Description
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von organischen Phosphorverbindungen Es wurde gefunden, daß man in einfacher Weise organische Phosphorverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel wobei R einen gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest, R' einen Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Aryl-, Aralkyl-, Alkyloxy-, Cycloalkyloxy-, Aryloxy- oder Aralkyloxyrest und R" einen Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Äryl-, Aralkyl-, Alkoxy-, Cycloalkyloxy-, Aryloxy- oder Aralkyloxyrest oder Chlor bedeuten, erhält, wenn man einen gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoff (R-H) mit einer Phosphorverbindung der allgemeinen Formel in der R' und R" die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, unter Belichten umsetzt.
- Die organischen Phosphorverbindungen fallen nach dem neuen Verfahren in ausgezeichneter Reinheit an.
- Als Ausgangsstoffe geeignete gesättigte Kohlenwasserstoffe sind Paraffine und Cycloparaffine, die im allgemeinen 5 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten. Geeignete Paraffine, die sowohl verzweigt als auch unverzweigt sein können, sind beispielsweise Pentan, Hexan, Octan, Dodecan und Octadecan. Mit besonderem Vorteil werden Cycloparaffine verwendet, wie Methylcyclopentan, Dimethylcyclohexan, Athylcyclooctan und insbesondere solche Cycloparaffine, deren Zahl der Kohlenstoffatome gleich der Zahl der Ringatome ist, wie Cyclopentan, Cyclooctan, Cyclodecan, Cyclododecan und vorzugsweise Cyclohexan. Bei Verwendung von Kohlenwasserstoffen, deren Wasserstoffatome sämtlich gleichwertig sind, bei denen somit beim Abspalten eines beliebigen Wasserstoffatoms stets derselbe Kohlenwasserstoffrest zurUckbleibt, tritt naturgemäß ein einheitliches Reaktionsprodukt auf. Sofern die Wasserstoffatome des verwendeten Kohlenwasserstoffe nicht gleichwertig sind, erhält man im allgemeinen ein Produktgemisch von isomeren Verbindungen, deren Kohlenwasserstoffreste die gleiche Bruttoformel aufweisen und die sich vom verwendeten Koblenwasserstoff durch den Ersatz der verschiedenen Wasserstoffatome ableiten. Die Isomerenverteilung wird hierbei weitgehend von statistischen Gesetzen bestimmt sowie von der Leichtigkeit, mit der sich die verschiedenen Wasserstoffatome des Kohlenwasserstoffs radikalisch ablösen lassen.
- A18 Auagangsetoffe geeignete Phosphorverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel sind Phosphorsäure-diester-chloride, Phosphonsäure-esterchloride, Phosphinsäurechloride, Phosphorsäure-ester-dichloride und Phosphonsäure-dichloride. In den Phosphonsäure-esterchloridn, -Phospinsäurechloriden und Phosphonsäuredichloriden liegen ein bzw. zwei an das Phosphoratom gebundene Kohlenwasserstoffreste wrorS bei denen es sich um Alkyl, Cycloalkyl-, Aryl- oder Aralkylreste handelt. Diese Reste haben im allgemeinen 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome. Geeignete Reste sind beispielsweise die Methyl-, Äthyl-, Propyl-, Isopropyl-, Butyl-, Hezyl-, Dodecyl-, Cyclohexyl-, Methylcyclohexyl, Cyclooctyl-, Phenyl-s Tolyl-, Xylyl- oder Benzylgruppe.
- In den Phosphorsäure-diester-chloriden, Phosphonsäure-esterchloriden und Phosphorsäure-ester-diehloriden liegen ein bzw. zwei über Sauerstoff an das Phosphoratom gebundene Kohlenwasserstoffreste vor, bei denen es sich um Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Aryl- oder Aralkylreste handelt. Diese Reste haben im allgemeinen 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome. Geeignete Reste sind beispielsweise die Methyl-, Äthyl-, Propyl-, Isopropyl-, Butyl-, Hexy-l-, Dodecyl-, Cyclohexyl-, Methylcyclohexyl-, Cyclooctyl-, Phenyl-, Tolyl-, Xylyl- oder Benzylgruppe.
