synthetische pulverige, körnige oder latexförmige Polymere verwendet werden, wie Gummiarabicum, Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylacetat.
Es können Farbstoffe wie anorganische Pigmente, z. B. Eisenoxid, Titanoxid, Ferrocyanblau und organische Farbstoffe, wie Alizarin-, Azo-Metallphthalocyaninfarbstoffe und Spurennährstoffe wie Salze von Eisen, Mangan, Bor,
Kupfer, Kobalt, Molybdän und Zink verwendet werden.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 uns 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90%.

Beispiel A
Drosophila-Test
Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton io Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykoläther
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäsigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emul-15 gator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
1 cm3 der Wirkstoffzubereitung wird auf eine Filterpapierscheibe mit 7 cm Durchmesser aufpipettiert. Man legt diese nass auf die Öffnung eines Glasgefässes, in dem sich 50 Tau-20 fliegen (Drosophila melanogaster) befinden und bedeckt sie mit einer Glasplatte.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten bestimmt man die Abtötung in %. Dabei bedeutet 100%, dass alle Fliegen abgetötet wurden; 0% bedeutet, dass keine Fliegen abgetötet wurden. 25 Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkonzentrationen, Auswertungszeiten und Resultate gehen aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle 1 hervor:

Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 10%, dass alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden; 0% bedeutet, dass keine Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzuberei- 65 tung vermischt man 30 Gewichtsteile der betreffenden aktiven Substanz mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das den oben genannten Anteil Emulgator enthält und verdünnt das so erhaltene Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Etwa 20 Fliegenlarven (Lucilia cuprina) werden in ein Teströhrchen gebracht, welches ca. 2 cm3 Pferdemuskulatur enthält. Auf dieses Pferdefleisch werden 0,5 ml der Wirkstoffzubereitung gebracht. Nach 24 Stdn. wird der Abtötungsgrad in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeuten 100%, dass alle, und 0%, dass keine Larven abgetötet worden sind.
Untersuchte Wirkstoffe, angewandte Wirkstoffkonzentrationen und erhaltene Ergebnise sind aus der folgenden Tabelle 3 ersichtlich.

Alkylthio mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Phenyl undX für Schwefel stehen,herstellt.

Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man neue Verbindungen der Formel I(I),10in welcherR3, R4 und X die weiter oben angegebene Bedeutung haben und 30Hai für Halogen steht,mit 2-Hydroxipyrazolopyrimidinen der Formel IIIOH(III), 35in welcherR, R2 für gleiches oder verschiedenes, geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen,R1 für Wasserstoff, Methyl oder Äthyl,ls R4 für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkoxy bzw. Alkylthio mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Phenyl undX für Schwefel stehen, herstellt.
- 4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umsetzung in Anwesenheit von Säureakzeptoren oder in Form der entsprechenden Alkali-, Erdalkali- bzw. Ammoniumsalze und in Anwesenheit von Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln erfolgt.
- 5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Verbindungen der Formel II der Substituent Hai für Chlor steht.
- 6. Verwendung von neuen Pyrazolopyrimidinyl(thiono)-(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureestern der Formel I2025(I)40 in welcherR, R2 und R3 für gleiches oder verschiedenes Alkyl, R1 für Wasserstoff oder Alkyl,R4 für Alkoxy, Alkylthio, Alkyl oder Phenyl und X für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel stehen,4s als wenigstens eine Wirkstoffkomponente in Mitteln zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.5055
