Description
Die Erfindung betrifft den im Anspruch gekennzeichneten Gegenstand.
Erfindungsgemäße Verbindungen können hergestellt werden, indem man eine Verbindung der

worin Hai ein Halogenatom, vorzugsweise ein Chloroder
Bromatom darstellt, umsetzt mit einer Verbindung der Formel

in Gegenwart einer Base, vorzugsweise eines Alkalioder Erdalkalicarbonats oder einer stickstoffhaltigen
Base, z. B. Pyridin, Lutidin oder vorzugsweise Triäthylamin.
Die Reaktion wird vorzugsweise in einem inerten flüssigen Reaktionsmedium durchgeführt, das als
Lösungsmittel für die Reaktionskomponenten und/ oder die Endprodukte, dient. Aliphatische Ketone wie
Aceton, Methyläthylketon und Methylisobutylketon sind für diesen Zweck besonders geeignet. Andere
Reaktionsmedien sind z. B. Benzol, Diäthyläther, Diisopropyläther, Tetrahydrofuran, Chloroform und
Tetrachlorkohlenstoff. Die Reaktionskomponenten und die Base werden in nahezu äquimoiaren Mengen
verwendet. Die Reaktion kann bei einer Temperatur zwischen 0 und 15O'JC, vorzugsweise zwischen 50
und 100" C, durchgeführt werden.
Das Reaktionsgemisch kann auf übliche Weise aufgearbeitet werden.
Die Verbindungen, bei denen (Z)111 eine Nitrogruppe
ist, können erfindungsgemäß hergestellt werden, indem man Verbindungen der Formel

worin R1 und R2 je eine C1-C4-AUCyI- oder C1-C4-Alkoxygruppe,
X und Y jeweils Sauerstoff oder Schwefel und Z die Methyl-, Nitrogruppe, ein Chlor- oder Bromatom bedeutet, wobei in und /?
Null oder m 1 und η Null oder Z die Nitrogruppe
und η 1 bedeutet.

4. Verwendung der Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, gegebenenfalls mit üblichen Zusätzen,
als insektizide Mittel.

umsetzt, worin Me ein Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetall, vorzugsweise Natrium, Kalium oder Ammonium,
darstellt.
Die Reaktion erfolgt vorzugsweise in einem inerten Lösungsmittel, insbesondere einem aliphatischen Keton,
z. B. Methyläthylketon, Methylisobulylketon oder Aceton. Die Reaktion wird bei einer Temperatur
zwischen 0 und 100° C, insbesondere zwischen 15
und 45°C, durchgeführt. Das Reaktionsgemisch kann auf übliche Weise aufgearbeitet werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen werden im
allgemeinen in Form pestizider Mittel angewandt.
Als Trägerstoffe kommen z. B. Silicate, Gips, Tone, Schwefel, Ruß, Harze, Wachse und feste Düngemittel
in Betracht.
Geeignete flüssige Trägerstoffe sind z. B. die im Gartenbau bekannten Erdölsprühöle und organischen
Lösungsmittel, z. B. Alkohole, Ketone, flüssige Kohlenwasserstoffe, chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe und
Polyalkylenglykoläther und -ester. Als Gase eignen sich z. B. die in Insektiziden Aerosolen gewöhnlich
verwendeten, z. B. Trichlormonofluormethan oder Dichloridfluormethan.
Beispiele für geeignete oberflächenaktive Stoffe sind:
Kondensationsprodukte von Fettsäuren mit wenigstens 12 Kohlenstoffatomen im Molekül mit Äthylenoxid
oder Propylenoxid; Teilester der genannten Säu-. ren mit Glycerin, Polyglycerin, Sorbit oder Mannit;
Alkylsulfate; Salze von sulfoniertem Rizinusöl; Alkylarylsulfonate
wie Natrium - Dodecylberizolsulfonat; Kondensationsprodukte von Alkylphenolen, aliphatischen
Aminen oder Amiden von aliphatischen Carbonsäuren mit Äthylenoxid oder Propylenoxid
und Alkylamidsulfonate.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen können Konzentrate sein, die z. B. 10 bis 98 Gewichtsprozent
einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung enthalten, oder es können verdünnte Zubereitungen sein, die beispielsweise
0,00001 bis 10%, insbesondere 0,1 bis 0,5 Gewichtsprozent, des Wirkstoffs enthalten, berechnet
auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Die neuen Verbindungen haben eine hohe insekticide Wirksamkeit gegenüber einer Vielzahl von Insektcn,
einschließlich verwandter tierischer Organismen, die zu den Gliederfüßlern (Arthropoden) gehören,
z. B. Fliegen, Moskitos, Raupen, Kornkäfer, Blattläuse, Käfer, Spinnen und Milben.
Bevorzugte Verbindungen haben die Formel

Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen sind den aus der GB-PS 8 86 587 bekannten 5-Hydroxy-piazthio-phosphorsäureestern
überlegen.
Herstellung von 5-Diäthoxyphosphinyloxybenzofurazan
Ein Gemisch von 2,72 g 5-Hydroxybenzofurazan (0,002 Mol), 2,76 g wasserfreiem Kaliumcarbonat
(0,002 Mol) und 1,35 g Diäthylphosphorchloridat (0,002 Mol) in 100 cm3 Aceton wurde gerührt und
2 Stunden am Rückfluß zum Sieden erhitzt. Nach Abfiltrieren wurde das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum
entfernt und der Rückstand in Methylenchlorid gelöst. Die Lösung wurde mit kaltem Wasser gewaschen und
dann über Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach Abdestillieren des Methylenchlorids im Vakuum erhielt man
ein bernsteinfarbiges öl, das durch Chromatographie über eine Kieselsäule gereinigt wurde. Ausbeute 95%.

Gefunden ... C 44,2, H 5,1, N 9,6, P 11,4%; berechnet ... C44,2, H4,8, N 10,3, P 11,4.
Unter Anwendung der im Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Methode wurde eine Anzahl von erfindungsgemäßen
phosphorylierten Benzofurazanen hergestellt. Bei allen Versuchen wurde das entsprechende 4- oder 5-Hydroxybenzofurazan
mit einer äquimolaren Menge des entsprechenden Dialkylphosphorchloridats oder
Dialkylphosphorchloridothionats in Anwesenheit einer äquimolaren Menge wasserfreiem Kaliumcarbonat
2 Stunden in Aceton am Rückfluß gekocht. In den meisten Fällen blieb nach Abdestillieren des Äthylenchlorids
ein genügend reines Produkt zurück. In einem Fall wurde das rohe Produkt aus Petroläther
umkristallisiert. Die Versuche sind in der folgenden Tabelle zusammengestellt.

Herstellung von 5-Dimethylphosphinothioyloxybenzofurazan
In eine Lösung von 2,7 g 5-Hydroxybenzofurazan und 2,6 g Dimethylthiophosphinchlorid in 50 cm3
trockenem Äther wurden 2,0 g Triäthylamin gegeben. Das Gemisch wurde 2 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur
stehengelassen, dann abfiltriert und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Der Rückstand wurde aus Cyclohexan
umkristallisiert und ergab farblose Nadeln. Ausbeute 90%;Fp.ll0bislll°C.

Herstellung von 5-Diäthylphosphinothioyfoxybenzofurazan
, Diese Verbindung wurde unter Verwendung von Diäthylthiophosphinchlorid nach der im Beispiel 3
beschriebenen Methode gewonnen. Durch Umkristallisieren aus Cyclohexan erhielt man ein Produkt
vom Schmelzpunkt 36,5 bis 38,5° C; Ausbeute 80%.

Herstellung von 4-Dimethoxyphosphinothioylthio-5(7)-nitrobenzofuranzanoxid
Diese Verbindung wurde aus 4-Chlor-5(7)-nitrobenzofurazanoxid nach der im Beispiel 5 beschriebenen
Methode unter Verwendung von Natriumdimethyldithiophosphat gewonnen. Fp. nach Umkristallisieren
aus einem Gemisch von Methylenchlorid
ίο und Hexan: 105,5 bis 1060C.
Analyse für QH8N3O6PS2:
Gefunden ... C 28,9, H 2,8, S 18,5, P 9,4%; berechnet ... C 28,5, H 2,4, S 19,0, P 9,2%.
Herstellung von 4-Diäthoxyphosphinothioylthio-5(7)-nitrobenzofurazanoxid
17,0 g (0,1 Mol) 4 - Chlorbenzofurazanoxid wurden bei 00C in 100 cm3 konzentrierter Schwefelsäure
gelöst. In die erhaltene Lösung wurden im Laufe von 15 Minuten bei einer Temperatur von 0° C 4,4 cm3
rauchende HNO3 getropft. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde 45 Minuten stehengelassen und dann auf Eis
gegossen. Das rohe 4-Chlor-5(7)-nitrobenzofurazanoxid wurde abfiltriert, mit Wasser gewaschen und aus
Äthanol umkristallisiert. Fp. 138 bis 138,5° C. Ausbeute
65%.