- Geeignete Phosphorverbindungen sind beispielsweise: Phosphorsäure-dimethylester-chlorid, Phosphorsäure-dibutylester-chlorid, Phosphorsärue-diphenylester-chlorid, Phosphorsäure -dibenzylester-chlorid, Methanphosphonsäure-äthylesterchlorid, Cyclohexanphos phonsäure-tolylester-chlorid, Betzolphosphonsäure-methylester-chlorid, Diäthylphosphinsäurechlorid, Äthylcyclohexyl-phos phinsäure-chlorid, Athyl-phenylphosphinsäure-chlorld, Dicyclooctyl-phos phinsäure-chlorid, Phos phorsäure-methylester-dichlorid, Phosphorsäure-dodecylester-dichlorid, Cyclododecan-phosphonsäure-dichlorid, Athanphos phonsäure-dichlorid und Toluolphosphonsäure-dichlorid.
- Bekanntlich lassen sich die als Ausgangsstoffe genannten Phosphorverbindungen, die eine P-Cl-Gruppierung enthalten, durch Umsetzung der entsprechenden Phosphorverbindung, die eine P-H-Gruppierung enthält, mit elementarem Chlor in einfacher Weise darstellen. So lassen sich beispielsweise Phosphorigsäurediester in Phos phorsäure -diester-chloride, Phosphonigeäuremonoester in Phosphonsäure-ester-chloride und Phosphinigsäuren in Phosphinsäurechloride umwandeln. Anstelle der als Ausgangs stoffe genannten Phosphorverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel können daher Phosphorverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel in der Ru und R" die zuvor angegebene Bedeutung haben, und elementares Chlor als Ausgangsstoffe verwendet werden0 Geeignet sind Phosphorigsäurediester, Phosphonigsäure-monoester, Phosphinigsäuren (sek. Phosphinoxyde) sowie ferner Phosphorigsäure-monoester-chloride und Phosphonigsäure-monochloride. Die in diesen Verbindungen an das Phosphoratom direkt und bzw. oder über Sauerstoff gebundenen Kohlenwasserstoffreste sind Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Äryl- oder Aralkylreste. Die Reste haben im allgemeinen 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome. Geeignet sind bei spielsweise die Methyl-, Äthyl-, Propyl-, Isopropyl-, Butyl-, Hexyl-, Dodecyl-, Cyclohexyl-, Methylcyclohexyl-, Cyclooctyl-, Phenyl-, Tolyl-, Xylyl- oder Benzylgruppe. Im einzelnen seien folgende Verbindungen genannt: Phosphorigsäure-dimethylester, Phos phoreigsäure-dibutylester, Phosphorigsäure-dicyclohexylest er, Phosphor igsäure-diphenylester, Methan phos phonisäure-monomethylester, Butanphosphonigsäure-monobenzylester Diäthylphosphinigsäure, lethyl-cyclohexhylphosphinigsäure, Dicyc looctylphosphinigsäure, Phenylbenzyl-phosphinigsäure, Phos phorigsäure-monomethylester-chlorid, Phos phorigsäure-monomphenylester-chlorid, Cyclohexanphosphonigsäure-monochlorid und Äthanphosphonigsäure-monomchlorid.
- Neben den erwähnten Phosphorverbindungen, die eine P-H-Gruppierung enthalten, wird, elementares Chlor verwendet. Man benützt Chlor etwa in stöchiometrischer Menge, vorteilhaft verwendet man Jedoch einen Überschuß, der etwa das 1,1- bis 10-fache der stöchiometrischen Menge beträgt. Bei der Umsetzung wird Chlor-Wasserstoff frei, der bisweilen zu Nebenreaktionen Anlaß gibt.
- Zweckmäßig entfernt man den Chlorwasserstoff in dem Maße seiner Bildung durch Einleiten eines Inertgases, beispielsweise Stickstoff.
