Die Erfindung betrifft die in den Ansprüchen bezeichneten Gegenstände.
Aus der GB-PS 10 19 227 sind ähnliche Pynmidinylphosphorsäurcderivatc
bekannt, bei denen die Sub-
stituenten Y und Z in der obigen Formel beide aus Alkyioxy- bzw. Alkenyloxygruppen bestehen. In der
erwähnten GB-PS ist angegeben, daß die dort beschriebenen Phosphorsäureester insektizide Eigenschaften
aufweisen. Weiterhin ist erwähnt, daß einige
.vs derselben auch gewisse fungizide Eigenschaften be-
Demgegenüber wurde gefunden, daß die erfindungsuemäßen
Verbindungen hochwirksame Fungizide sind und daneben auch ausgezeichnete insektizide Eigenschäften
besitzen.
Spezielle erfindungsgemäße Verbindungen, von denen gefunden wurde, daß sie besonders brauchbar
sind, sind in der folgenden Tabelle I aufgeführt, wobei die Substiluenten die angegebenen Bedeutungen

Als geeignete Salze für die Pyrimidiiulerivale gemiiß
der Frliiulimg sullen /. H. genannt weiden die llydrohalogenide.
insbesondere die Hydrochloride.
Als geeignete Hedetilung für R,, wenn es für ein
Alkalimetallatom steht, sollen /. B. genannt werden das Natrium- oder Kalmmatom. Als geeijMirtei Weil
für Hai soll z. B. genannt werden das Chlor- oder Bromatom.
Wenn R1 Wasserstoff ist, wird die Ausgangsverbindung
zweckmäßigerweise zuerst in das entsprechende Alkalimetallderival überführt, beispielsweise
durch Umsetzung mit Natriumhydroxyd oder mit einer Lösung von Natrium in Äthanol, oder die
Reaktion wird in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels ausgeführt, wie z. B. einem Alkalimetall- oder
Erdalkalimetallcarbonat oder einer tertiären orgamischen Base, wie z. B. Triethylamin, oder einem
N.N-Dialkylarylamin, wie z. B. N.N-Dimethylanilin.
Die Reaktion wird zweckmäßig in einem inerten Verdünnungsmittel oder Lösungsmittel ausgeführt,
wie z. B. Benzol, Äthylazetat, Azeton, Methylethylketon, Methylbutylketon, Azetonitril. Toluol und
Dimethylformamid, und sie kann durch die Anwendung von Wärme und/oder die Verwendung von
Katalysatoren beschleunigt oder zu Ende geführt werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen sind gegenüber einer Reihe von Insektenschädlingen wirksam,
wie z. B. Mollusken, Moskito, Moskitolarven (Aedes aegypti), schwarze Blattläuse (Aphis fabae), grüne
Blattläuse (Macrosipham pisi), reite Spinne (Tctranychus telarius), BaumwoUfärbercapside (Dysdercus
fasciatus), Diamantenrückenmottenraupe (Plutella maculipennis),
Senftkäfer (Phaedon cochleariae), gemeine Hausfliege (Musca domestica) und Wurzelknotcnwürmer
(Meloidogync incognita) Weiterhin besitzen die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen eine insektizide
Wirkung gegen Insekten, die auf T cren leben, wie z. B. Lucilia scricata.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen besitzen auch eine Aktivität gegen eine große P.cihc von Pilzerkrankungen,
wie z. B.:
Puccinia rccondita (Rost) an Weizen.
Phylophthora infcstans (späte Trockenfäule) an Tomaten.
Phylophthora infcstans (späte Trockenfäule) an Tomaten.
Sphacrothcca fuliginea (pulveriger Meltau) an Gurken,
Erysiphe graminis (pulveriger Meltau) an Weizen und Gerste.
Podosphacra lcucotricha (pulveriger Meltau) an
Äpfeln.
Uncinula nccatcr (pulveriger Meltau) am Rebstock.
Plasmopara vilicola (flaumiger Meltau) am Rebstock.
Piricularia ory/ae (Brand) tun Reis.
VenUiria inaequalis (Schorf) an Äpfeln.
VenUiria inaequalis (Schorf) an Äpfeln.