Eine Lösung von 2,2 g Natriumdiäthyldithiophosphat in 50 cm3 Aceton wurde in eine Lösung von
2,15 g 4 - Chlor - 5 - (7) - nitrobenzofurazanoxid in 50 cm3 Aceton gegeben und das Gemisch 3 Stunden
bei Raumtemperatur gehalten. Nach Abfiltrieren des ausgefällten Produktes und Abdampfen des Acetons
wurde der erhaltene Rückstand in Benzol gelöst. Die Lösung wurde gereinigt durch Chromatographie
über eine Kieselgelsäule unter Verwendung von Benzol als Elutionsmittel. Nach Abdestillieren erhielt
man 4 - Diäthoxyphosphinothioylthio - 5 - (7) - nitrobenzofurazanoxid in 73%iger Ausbeute. Fp. nach
Umkristallisieren aus Cyclohexan-Benzol 70 bis 71° C.

Herstellung von 4-Diäthoxyphosphinothioylthio-5(7)-nitrobenzofurazan
12 g 4 - Chlorbenzofurazan wurden bei 00C in
100 cm3 konzentrierter Schwefelsäure gelöst. Dann wurden 2,5 cm3 rauchende Salpetersäure langsam innerhalb
15 Minuten zugegeben und das Gemisch bei 00C weitere 45 Minuten gerührt. Das Reaktionsgemisch
wurde auf zerstoßenes Eis gegossen, das ausgefällte Produkt abfiltriert und mit Wasser gewaschen.
Nach Umkristallisieren aus Äthanol erhielt man 4 - Chlor - 5(7) - nitrobenzofurazan in 88%iger
Ausbeute. Fp. 99 bis 1000C.
Analyse für C6H2ClN3O3:
Gefunden ... C 36,4, H 1,0, Cl 17,9%; berechnet ... C 36,1, H 1,0, Cl 17,8%.
Eine Lösung von 2,2 g Natriumdiäthyldithiophosphat in 20 cm3 Aceton wurde zu einer Lösung von
2 g 4-Chlor-5(7)-nitrobenzofurazan in 30 cm3 Aceton gegeben. Das Gemisch wurde 4 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur
stehengelassen und dann das ausgefällte Natriumchlorid abfiltriert. Das Lösungsmittel wurde
abdestilliert und das zurückbleibende Ol in Methylenchlorid aufgenommen. Die erhaltene Lösung wurde
mit Wasser gewaschen, getrocknet und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Der Rückstand wurde durch
Chromatographie über eine Kieselgelsäule gereinigt und ergab ein schwach bernsteinfarbenes öl. Ausbeute
90%.

Herstellung von 4-Dimethoxyphosphinothioylthio-5(7)-nitrobenzofurazan
Diese Verbindung wurde aus 4-Chlor-5(7)-nitrobenzofurazan unter Verwendung von Natriumdimethyldithiophosphat
nach der im Beispiel 7 beschriebenen Methode gewonnen. Ein reines Produkt erhielt
man durch Umkristallisieren aus einem Gemisch von Benzol und Hexan. Ausbeute 70%; Fp. 106 bis 1070C.

Gefunden ... C 30,4, H 2,7, S 20,2, P 9,6%; berechnet ... C 29,9, H 2,5, S 20,0, P 9,7%.
Herstellung von 4-Dimethoxyphosphinothioyloxy-7-chlorbenzofurazan
In diesem und dem folgenden Beispiel 10 verhalten sich die Gewichtsteile (w) zu Volumteilen (ν) wie
Kilogramm zu Liter.
In eine Lösung von 4-Hydroxy-7-chlorbenzofurazan
(2,55 w, 0,015MoI) in Methylisobutylketon (5Ov) wurden Dimethylphosphorchloridothionat (2,4 w,
0,015MoI) gegeben. Das Gemisch wurde gerührt
und 3 Stunden auf 110° C erhitzt. Nach Abfiltrieren
des anorganischen Materials wurde das Filtrat unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft. Der Rückstand
wurde in Methylenchlorid gelöst, mit Eiswasser gewaschen und schließlich über eine kurze Kieselgelsäule
gegeben. Man erhielt ein leichtbraunes öl (4,2 w). Ausbeute 95%.
Herstellung von 4-Diäthoxyphosphinothioyloxy-7-chlorbenzofurazan
In eine Lösung von4- Hydroxy-7-chlorbenzofurazan (2,55 w, 0,015MoI) in Methylisobutylketon (5Ov)
wurden Äthylphosphorochloridothionat (2,83 w,
ίο 0,015MoI) und wasserfreies Kaliumcarbonat (2,1 w,
0,015MoI) gegeben. Das Gemisch wurde gerührt
und 3 Stunden auf 110° C erhitzt. Nach Abfiltrieren
des anorganischen Materials wurde das Filtrat unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft. Der Rückstand
wurde in Methylenchlorid gelöst, mit Eiswasser gewaschen und schließlich über eine kurze Kieselgelsäule
geleitet. Man erhielt ein leicht braunes öl (4,6 w). Ausbeute 95%.