- Die Umsetzung der P-H-Verbindung mit Chlor kann in an sich bekannter Weise vor der Belichtung vorgenommen werden. In diesem Fall unterscheidet sich jedoch die nachfolgende unter Belichtung ablaufende Umsetzung nicht von der unter Verwendung der reinen P-CL¢Verbindungen. Vorteilhaft führt man jedoch die Chlorierung der P-H-Verbindung während der gelichtungsreaktion durch. Unter diesen Bedingungen werden wesentlich kdrzere Belichtungszeiten benötigt als bei Verwendung der entsprechenden P-Cl-Verbindungen. Man leitet hierzu während der Belichtung einen schwachen Strom elementaren Chlors durch das Reaktionsgemisch, wobei man zweckmäßig gleichzeitig durch Einleiten eines Inertgases Chlorwasserstoff im Maße seiner Bildung aus dem Gemisch entfernt.
- Die Auagangsstoffe, Phosphorverbindung und Kohlenwasserstoff, werden in etwa slöchiometrischen Mengen verwendet, es ist jedoch zweckmäßig, den gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoff im Überschuß einzusetzen, wobei er gleichzeitig als Lösungmittel dient Vorzugsweise arbeitet man mit der 2- bis 200-fachen, insbesondere der 5- bis 100-fachen Gewichtsmenge Kohlenwasserstoff, bezogen auf die Phosphorverbindung.
- Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb weiter Grenzen schwanken, etwa zwischen -50 bis °00°C, wobei man im allgemeinen zwischen 0 und 150°C arbeitet. Man wählt vorzugsweise eine Temperatur, die ein druckloses Arbeiten in flüssiger Phase gestattet. Erhöhte Drücke, beispielsweise bis zu 10 atü sind zweckmäßig, sofern niedrig siedende Ausgangsstoffe bei Temperaturen oberhalb des Siedepunktes umgesetzt werden sollen Wesentliches Merkmal des neuen Verfahrens ist es, das Reaktionsgemisch zu belichten0 Es wird angenommen, daß durch Photonen wenigstens eine Bindung in einem der beteiligten und bekanntlich reaktionsträgen Partner gespalten wird. Durch die Photolyse werden Radikale erzeugt, die in der Lage sind, den anderen Reaktionspartner anzugreifen, bzw0 sich mit dessen Radikal zu-vereinigen. Es ist hierbei überraschend, daß obwohl auch die Phosphorverbindung CH-Gruppen enthält, die in Konkurrenz zu den CH-Gruppen des gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffs treten könnten, die Umsetzung einheitlich erfolgt und lediglich die gewünschten Produkte erhalten werden. Die Belichtung kann in einem weiten Wellenbereich erfolgen, etwa zwischen 180 und 600 m µ. VorteiLhaft wählt man eine Strahlungsquelle, die einen hohen Anteil mit der Wellenlänge unterhälb von 400 mvu ausstrahlt. Sofern eine P-Cl-Verbindung als Ausgangsstoff verwendet wird, bevorzugt man eine Strahlungsquelle, die im Bereich unterhalb von 200 m µ. sofern eine P-H-Verbindung und Chlor als Ausgangsstoffe verwendet werden, eine solche, die im Bereich unterhalb von 400 m,i emittiert. Geeignete Lichtquellen sind beispielsweise Quecksil.. ber-Hochdrucklampen oder Deuteriumiampen.
- Um die Absorption von Licht auf dem Wege zwischen der Stroh lenquelle und dem Reaktionsgemisch möglichst gering zu halten, wählt man zweckmäßig Tauchlampen oder sorgt für Gefäß-, bzw.
- Fenstermaterialien, die eine geringe Absorption im kritischen Wellenbereich aufweisen, beispielsweise Quarz oder Suprasil.
- Der von der Lichtquelle emittierte Wärmestrahlung trägt man durch entsprechende Kühlung der Lampen und bzw. oder des Reaktionsgemisches Rechnung.
- Die Belichtungszeit ist abhängig von der Intensität der Strahlenquelle und der Menge und Konzentration der Ausgangsstoffe.
- Sie beträgt im allgemeinen etwa zwischen 1 und 1 000 Stunden.
- Die optimale Reaktionszeit läßt sich durch Versuche leicht ermitteln.