bekämplcn ; es ist deshalb möglich, unter Verwendung
derselben eine /usammcnsiM/uni1, herzustellen, die
cmc wettvollo -,\sicnnsclu1 in^ckli/iilc und innvi/ulr
Aktivität besitzt.
Die Pyriniidinvcibindiingi-'·1 kommen in ilen üblichen
Formulierungen zur Anwcnduni1.
Du· Kon/t-nlrati1 können 10 K'' (iew.-'Ίι des
aktiven Bestandteils bzw. 25- 60 Gew.-" η des aktiven
Bestandteils enthalten. Ein wäßriges Präparat, das zwischen 0,001 und 1,0 Gew.-% aktiven Bestandteil
enthält, kann verwendet werden.
Die Verbindung O-n-Butyl-(2-dimcthylamino-4 - methyl - 5 - η - penlyl - pyrimid - 6 - yl) - methylphosphonothionat
(Verbindung Nr. 1, Tabelle 1) der Formel

wurde wie folgt hergestellt:
I-Dimethylamino^-hydroxy-o-mclhyl-S-n-pcntylpyrimidin
(4,46 g, 0,02 Mol) wurde zu einer Lösung : von Natrium (0,46 g, 0,02 Mol) in trockenem Äthanol
(20 ml) gegeben. Das Äthanol wurde im Vakuum entfernt, und der Rückstand wurde durch azcotropische
Destillation mit Benzol getrocknet. Zu dem trockenen Rückstand wurde trockenes Benzol (50 ml) ι
und nachfolgend O-n-Butyl-chloromethylphosphonothionat
(3,42 g, 0,02 Mol) gegeben, und das Gemisch wurde über Nacht gerührt und auf Rückfluß gehalten.
Das abgekühlte Gemisch wurde mit kalter 5%iger wäßriger Natriumhydro/«ydlösung gewaschen und dann
mit Wasser getrocknet, bis die Waschflüssigkeit alkalifrei war. Die Bcnzolschicht wurde über Na2SO4
getrocknet, da;· Lösungsmittel wurde entfernt und der viskose Rückstand wurde unter 0,01 mm auf
50°C erwärmt, wobei das Produkt zurückblieb, 5,40 g. n'n' = 1,5212.
Die folgenden Verbindungen der obigen Tabelle ! wurden in ähnlicher Weise hergestellt:
Verbindungen Nr. 1 bis 16.
Die Verbindung O-n- Butyl-(2-acetylamino-4 - methyl - pyrimid - 6 - yl) - methylpliosphonothionat
(Verbindung Nr. 17, Tabelle I) der Formel
O-n-Butylchlormethyl-phosphonothionat (4,67 g,
0,025 Mol) tropfenweise langsam zugegeben. Das Gemisch wurde 2 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt
und auf Eiswasser (400 ml) gegossen. Das Produkt wurde abfiltriert, getrocknet und aus Isopropanol
umkristallisiert; Ausbeute 3.5 g, Fp. 113
114°C.
Die folgenden Verbindungen der obigen tabelle 1
wurden in ähnlicher Weise hergestellt:

Die Verbindung O-Älhyl-O-(5-allyl-2-dimethylamino-4-methyl
-pyrimid -6- yl)- methyl -phosphonothionat (Verbindung Nr. 5. Tabelle 1) der Formel

wurde wie folgt hergestellt.
Ein Gemisch aus 5-Allyl-2-dimcthylamino-4-l^ydroxy-6-mcthyl-pyrimidin
(12,1 g, 0,063 Mol) wasserfreiem Kaliumcarbonat (8,7 g, 6,063 Mol), O-Äthylchloro-mcthyl-phosphonothionat
(10 g, 0,063 Mol) und trockenem Äthylacetat (100 ml) wurde 20 Stunden gerührt und auf Rückfluß gehalten. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde abgekühlt, mit Benzol verdünnt und das
Gemisch wurde mit eiskalter 5%igcr wäßriger Natriumhydroxydlösung und dann mit Wasser gewaschen,
bis die Waschflüssigkeiten neutral waren. Die Bcnzolschicht wurde über Na2SO4 getrocknet und
das Lösungsmittel wurde entfernt. Der Rest wurde unter 0,01 mm 20 Minuten auf 50" C erwärmt, wobei
das Produkt als blaßgclbcs öl zurückblieb; 16 g, »iS1 = 1,5495.
Die Verbindung 0-(2-Morpholino-4-pheiiylpyrimid-6-yl)-N,N,N',N'-tetramethylpln;sphorodiamidat
(Verbindung Nr. 23, Tabelle 1) der Formel