- Die Aufarbeitung des Reaktionsgemisches erfolgt in üblicher Weise, insbesondere durch fraktionierte Destillation und bzw. oder fraktionierte Kristallisation0 Als Nebenprodukte gebildete Chlorkohlenwasserstoffe, die sich durch Ersatz eines Wasserstoffatoms des verwendeten gesättigten Kchlenwasserstoffs herleiten, können leicht durch Destillation abgetrennt werden.
- Nicht umgesetzte Ausgangsstoffe können in die Reaktion zurückgeführt bzw. erneut verwendet werden.
- Die erhaltenen Produkte sind Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, Zwischenprodukte fUr die Herstellung von Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel oder Zwischenprodukte für synthetische Fasern und für organische Synthesen.
- Das neue Verfahren wird durch die folgenden Beispiele illustriert: Beispiel 1 Cyclohexan-phophonsäure-diäthylester: 13,8 g PhosphorigaEure-diäthylester werden in 330 cm3 Cyclohexan gelöst und 24 Stunden belichtet. Als Lichtquelle dient hierbei eine mit einem Glaskühler versehene Quecksilber-Hochdruck-Tauchlampe (Modell T 281 der Quarzlampen-Gesells chaft m.b.H. Hanau). Während der Belichtung wird ein Chlorstrom von etwa 0,05 Nl/h und ein Stickstoffstrom von 0,4 Nl/h eingeleitet. Nach 24 Stunden wird der Chlorstrom unterbrochen und mit Stickstoff der noch in Lösung befindflche Chlorwasserstoff ausgetrieben. Danach-wird die Lösung fraktionierend destilliert.
- Man erhält folgende Fraktionen: 1) 2,-8 g nicht umgesetzten Phosphorsäure-diäthylester vom Siedepunkt3,5 51 bis 53°C.
- 2) 1,6 g (12 ffi der Theorie) Phos phorigsäure-diäthylesterchlorid P(O) (OC2H5)2Cl vom Siedepunkt3,5 60 bis 6100, nD20 : 1,4165.
- 3) 13,2 g (75 ffi der Theorie) Cyclohexan-phosphonsäure-diäthylester C6H11-P(O) (OC2H5)2 vom Siedepunkt3,5 125 bis 127°C, nD20 : 1,4530.
- D Beispiel 2 Cyclohexan-phos phonsäure-diphenylester: Man arbeitet wie im Beispiel 1 beschrieben, verwendet jedoch anstelle von Phos phorigsäure-diäthylestrer 23,5 g Phosphorigsäure-diphenylester. Bei der Destillation des Reaktionsgemisches erhält man folgende Fraktionen: 1) 4,7 g nicht umgesetzten Phosphorigsäure-diphenylester vom Siedepunkt2 135 bis 138°C.
- 2) 1,7 g (8 % der Theorie) Phosphorsäure-diphenylester-chlorid P(O) (OC6H5)2Cl vom Siedepunkt2 145 bis 148°C, nD20 : 1,5492, Aus dem verbleibenden Rückstand werden durch Umkristallisieren aus Dioxan 20,2 g (80 % der Theorie) Cyclohexan-phosphonsäure-diphenylester C6H11-P(O) (OC6H5)2 vom Schmelzpunkt 62°C erhalten.
- Beispiel 3 Äthyl-cyclohexyl-phos phinsäure-äthylester: Man arbeitet wie im Beispiel 1 beschrieben, verwendet jedoch als Ausgansstoff anstelle von Phos phorigsäure-diäthylester 12,2 g Äthan-phos phonigsäure-monoäthylester C2H5-P(O) (OC2H5)H.
- Durch fraktionierte Destillation des Reaktionsgemisches erhält man 1) 0,6 g nicht umgesetzten Äthan-phos phonigsäure-monoäthylester vom Sledepunkt11 69 bis 71°C.
- 2) 2,1 g (14 96 der Theorie) Äthan-phos phonsäure-äthylesterchlorid C2h5-P(O) (OC2H5)Cl vom Siedepunkt11 78 bis 80°C, ND20 : 1,5338.
- 3) 13,9 g (72 96 der Theorie) Äthyl-cyclohexyl-phos phinsäure äthylester (C2H5) (C6H11)P(O) (OC2H5) vom Siedepunkt11 20 142 bis 143°C, nD : 1, 4rlO50 Beisiel 4 Dicyclohexyl-phos phinsäure-äthylester: Man arbeitet wie im Beispiel 1 beschrieben, verwendet jedoch als Ausgangsstoff 17,6 g Cyclohexan-phos phobnigsäure-äthylester C6H1 1-P(O) (OC2H5)H. Die Aufarbeitung erfolgt durch fraktionierte Destillation. Man erhält 1) 3,4 g (17 96 der Theorie) Cyclohexan-phosphonsäure-äthylesterchlorid C6H11-P(O) (OC2H5)Cl vom Siedepunkt1 101 bis 104°C, nD20 : 1,2578.
- 2) 0,9 g nicht umgesetzter Cclohexan-phos phonigsäure-äthylester vom Siedepunkt1 110 bis 112°Co 3) 18,6 g (76 96 der Theorie) Dicyclohexyl-phosphinsäure- @ äthylester (C6H11 )2P(O) (OC2H5) vom Siedepunkt1 162 bis 164°C, nD20 : 14402.
- Beispiel 5 Cyclohexly-phenyl-phos phinsäure-äthyl lester: Man arbeitet wie im Beispiel 1 beschrieben, verwendet jedoch als Ausgangsstoff 17 g Benzol-phos phonigsäure-äthylester C6H5-P(O) (OC2H5)H. Der Umsatz ist quantitativ. Es wird destillativ aufgearbeitet. Man erhält 1) 1 g (5 % der Theorie) Benzol-phos phonsäure-äthylesterchlorid C6H5-P(O) (C2H5)Cl vom Siedepunkt2 119 bis 121°C, nD20 : 1,5372 2) 8,1 g (32 % der Theorie) Gyclohexyl-phenyl-phosphinsäareäthylester (C6H11 ) (C6H5)P(O) (OC2H5) vom Siedepunkt2 131 bis 132°C, n20 : 1,4705 Beispiel 6 Diäthyl-cyclohexyl-phos phinoxyd: Man arbeitet wie im Beispiel 1 beschrieben, verwendet Jedoch als Ausgangsstoff 10,6 g D Diäthyl-phos phinigsäure (C2H5)2P(O)H.
- Bereits nach 14 Stunden Belichtung wird, wie im Beispiel 1 beschrieben, aurgearbeitet. Man erhält 1) 0,3 g (2 s der Theorie) Diäthyl-phos phinsäure-chlorid (C2H5)2P(O)Cl vom Siedepunkt16 108 bis 11000., nD20 : 1,4645.
- 2) o,5 g nicht umgesetzte Diäthyl-phosphinigsäure vom Siedepunkt16 163 bis 170°C.
- Aus dem verbleibenden Rückstand werden durch Umkristallisieren aus Äthanol 15 g (84 % der Theorie) Diäthyl-cyclohexylphosphinoxyd (C2H5)2(C6H11)PO vom Schmelzpunkt 70°C erhalten.
- Beispiel 7 Tricyc lohexyl-phos phinoxyd: Man arbeitet wie im Beispiel 6 beschrieben, wobei als Ausgangsstoff 21,4 g Dicyclohexyl-phosphinigsäure (C6H11)2P(O)H verwendet werden. Der Umsatz beträgt 100 %. Nach dem Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels und von etwas Chlorcyclohexan wird der Rückstand aus Benzol fraktioniert kristallisiert.
- Man erhält 0,5 g (2 % der Theorie) Dicyclohexyl-phosphinsäure-chlorid (C6H11)2P(O)Cl vom Schmelzpunkt 108,50C und 23,6 g (80 % der Theorie) Tricyclohexyl-phosphinoxyd (C6H11)3PO vom Schmelzpunkt 156,5°C.