wurde wie folgt hergcslelll.
Nalriumhydrid (1,2g, 0,025 Mol, MV'nige Suspension
in Mineralöl) winde portionsweise /11 einer gerührten Suspension von ."!-Aa1IyI.imino-■■!· In
droxy-6-melhylpyrimidin (4,2 g. 0,025 Mol) im trockenen Dimethylformamid (75 ml) gegeben. Das
Gemisch winde I Minute μι*rührt und dann wurde

nylpyrimidin (5,14 g, 0,02 Mol) und wasserfreiem Kaliumcarbonat (2,76 g, 0,02 Mol) in trockenem Ben

Wasser 3 Stunden gerührt und auf Rückfluß gehalten. Das abgekühlte Gemisch wurde in Bis-dimethylaminochlorophosphat
(3,42 g, 0,02 Mol) gegeben, und das Reaktionsgemisch wurde 16 Stunden gerührt und
auf Rückfluß gehalten. Das kalte Gemisch wurde mit eiskalter 5%iger wäßriger Natriumhydroxydlösung
extrahiert, mit Wasser gewaschen, bis die Waschilüssigkeiten neutral waren, worauf die Benzolschicht
über Na2SO4 getrocknet wurde. Entfernung
des Lösungsmittels ergab das Produkt (3,7 g), das
aus Petroläther umkristallisiert wurde, Fp. 44—46° C
Die folgenden Verbindungen der obigen Tabelle 1 wurden in ähnlicher Weise hergestellt.
Verbindungen Nr. 33 und 34.
Die Verbindung O-(2-Amino-5-n-butyl-4-methylpyrimid - 6 - yl) - Ν,Ν,Ν',Ν' - tetramethylphosphorodiamidat
(Verbindung Nr. 30, Tabelle 1) der Formel

wurde wie folgt hergestellt.
2-Amino-5-n-butyl-4-hydroxy-6-mclhylpyrimidin (7,24 g, 0,04 Mol) wurde in eine Lösung von Natrium
(0,92 g, 0,04 Mol) in trockenem Äthanol (20 ml) gegeben. Das Äthanol wurde im Vakuum cnifcrnt,
und der Rückstand wurde durch azeotrope Destillation mit Benzol getrocknet. Zum trockenen Rückstand
wurde trockenes Benzol (50 ml) und anschließend Bis-dimethylamino-chlorophosphat (6,84 g,
0,04 Mol) gegeben, und das Gemisch wurde über Nacht gerührt und auf Rückfluß gehalten. Das abgekühlte
Gemisch wurde mit kalter 5%igcr wäßriger Natriumhydroxydlösung und dann mit Wasser bis zur Alkalifreiheit
der Waschflüssigkeiten gewaschen. Die Bcnzolschicht wurde über Na2SO4 getrocknet, und das
Lösungsmittel wurde entfernt, wobei das Produkt erhalten wurde (4,3 g), umkrislallisiert aus Benzol
Petroläther, Fp. 92—95'C.
Die folgenden Verbindungen der obigen Tabelle 1 wurden in ähnlicher Weise hergestellt.

1. Pyrimidinylphosphorsäurcdcrivale der For-

worin X für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel steht: R1 und R, für Wasserstoff, Methyl, Äthyl, Acetyl,
Phenyl, p-Chlorophenyl, o-Toluyl oder p-Athoxycarbonylphenyl
stehen oder gemeinsam mit dem Stickstoffatom den Pyrrolidino-, Morpholine'- oder
1 -Meihylpiperazin-4-yl-Ring bilden;
R4 für Wasserstoff. Methyl. n-Propyl oder Phenyl
steht:
R5 für Wasserstoff, C1-bis CVAlkyl oder Allyl steht:
Y für Methyl, Äthyl, Phenyl, Anilino oder Amino, das durch ein oder zwei Methyl- oder Athylgruppen
substituiert sein kann, steht; und Z für C1- bis CVAlkoxy. Cyclohexyloxy, Anilino
oder Amino, das durcli ein oder zwei Methyl- oder
Äthylgruppen substituiert sein kann, steht, sowie deren Salze.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
man in an sich bekannter Weise eine Verbindung der Formel