- Beispiel 8 Cyclohexyl-diphenyl-phos phinoxyd: Man arbeitet wie im Beispiel 6 beschrieben, wobei als Ausgangsstoff 20,2 g Diphenyl-phosphinigsäure (C6H5)2P(O)H verwendet werden. Der Umsatz beträgt 100. Nach Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels und Chlorcyclohexans wird der Rückstand aus Essigester mehrmals umkristallisiert. Man erhält 8,5 g (30 s der Theorie) Cyclohexyl-diphenyl-phosphinoxyd (C6H11) (C6H5)2PO vom Schmelzpunkt 16500.
- Beispiel 9 Cyclohexan-phos phonsäure-diäthylester: 3,4 g Phosphorsäure-diäthylester-chlorid werden in 100 cm3 Cyclohexan gelöst und unter Durchleiten eines schwachen Stickstoffstromes 16 Tage belichtet. Als Lichtquelle dient eine Deuteriumlampe (Labormodell der Quarzlampen-Gesellschaft m.b.H. Hanau). Anschließend wird bis zur völligen Austreibung des Chlorwasserstoffs Stickstoff durch die Lösung geleitet.
- Danach wird fraktionierend destilliert. Man erhält 2,8 g (65 % der Theorie) Cyclohexan-phosphonsäure-diäthylester C6H11-P(O) (OC2H5)2 vom Siedepunkt0,1 55 bis 56 0C.
- Beispiel 10 Cyclohexan-phos phonsäure-diphenylester: Man arbeitet wie im-Beispiel 9 beschrieben unter Verwendung von 2,6 g Phosphorsäure-diphenylester-chlorid als Ausgangsstoff und mit einer Belichtungszeit von 36 Tagen. Man erhält nach dem Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels, Extrahieren des Rückstandes mit Äther und mehrmaligem Umkristallisieren aus Dioxan 1,6 g (50 ffi der Theorie) Cyclohexan-phosphonsäure-di . phenylester C6H11-P(O) (OC6H5)2 vom Schmelzpunkt 62°C.
- Beispiel 11 Dicyclohexyl-phos phinsäure-äthylest er: 1,6 g Phosphorsäure-äthylester-dichlorid werden in 100 cm3 Cyclohexan geLOst und unter Durchleiten von Stickstoff 21 Tage mit einer Deuteriumlampe belichtet. Nach der Bestrahlung wird bis zur Entfernung des Chlorwasserstoffs weiter Stickstoff durchgeleitet. Die fraktionierte Destillation liefert 1) 0,3 g (14 % der Theorie) Cyclohexan-phos phonsäure-äthylester-chlorid C6H11-P(O) (OC2H5)Cl vom Siedepunkt2 103 bis 106°C.
- 2) 1,6 g (62 % der Theorie) Dicyclohexyl-phos phinsäure-äthylester (C6H11)2P(O) (OC2H5) vom Siedepunkt2 158 bis 160°C.
- Beispiel 12 Dicyclohexyl-phos phinsäure-phenylester: Bestrahlt man in der im Beispiel beschriebenen Weise 42 Tage lang eine Lösung von 2,1 g Phosphoreäure-phenyleSter-dichlorid in 100 g Cyclohexan, se erhält man bei der fraktionierenden Destillation 1) 1,5 g (48 % der Theorie) Dicyclohexyl-phosphinsäure-phenylester (C6H11)2P(O) (OC6H5) vom Siedepunkt0,7 121 bis 12400, nD20 : 1,4438.
- 2) 0,2 g (8 % der Theorie Cyclohexan-phos phonsäure-phenylester-chlorid C6H11-P(O) (OC6H5)Cl vom Siedepunkt 0,7 156 bis 158°C, nD20 : 1,5563.
- Beispiel 17 Äthyl-cyclohexyl-phos phinsäure-äthylester: 1,5 g Äthan-phos phonsäure-äthylester-chlord C2H5-P(O) (OC2H5)C )Cl werden in 100 cm3 Cyclohexan gelöst und bei gleichzeitiger Stickstoffzufuhr 16 Tage mit einer Deuteriumlampe belichtet.
- Nach Austreiben des, Chlorwasserstoffs mit Stickstoff wird fraktionierend destilliert. Man erhält 1,4 g (65 % der Theorie) Äthyl-cyclohexyl-phos phinsäure-äthylester (C2H5) (C6H11)P(O) (OC2H5) vom Siedepunkt, 86 bis 87°C.
- Beispiel 14 Eicyclohexyl-phosphinsäure-phenylester: Der Belichtungsversuch analog dem Beispiel 13 mit 2,6 g Cyclohexan phos phonsäure-phenylesterchlorid C6H11-P(O) (OC6H5)Cl liefert 2,2 g (72 % der Theorie) Dicyclohexyl-phosp phins aure phenylester (C6H11)2P(0)(0C6H5) vom Siedepunkt2 , 141°C.
- Beispiel 15 Äthyl-dicyclohexyl-phosphinoxyd: 1,5 g Äthan-phos phonsäure-diclorid C2H5-P(O)Cl2 werden in 100 cm3 Cyclohexan gelöst und 21 Tage bei gleichzeittger Stickstoffzufuhr belichtet, Nach Austreiben des Chlorwasserstoffs wird fraktionierend destilliert. Man erhält 1) 0,1 g (5 % der Theorie) Äthyl-cyclohexyl-phos phinsäurechlorid (C2H5) (C6H11)P(O)Cl vom Siedepunkt4 120 bis 121°C, nD2 s 1,4999.
- 2) 1,7 g (70 % der Theorie) Äthyl-dicyclohexyl-phosphinoxyd (C2H5) (C6H11)2PO vom Siedepunkt4 i70 bis 173°C.
- Beispiel 16 Tricyclohexyl-phos phinoxyd: Der 30-tägige Belichtungsversuck mit 2 g Cyclohexan-phosphonsäure-dichlorid C6H11-P(O)Cl2, in einer dem Beispiel 9 analogen Weise durchgeführt, liefert nach Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels und fraktionierender Kristallisation des Rückstandes aus Benzol 0,1 g (4 s der Theorie) Dicyclohexyl-phosphinsäure-chlorid (C6H11)2P(O)Cl vom Schmelzpunkt 108 bis 1090C und 2,1 g (71 s der Theorie) Tricyclohexyl-phos phinoxyd (C6H11)3PO vom Schmelzpunkt 157°C.
- Beispiel 17 Diäthyl-cyclohexyl-phes phinoxyd: 1,4 g Diäthyl-phos phinsäure-chlorid (C2H5)2P(O)Cl werden in 100 cm3 Cyolohexan gelöst und 10 Tage mit einer Deuteriumlampe belichtet. Nach Austreiben des Chlorwasserstoffs mit Stickstoff und Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels wird der RAckstand mehrmala aus Äthanol umkristallisiert. lan erhält 1,5 g (80 % der Theorie) Diäthyl-cyclohexyl-phos phinoxyd (C2H5)2(C6H11)PO vom Schmelzpunkt 820C.
- Beispiel 18 Tricyclohexyl-phos phinoxyd: Man arbeitet wie im Beispiel 17 unter Verwendung von 2,5 g Dicyclohexyl-phos phinsäure-chlorid (06H1 1 )2P(O)Cl, nach mehrm,aligem Umkristallisieren des Destillationsrückstandes aus Äther erhält man 2,5 g (84 % der Thorie) Tricyclohexylphosphinoxyd (C6H11) 3PO vom Schmelzpunkt 156,50C.
Claims (2)
- Patentansprüche 1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von organischen Phosphorverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel wobei R einen gesättigten Kohlenwasserstof?rest, R' einen Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Aryl-, Aralkyl-, Alkyloxy-, CycIoalkyloxy-, Aryloxy- oder Araikyloxyrest und .R" einen Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Aryl-, Aralkyl-, Alkoxy-, Cycloalkyloxy-, Aryloxy- oder Aralkyloxyrest oder Chlor bedeuten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoff R-H mit einer Phosphorverbindung der allgemeinen Formel in der R' und R" die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, unter Belichten umsetzt.
- 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man anstelle einer Phosphorverbindung der allgemeinen Formel eine Phosphorverbindung der allgemeinen Formel und elementares Chlor verwendet.
